Great Experience working with them to replace my windshield. Work was performed quickly and expertly. The employees were great to work with.

My repair required me to come in for service. They immediately took my car to start working on it. In the meantime I was offered coffee, water and even temperature comfort while I waited and the restroom was very clean. The technician communicated progress and wait times periodically. Great service!!!

Jeremy was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable about repairing my windshield and the outcome. Would definitely recommend him. This is my 2nd time having safelite repair my windshield and both technicians were great. I am very happy with the service I received. They even took care of the insurance.

My experience with safelite was a screw up from the beginning. Had a manager tell me that I had tried to fix the crack myself. Well it's a jeep wrangler and the Crack was almost center. I couldn't reach it if I tried, I'm short , older and with a bad leg. But he continued to argue with me. The tech went to fill in the place and cracked the entire windshield, which then I had to talk with my insurance company as to why it now need a complete replacement. Then rescheduled, tech set in front of my house for 20 minutes before contacting me. After he finished and left I found my dashboard a complete mess.

Everyone was so nice and went above on my visit. I would recommend Safelite in Mount Airy, North Carolina to anyone.

I would recommend Safelight in Mount Airy to anyone who needs a windshield replacement or repair. Their work is top notch. The employees are very courteous and professional.

The staff who was very professional did a good job and informing me of the repair that was going to happen making sure that I as a customer was aware of the repairs and the technician who came out to service and repair the windshield went above and beyond to take care of the repair work actually coming out the day after due to me not being able to keep the appointment the prior day and he repaired my windshield. 10/10 recommend!

They did a great job with replacing the back glass on my vehicle. The tech explained everything and answered all of my questions. 5 stars!

Although there were some hiccups replacing my windshield (not their fault) the gentlemen continuously kept me informed with updates and really took care of me. Much appreciated!

Booked an appointment using Geico to replace a windshield for 1/11, never got a confirmation email so I called and was told the appointment was never booked. Rebooked an appointment for 1/10 and received confirmation email. Took the day off of work, was scheduled for 1-6 PM at my home. Got a call from the tech around 4:30 stating he would not be able to complete the job and I would need to reschedule. Shortly after, the manager called to reschedule my appointment. I explained to him that I had already taken off one day of work and they would need to come to my workplace to complete the job and gave him my work information. After receiving the confirmation email, I saw the appointment was booked for my home address. I called back less than 10 mins later and spoke to the manager again and explained again that I needed the appointment booked for my workplace. He stated he updated the address. Today, Safelite called to confirm my appointment and they still had my home address listed. I told the woman to just cancel it, I had had too many issues with this company already. I will take my business elsewhere.

Joshua was the tech for my mobile windshield replacement. His communication about arrival time and the process was excellent. He double checked that he had the right replacement part before getting started (there were several options for my vehicle). Joshua was a pleasure to chat with and I have full confidence that he did an excellent job with the replacement and subsequent recalibration of the vehicle's sensors. As bad as my windshield was I was unable to drive it to the nearest safelite business so I had to set an appointment for someone to come out to replace it. I could tell Joshua was having a little bit of an issue and he was getting frustrated but he didn't stop he kept going and he was even laughing and joking around about my windshield. He asked if I hit a buzzard. But it wasn't a buzzard I hit. Joshua did an amazing job replacing and vacuuming what glass he could. I will use satellite again in the future and also recommend safelite to family & friends. The only thing I wasn't happy about was having to wait 3 days before getting it fixed but I understand completely on the wait. I only have a before picture because I haven't had time to get an after picture.

Husband had his front windshield replaced on his Honda Civic si from where his rear view mirror had fallen off and took a chunk of glass with it and they again, did NOT disappoint. They gave me a ballpark quote and ended up being a smidge cheaper than originally quoted, which is what all of us hope to experience. Again- they took care of not only me but my husband and we're good to hit the road for a second time. Thank you so much!

3yrs ago: Took the tech less than an hour to put in my window! He cleaned up afterwards and vacuumed up the left over busted glass. They also had a super nice coffee machine in the waiting area and the office manager was SUPER FRIENDLY and helpful. They were able to work me in QUICK and they were the cheapest around. I also found a coupon online which made it even more of a deal!!! Thankfully got it done before the rain(from all the hurricanes). Great work and great company! Thank you both!

I called to get a windshield repair and had a scheduled appointment with Jeremy McHone on 11-07-19. Jeremy called before he came to let me know when he would arrive. He was very polite, courteous and professional. He explained the workmanship and the guarantee. Safelite you have an awesome employee on your team!

There was a mixup as to territory but it was quickly corrected.The young man (Brandon).was courteous and did a good job.They will have a new facility in Mt.Airy.
