I have had two rock chips in the last 3 months, and every time I have stopped in, the friendly staff at the desk greet me with a smile and ask how can we help you. The shop crew are also efficient and friendly. It only took 15-20 minutes for work to be done. Thank you Robinson crew for your great service.

I have been here in the past when my windshield had rock chips. They were pretty quick about it and I was on my way. Now since my windshield has a noticeable crack in it, they knew what was needed, and were able to make it look like new.

Do not use these hacks! They are not trustworthy and broke my wiper cowling on my 06 dodgecummins. Then on top of that they claim they didn't know how to make the cowling sit down properly. They only wanted to wash their hands of the problem rather than correcting the issue at hand. Never would I recommend using robinson glass.
Update to their response. They did nothing to correct the situation. Instead they called me claimed my truck wiper cowl to be broken before I took it into them. I fixed it myself as their hack techs yes 3 of them wanted to wash their hands of it instead of fixing the issue. The managers crap attitude says everything in their response to my review.claimed my truck cowl was cracked and poor condition (which are complete lies) not to mention lying about their efforts going unanswered. which I'm posting pics to let you all judge the condition of it after I got it back to the way it's supposed to be (other than the broken clip on the bottom) robinson glass the only thing poor condition here is your unexperienced hack techs and your shit way of dealing with issues you create. Last 2 pics are of cowling in correct position after i fixed myself because all 3 of their hacks could not figure out how to make happen. They are nothing but lying hacks

Got a chip in our motor home windshield while traveling.Called them up and drove into their parking lot, 40’ motor home pulling a jeep. The nicest, most professional people I’ve met. The price was great. My only complaint is that they are in Idaho and not my home state of NM.
Use these guys for anything related to glass.

These guys are great, they got my vehicle in a little early and then took half the time they originally told me. The glass looks great and there literally half the cost of some other shops in town.

On our way up to Montana from Utah and got the biggest rock chip on our windshield while on I15. I called Robison’s to see if they could help us out and they had the chip fixed and ready to get back on the road jn 20 minutes! Really recommend these guys!

Great service. Called Thursday morning to get windshield replaced due to an emergency x-country trip on Sunday. Was hoping that they could replace it by Friday afternoon. They called back in 30 minutes and said they would do it Thursday afternoon. They quoted 2 hours for replacement and recalibration of radar and other electronics. It was completed in 95 minutes. Fantastic effort and service!

I have used Robinson Auto Glass for windshield replacement, rock chip repair, and sun roof glass replacement. Every experience has been amazing! The staff are all professional and friendly. You can tell they are treated well as employees because they work hard and have such positive attitudes. They go above and beyond with their customer service, and the quality of work is excellent. I highly recommend them!

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went in for a small rock chip fix and they ended up spreading a crack across my whole windshield of my 2024 car. Then they said oh you signed the liability paper so there's nothing we need to do, it's not our responsibility. AVOID this place unless you want to spend your own money to replace your windshield at their fault and error. Ok I see you responded, so what do you do for those 2% that fail besides "oh well, not our responsibility"? Your customers need to know you don't care about those 2% of us.

Scheduled a windshield replacement and left with $4100 in damage and unable to use our car for 3 weeks. Initially we were told that they couldn’t calibrate the vehicle because it had a defect that required warranty work. Took it to the dealership only to be told that when they replaced the windshield they stripped some wires and when putting the new windshield in they shorted out a few components which resulted in our heating elements, lane departure, front camera and some others components not to function. I was told that it was that way when it was brought in and they had the pre scan to prove it. I have information from the dealership to prove otherwise. Pre scan was done almost one hour after they started working on the windshield and post scan was about a half an hour after that. The car was in their shop for an hour and a half. I was told by the owner that the dealership must have caused the damage. After reviewing the cameras with Karalee it was determined that no pre-scan was completed when the vehicle arrived so I’m not sure when the first “pre-scan”happened or how they managed to fabricate the records. After one week with the dealership, robinson finally agreed to pay for the repairs. The repairs were completed around two and a half weeks and then payment was received 3 weeks after they caused the damage from a simple windshield replacement. Although I appreciate that they paid for the repairs, we had to continually call them to make sure it got paid since we couldn’t pick up the car until it was paid for. With that and blaming the dealership for the damage, expecting it to all be under warranty and not taking full ownership of the damage, we will not be back.

This is my go-to place for windshield chips. Had two of them this spring off of the Lewisville highway from all the gravel trucks. Stopped in without an appointment and they worked me right in. They are friendly and great to work with. Will definitely go there again.

Fantastic service, super friendly, got me in on the spot, I was a walk in and they fixed 3 really bad chips in 25 minutes!!! It looks like it didn't even get chipped, so happy with the outcome and great service!!! I will recommend to my friends and company to go here!!!

I write this even though it has been about two years but it still irritates me. Went in to get a replacement windshield. They broke the replacement and had to come back. They broke the second and had to come back again. When replies third one the broke the windshield wiper motor so had to go back again. While waiting an unseen obstacle made me fall had get a HUGE hematoma on my thigh.
They never offered any type of discount or anything. The only thing I got was a weak apology. With all of their issues they should have offered something…

Robinson went the extra mile to get us back on the road that day. Replacing our windshield, before they closed. My husband had worked at a glass shop and said they did the best job he had ever seen. Got a windshield replacement for my Kenworth semi for almost $600 out of pocket. Not even 3 days into my first trip out and the window forms a crack from the bottom corner. No rock chip or other foreign object hit it, so I’m not really sure what happened. Called them to see if I can bring it in to let them check it out to see if it was a windshield defect or something else, so I am still yet to see what becomes of it. Meanwhile the crack gets bigger everyday.

UPDATE*** The lady on the phone wasn’t very enthused about trying to help me out with this, so I took it to LOGAN GLASS instead and for all you Owner Op truckers that might read this; Logan Glass was over $100 bucks cheaper.
