Great experience all the way through. I always use Safelite for windshield replacements/repairs for my small fleet of pickup trucks.

Safelite exceeded my expectations. Staff was courteous and condsiderate as soon as I walked in the door. Then I got a phone call about 1 1/2 hours later expecting something to be wrong and the technician told me my car was done. I returned to get my car and everything was done to satisfaction. This was a very pleasant experience. The Tech's name was Shaq (not sure if he was the one to check me in) but the one who checked me in was great also.

Vince was very accommodating and helped me with windshield repair. I live out of state & was traveling through. Did not have alot of time and he took me earlier than my appt. I truly appreciate him!

I had a 9AM appointment for windshield replacement,and they were done within thirty minutes, which is great, and they put back everything that was on my windshield I.E. stickers for ezpass and oil change reminder. I will recommend anyone to safely for their glass repair.

Dover Delaware Safelite location did excellent work on my Mercedes and Chrysler. The pricing is a little high, but the results and time efficiency was worth the money.

On time in the “window” with an alert call 15 minutes of arrival. Had a 3 hour antique truck replacement before us, but came with good attitude (Austin) despite mosquitoes feasting on him.

Their techs are very knowledgeable and can work in challenging circumstances. I like their professionalism. Would use again as their wait time for having your windshield is great.

I have always recommended Safelite being in the insurance industry. That was before I had to use them for myself. I scheduled a replacement, the tech came out and busted the rest of the window out only to realize he had the wrong part, wrapped it in plastic and scheduled me for the following Wednesday between 8am-12pm, well 12pm came and no call no show, after I got my appt conformation text, I called and was told the appointment was canceled in the system so no part was ordered and they couldn't get me in until 6/1. I asked to speak with a manager and was hung up on. So instead of giving a crappy company with crappy service my business, I reached back out to my insurance company and was given Caliber auto glass as an option. I've used them for bodywork in the past so I was happy to hear they offered mobile glass service. They got me in next day and had my window looking like nothing ever happened. I recommend using Caliber instead of Safelite for all your glass repair needs!

Our tech Dustin was a game changer. I had a tough experience with Safelite 2 weeks prior and was nervous about having them do the job but Dustin reassurance put my faith back into them. He was very friendly, early and assertive. He performed the replacement so fast I couldn't believe it. I was very impressed. In this day and age it's hard to find reliable help. This is safelites diamond in the rough.

I am completely satisfied with the start to end of this service, and moreover, I saved $400 compared to the company's renowned service centers.

It was easy to order my windshield replacement. The agent looked up my car vin and knew exactly what I needed. Even tho I was paying out of pocket, I stated my insurance company referred me and I got a discount. The price included new wiper blades w/ 6 mo warranty and the windshield had rainshield applied. The installer Austin called to advise he was enroute and he arrived on time. My front seats were covered bf the work started and he even put my ez-pass back on the new windshied. Great service.

I’ve spent the last THREE weeks attempting to actually talk o a “human” from the Dover Safelite to get a cracked windshield replaced. All you ever get is electronic voices telling to “use your smartphone for service”. Unbelievable. Never did figure out why THEY don’t know how to use “their smartphones” to actually communicate with the customer. The 5th phone call and numerous attempts through the myriad “phone tree,” I actually got to speak with a human representative from lord knows where. They state the original windshield was ordered incorrectly, and not an OEM replacement. The next message was via “the Dover office” that one they had was cracked. THEN a new appointment was selected…electronically WITHOUT my input and scheduled when I’m at work. I then began the process with 3 more calls to correct that error again, trying to speak with someone with a pulse. Finally set up an actual appointment, this time at my residence on the farm. They dispatched a truly lazy “technician” who arrived at my house 3:55 hours into the 4 hour window. I casually stated “everybody in society (especially his age group) has and lives on a cell phone; can you at least call and give the customer an actual time frame for service once you start the days work?” (We live about an hour from their facility). I offended the poor little guy I guess. He stated “I’m just a tech, you were given a 4 hour window what’s the problem?” His attitude was as if it was of zero concern for me or any customer; then stated, “I don’t have to take that attitude from you man” and left. WAY too funny and indicative reflecting his true work ethic and Safelite as an organization in one fell swoop! You just can’t get good help or service from Safelite. I called Caliber Collision Windshield division; spoke to an actual human; service was set up immediately with the RIGHT windshield! Absolutely Amazing! An actual representative handled the whole transaction, including a three-way call with USAA, my insurance provider. What a disturbing disaster setup Safelite has become. Use Caliber Collision, you will be so thankful you did!

I recently had my windshield installed and was very satisfy with the overall service. Scheduling an appointment was easy and convenient. Tech arrived on time was professional and clearly explained the process. It took about 30
Minutes give or take. The price was reasonable and they work directly with my insurance company which made things easier. I would recommend Safelite windshield damage.

Had a great experience with Safelite. The employee at the front desk was professional, fast and friendly. He immediately understood what I told him and gave me all the right answers. My windshield cracked the day after a new wiper installation. They didn't have a new wiper in the size I need, and he reassured me that the wiper didn't cause the crack and didn't try to pressure me into new wipers at all.

Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The installation technician arrived exactly on time and was very kind. Really easy to work with, I hardly had to do anything.

Safelite did an amazing job repairing a crack that was slowly spreading in middle of windshield. It was so much better than a windshield repair done by Toyota themselves on a previous chip. I highly recommend Safelite!!

Once again, I had to have my windshield replaced, but thankfully, I was able to schedule with Safelite online and had my new windshield installed in my driveway very quickly. The tech was courteous, professional and efficient. Within an hour, I had a new crystal clear windshield and was able to drive my car an hour after the installation was complete. Safelite is one of the best service providers. It's wonderful being able to schedule for the technicians to come to your home or work location. This is the second time using their service and I will use them every time I need the service. It's easy to schedule or change your appointment over the phone or online. The technicians are always professional and pleasant. They arrive on time and leave within the timeframe that they state. I would definitely recommend them.

If I didn't HAVE to deal with this service, I would have chosen another provider.
1. Made the appointment WEEK AGO, December 18th to be exact for Monday, December 23rd.
2. Safelite calls on Saturday, December 20th, that the part won't be available by Monday and reschedules me for the 26th.
3. Safelite Autotech calls on the 26th, at 1:30pm (mind you I had a window of 12 to 5pm) and tells me that I'm the last appointment and by the time he comes to my location it will be too dark. Gives me the option to come to the Safelite garage in Dover between 5:30 and 6pm. I accept.
4. At around 4:05pm, Safelite in Dover calls stating that they JUST heard about the tech coming but their garage closes at 5pm. They would call to confirm wit the tech and let me know.
...It has been 45min. and no call from the tech. I called the Dover garage and they have not heard anything.
Get this... How was I the LAST appointment when the techs 1st appointment was in Smyrna?!!!
He could have did my windshield, then drove to Smyrna then went further up north.
....
I am PISSED!!!!!! I had to rearrange EVERYTHING!!!!! I will be calling corporate. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
