Do not buy the wipers or the rain repellent Unless your insurance is paying for it, of course I had a wonderful experience with my technician named Glen other than that the mobile website was practically unavailable. It was impossible to remove the wipers from my invoice once they were added As well as the rain protectant My vehicle was not vacuumed. Door wiped down as promised, and there was glass on my seat. If there was a vacuum in there, it was not powerful lol

Scheduling was super fast. Great price for my replacement! Awesome staff. Robert was super polite and fun! My truck has never looked better! 10/10 will 100% recommend to people!

Safelite AutoGlass was amazing! The tech called to let me know when in the window of time for my appointment he would be able to get to me. That was nice because I ended up having to run out several towns away, before he came to my house. He was kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about the process, answered all my questions. Was fast and did a great job on my Audi Q5 with several sensors in my windshield. Great experience!

Technician was on time professional, knowledgeable and got the job done pretty quickly, my windshield was completely destroyed and didn’t make the techs job very easy.

Stopped in recently as my rearview mirror had suddenly popped out of its mount and Alan was excellent in fixing this. I was thousands of miles from home and was only passing through the area so he was great at making sure the issue got resolved in only a few minutes so I wouldn't have any further issues on the road. Only complaint was there was no communication from the shop about the progress of my full windshield replacement until an hour before the shop closed for the day. At that time I was told the replacement had begun. I had no place to ask if my car would be ready before closing time or if I would be without my car until the following day. Because all phone numbers were the generic Safelite number and I was told if I hadn’t heard by 30mins before closing time to ‘just drive to the shop’. I am glad I didn’t follow those directions because I would have been waiting at the shop for 45minutes. I received the call the car was ready 20minutes after the shop closing time. Better communication would have been helpful as the day went on. I am not sure if it is over booking for the shop out of there control but the actual work performed on the car was good.

The Safelite office in August assigned a technician that was very polite, professional and knowledgeable to install my windshield. He kept me informed every step of the way. Safelite is lucky to have an employee like Joshua. I am very confident that the windshield was installed correctly.

Safelite came to my apartment and did the windshield they made everything so easy to understand. Glenn did an amazing job.

I would have loved to have the techicocome to me as they show on tv but that was not possible. However I found the shop. They had plenty of chairs and plugs for laptops. The folks at the desk were professional.

The people in the Augusta, Maine, location are top-notch. They kept me updated the whole time and even gave me their direct line in case I ran into problems. I'm happy to report that I haven't had to use it because they did a great job. Thanks again!!!

I recently bought a used 2009 Ford Ranger pick up, and the day I picked it up, my windshield, got broken by a stray golf ball from a golf course!
The Augusta branch was able to take me in quickly and had the windshield replace in fifty minutes. All good and now I have a clear view.

I’m a tough one to get a perfect score out of, but this crew deserves it! I had a Jeep Wrangler and a Jeep gladiator both needing a new windshield and I was super frustrated.
Alan was my contact person for both and throughout the drop off, replacement and follow up care. He made a very frustrating situation, extremely easy. Getting a direct cell phone number and communicating with me instead of me chasing someone down was above and beyond what I expected!
I had a chance to speak with a couple of the other guys in the shop between drop offs and pick ups and everybody was super nice and helpful!

Made an appointment for today for a reason. Because I am on a tight schedule with having work and school plus childcare schedule. I got email and text reminders for my appointment today. I show up with no parking, as it is a tiny area, not even an actual parking lot. Than the guy tells me my appointment is next Tuesday, a day I would never have ever scheduled my appointment for. He jokes that I can sit and wait. I asked if that meant he could fit me in today. He said no I can sit and wait until Tuesday. Never apologized just made jokes at my expense. The comfy waiting area advertised is simply a tiny area wirh a couple of chairs directly in front of the service desk with a worker who thinks he is a comedian. I tried calling to reschedule my appointment and waited 30 minutes on hold and hung up. I logged in to reschedule to the portland location and the website won't work. I will find a different glass company as this place is lacking customer service and any sort of professionalism. I do not trust them to repair my 2024 windshield. Do not recommend

David was very prompt, very friendly and very professional. I got two calls the day of the service and all questions were answered before I could ask them. I would highly recommend Safelite.

The technician did a fantastic job. The vehicle he installed the windshield in was no easy task I might add. A lot of sensors including a GPS, temperature, auto dimming and the camera that needed to be calibrated. I received SMS texts before arrival and after each step completed. Great job with the 5 stars well deserved.

They did a great job. They were friendly, funny, and efficient. They have a waiting room and a bathroom incase you must wait there while they did the windshield.

Very grateful for tech Josh Smith, who contacted me, ( with his eta/ then his arrival) came to my location (at work) and took care of replacing my windshield, ( while I was in the building working) and then locked the doors and sent a text informing me it was completed!

Great Experience! It was a flash to schedule and nice that I had the option of the tech coming to my location to repair or I drop it off at a Safelite location near me. The repair tech was courteous, very professional and worked to complete the job within the time he gave me before the repair.

Also, I liked that Safelite made it easy to reschedule (I had to cancel once due to weather issues though they will repair if you have a garage out door covering) and the wait time for a new appointment was fast..
