Dennis was great. Came out on time, nice to talk to and easy going. Got me all taken care of on one hell of a hot day and Dennis still had a great attitude. I Would recommend him to any friend or family as a service tech.

Needed a new windshield for being cracked and sand pitted over time.
Received a promo and just decided to get it done. The scheduling was easy and I had reminder &/or confirmation message for the appointment. The day of gave me plenty of time to get the vehicle there (even though they had other options available) and the gentleman running the shop made sure I had plenty of time and notice to pick up the vehicle before the end of the day to avoid any problems.
The new glass & installation looks great, and I would recommend them from my experience.

A little expensive to replace the windshield for a 2002 ford truck, but the representative did a really good job, came on time and the windshield looks good

Quote was $360 out-of-pocket but they instead use the $500 deductible from insurance. Obviously if insurance is going to be more expensive then I'll just pay the out-of-pocket cost. I attempted to call to get them to change before my appointment but never spoke to an actual human because I was on hold listening to their "all agents are currently assisting other customers" message for 20 minutes. My guess is "all agents are playing on their phone and ignoring the incoming calls". I cancelled the appointment and will be going with a locally owned shop.

Came to fix a 1/4 inch crack in my windshield, left me with a 6 inch crack in the windshield. Now I needed a new windshield. Replaced my windshield and left me with 3 chips on my hood. I will never use them again, A POS company, at least this location

Fast and professional, they offered to fix my review mirror, but they didn't want to search through my stuff to find it since it had broken off the windshield and been tossed in the back. I liked that bit of respect to privacy.

Everything from setting up multiple appointments for my wife and I over the phone to getting the finished product it was seamless and easy. Phillip was the technician for my vehicle and was very communicative with possible impending weather, but even with threatening weather still managed to get it done. They've done several vehicles at my house. No issues yet. The mobile service allowed me to get work done around the house instead of sitting in a waiting room somewhere.

Awkwardness getting through to an actual person aside, the Carson City Safelight experience was good throughout. They were at my home in less than 2 hours. Nicholas was informative and thorough in fixing windshield blemishes and it took less than 30 minutes. Overall, highly recommended.

I used there automated glass repair schedule app. Paid upfront , then was scheduled for a week later, I asked if there was a problem getting my glass and they said no. That is what I am rating them on, if I had known I would be 3 weeks waiting for install I might not have paid upfront, now I feel like a hostage , they dont refund all your money, I might have still gone with them but I would have checked all my options.

Stopped by with a significant chip that had immediately spidered expecting to have to replace the windshield. The gentleman who helped us not only assured us it could be repaired but went above and beyond helping us log into our insurance for coverage. I had no idea it would be covered and would have paid out of pocket. They were able to repair it while I waited and it looks SO good.

2 rock chips, one had started to branch out. I decided to drive to the Marysville shop because it had been so cold out, and I had waited too long on one of the chips, I figured fixing in a more controlled climate would be better. The shop is in an old building, literally no frills. But scheduling online was easy and quick. The employees were friendly and my car was ready in about 30 minutes. The cost? $67 to my insurance company. I am more than satisfied and will go back to this shop if I have anymore chips- I have a lot of confidence in them.

12/3/22 Safelite is good but not so great been waiting over a month or more for my window to get replaced, they show up to fix my window and there missing a part so they had to order it now I'm sitting here waiting patiently for my window to get fixed.
12/31/22 Update they call me 4:40 last minute on new years eve (close at 5pm) and there closed on Sundays.. "Bad Customer Service on there end"
