I noticed a stone bruise in in windshield, drove to Safelite on the recommendation of my son and had it checked out. The technician asked me to come back at 2:00 and I went back and they fixed it and billed my insurance. I am very impressed with how quickly I was able to have this repair done! Great company and great customer service!

Safelite did exactly what they said they were going to do in exactly the amount of time they said it would take. The guys were courteous and the location was comfortable. Hopefully I won't need their service again but if I do I will definitely go back

Classic bait and switch. Made my appointment and the cost was $540. Dropped it off and the cost doubled for " reprograming". I recieved a phone call stating they had the wrong windshield. Price was back down to 540 and they needed another day. Next day they rescheduled for two days later and now the price is 1250. I had to tell them to reinstall my old glass. Big crack down one side now. I was having it replaced due to a stone chip.
To recap i dropped my car off.
Safelight pulled the windshield without checking if they had the correct replacement.
I left with more damage to my windshield.
This was my first and last time using safelight.

Excellent communication. Very friendly. Excellent work. Friendly staff. I have zero compliments. The job was done exactly how I would have done it if I was the owner.

I can’t recommend the Keene Safelite
enough. They knew we were taking a day trip to go sailing and opened their doors 1/2 early so we could be on our way as soon as possible. The repair was done quickly, and everyone was helpful and professional. Best customer service I have had in a long time.

Thank you for moving the seat back to my setting. So often I get my vehicle back from service and it's as if some NBA player was the last person to drive it. As for the repair, the chip in the glass is barely noticeable. It came out much better than I expected. Thanks again. The images are looking out from the inside, and outside looking in. My fingers show its size, which is tiny. It's barely perceptible.

I’ve needed windshield repair twice in my life so far and Safelite has been my go to both times. Installs and repairs are fast and quality and their employees are always professional and friendly and let me know exactly what I need and how they will help.

It was a bit hard to find at first but I found it. Safelite was quick and efficient, did a great job getting the car in and out. The service was great too. Coffee and bottled water for the customers, clean facility.

Very poor service. Could not stick to the agreed upon scheduled appointment, had to wait an extra day to get my truck back, adjusted everything in my truck to their settings and did not return them to mine, left my windows open during a thunderstorm and soaked the entire interior and the manager couldn't be bothered to stay until close to discuss any of this with me. Completely unprofessional and I highly recommend using a different company that cares about customer service. I will NEVER use Safelite again.

I had 2 vehicles that got windshields that day! I have a Jeep Gladiator and I wanted authentic Jeep glass. I was so nice to see my little jeep in the corner when it was all done. Our tech kept me informed all the way. Thank you for having service in VT!

I had my windshield replaced a year and a half ago, the technician who came out and replaced my windshield destroyed the weather stripping on the passenger side of my wondow and drivers side of my window. The tech also broke my rear view mirror housing. I had noticed a month or so after installation that there was water now entering my cab of my truck. I had called safelite regarding the water and weather guards so they sent a different tech out to "fix" the weather guards and to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in for a water test. The tech came to my office to repair/remold my weather stripping "he did NOT replace items" as he should have nor offered it as a suggestion. When I brought my truck in for a water test they "deemed" it as not leaking. However I was still getting water in my cab from what appeared to be comming from the roof. During this water test they did not account for syntrifical force from driving in the rain, as the truck was stationary and not enough pressure from the hose to act/ mimic driving in rain at 50mph. I have now had leaking in my cab for a year and the entire roof carpet is ruined from them replacing a window incorrectly.

At Keene’s Safelite store I experienced excellent customer service, friendly employees, and high quality work from the technician, Ed, who installed my windshield. He told me close the doors gently for the first few days, which I appreciated. The communications by text were helpful and took me through the process as work was done on my car. They do excellent work and I felt they care about their customers.

Safelite was super easy to get scheduled, drop off the vehicle, and get it back in less than a day ! Very impressive service.

Nothing but good things to say about this spot! We were taken care of right away, and they worked efficiently to get us out quickly. Their customer service was exceptional- I was helped by Keenan, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I would drive out of my way to come back here!

Went to have a windshield replaced on my Outback. They were ready to go at my appointment time and were done even sooner than their 45 minute estimate. No issues at all. Would highly recommend.

Turkey shattered my windshield Friday morning and Safelite had an opening for replacement on Saturday. The next morning for an all day schedule and they would have it done by 5:30pm. As soon as I walked in, the gentlemen informed me it would not be long. I was able to go take care of errands and I was called by the time I was done that my car was ready for pickup. The glass that was pushed into the cab of the car by the turkey was cleaned up, not expecting that, and the windshield looks so clean. If the registration ticket wasn't on it, I would think nothing was there. These guys are to notch and excellent at their craft. Thank you.

Tom and Kanaan’s service went above and beyond. Outstanding and much appreciated. Updated April 23, 2024: Tom and Kanaan worked on a different repair for me today and once again the service was among the best I have ever experienced.

Courteous, conscientious associates, excellent windshield replacement. Timely communication from service tech. Drop box for Day Before drop off, which I needed because I forgot I had another appt. to get to in opposite direction on my service appt. day. OPEN ON SATURDAYS! My only peeve is that you have to schedule service online only. No matter what I did, I could not get the automated call system to connect me from a rep at the Keene NH Safelite Store to simply check on availability of appt. In the end of my frustration, it all worked out ok because they had a next day, Saturday appt. available!

Derek was absolutely awesome, I was so very pleased with the friendly atmosphere as soon as I walked in until I walked out. I absolutely recommend doing your business at this location...5 stars all the way!!!

I thought I had a cracked windshield it turned out to be tree sap! I felt foolish but the wonderful tech assured me that I am not the first, nor will I be the last, to have this issue. He scraped off the sap and wouldn’t accept payment of any kind. He was gracious, helpful and reassuring. Safelite has earned my lifetime business as a result of today’s interaction. They sent a tech to my house for glass replacement. He replaced it quick enough, I asked him to honk the horn when he was done so I could come out he chose to come to the front door instead freaking my dogs out. Then he said all was good and left. When I inspected the work I found he had caused about $300 worth of damage to the inside of my vehicle. I emailed twice for resolution.... nothing. I got an invite to do a survey so I did. Very negative and elected to have someone call me. Nothing... Zero follow up, zero apologies. I will happily tell everyone I know to steer clear of Safelite.

Priced a bit high however is what it is and was where my insurance company recommended. Response was fine and car was repaired on time, place is a bit far from house and they even had no issues letting car stay on property for 2 days and that’s where the 2 star comes from without those aspects it would be zero. As for actual work the bead along top of windshield looks like a 9 year old did it and I am sure at some point will eventually leak water, the outside trim was not fastened correctly and kept separating, took me 2 days before I could get it correctly snapped back in place, lastly today the passenger side interior trim started falling off because they installed it over the rubber window trim so had to fix that. They offered a complimentary follow up for issues however have declined as I 1have zero trust in their ability and 2 am hopeful nothing leaks for another year when I can return car as it is just a lease. Honestly where I live I’ve lost about 10 windshields from rocks over the years and this is the only place that I’ve ever regretted using I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

I’ve had my windshield repaired at this establishment. I have returned once after months of my rearview mirror falling off they told me that it is been resolved and ever since I’ve been back my rearview mirror his father five times I will not take my new car back to them.

Had my windshield replaced aprox 2+years ago. Developed a very small leak that is covered under warranty. When the windshield was replaced the tech put my wipers on incorrectly and on the way home the cover for three windshield sensor fell of because it was not reinstalled correctly. Now with the leak, they tested and found where it was, removed the windshield, cleaned up the sealant and reinstalled it. On my drive home the sensor cover started to rattle and partially dislodged. Upon examination I found that 1 of the 3 mounting pinions had been broken and the cover not correctly installed again. I also do not know if the windshield sensor was recalibrated.

In and out for a chip today in right around 30 minutes. No cost and looks great too, thanks team!

Satellite AutoGlass replaced my windshield twice in the last 12 months. Both times my experience was really positive and trouble free. My insurance agent booked them and they came to my house within few days. Chris, the tech who did the job the first time, was competent, communicative throughout the job and answered all my questions. Upon completion, he left a number in case anything seemed off. I called them a few weeks later because I noticed the windshield liquid wasn't coming out very well on the left side since the replacement, and a different person swung by that same evening on his way home. It ended up being just a bent in the tubing. It was cold out, but the guy checked everything out. I felt like they took good care of my car and me as a customer. I'd do business with them again.

I had a windshield replaced at the Keene location on 9/9/2022 and the service technician somehow scratched the interior of my A-Pillar and left the dashboard covered in small pieces of rubber or glue. They clearly didn't even cover the dashboard with a drop cloth before replacement. Emailed both managers with photos and never received a response. Very unhappy with the quality of work and lack of accountability. Convince your insurance company to let you go elsewhere!

Fast friendly service. Putting customer comfort at ease is top priority in both the repair service and wait time. Was kept up to date with text messages both day of and when the work was completed. Even if you are waiting. Will recommend to all.

They damaged my car!

When I brought it in and showed Derek Burdo, he laughed at me!

He continued being EXTREMELY RUDE and LIED about not receiving an estimate for damages via email.

My insurance spoke with someone else at Safelite, I was told to expect a call from the store manager Thomas Vondette. That was a week ago.
No call from the Manager.

Oh, and the auto body shop had done another Safelite damage estimate the very day before!

Seems the Keene branch of Safelite needs some MAJOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING! AND, TO STOP DAMAGING OUR CARS! Get your s*#t together.

Thomas and crew were professional and courteous. They clearly explained my options and answered my questions. My appointment was within 2 days of talking with them. I could not juggle things that quick and had to cancel the morning of. They were understanding and got me in there the next week. I dropped it off was called with in a few hours. I was greeted with a hello and pictures of the issue and of the repair. I actually felt like they appreciated my business. This is something I never see with large companies that advertise nationally. The interaction is never even close to the add. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
