Great place to get your windshield replace. Everyone there does great work taking care of you, your vehicle, & your insurance claim with your insurance company. I would highly recommend them to everyone who needs this service!

Technician was very helpful when I stopped by to have him look at my windshield damage from a stone hitting it. Scheduling was easy for my windshield replacement. This crew is very professional and they do very good work.

The total process from booking to installing my front window was hassle free. The people were very professional and accurate installation to include certificate showing programs electronics per auto specifications. I recommend using Safelite.

They redid my windshield March/April. They were supposed to recalibrate the windshield after installation. They half did the job. Less than 3 months later all of my safety assists started flashing. Taking it to a kia dealership thinking it was an electrical issue, found out safelite didn't properly calibrate my windshield. So not only did I have to pay for safelite to do I had to pay an additional $568 for kia to fix it. All safelite said calibration was out of warranty and on repeat I didn't take it them (like I knew that was the issue beforehand) not their problem. I have proof from a mechanic at the dealership saying and showing they did NOT complete the job correctly.
I spoke to the manager of that location and customer service. They basically read from script stating Safelite only has a 30 day warranty on calibration and I didn't bring it back to safelite. If I thought it was an electrical issue, why would I bring it safelite? When I found out what was wrong, I needed this fixed immediate as I was traveling out of town. I did not have time to take it to safelite over 40 mins away. I should have never had the issue to begin with.

I dropped my car off at the Safelite shop for a windshield replacement and was thoroughly pleased. The staff was professional, the communication was prompt and clear, and the service was completed right on time. I’m very satisfied with the entire experience and will gladly recommend Safelite to my customers.

Stellar service. I found Safelite when my windshield cracked after it was hit by a rock when driving home from work. I scheduled an appointment online and everything went smoothly. The front desk guy was very accommodating, and the technician who replaced the windshield was very efficient and skilled in his work, he finished the whole job, plus recalibration very quickly. I highly recommend Safelite to anyone needing especially autoglass service.

Tech scratched and chipped paint on car. Also left shattered glass in my driveway. Also tech couldn't get my rear windshield wiper off and told me I'd have to do it or get someone to do it before they could replace glass. So I had to do half his job safelite is ridiculous. DO NOT USE THEM

Windshield replaced when/where I asked. The repellant treatment also worked well in a heavy thunderstorm, could see clearly without the wipers!

This was my first Safelite experience, and I can honestly say they are the most efficient service related industry that I have done business with in years. I was transferred to them from my insurance agency, as they are the authorized third-party provider. They handled the entire claim and set up the replacement appointment in 20 minutes. I was given the option to use any repair shop, no pressure to use Safelight. I had initially planned to use the local Ford dealership. The dealership required cash upfront (over $1,100), as they do not submit to insurance. Safelite submitted the claim and received approval during my initial call, so I only needed to pay my deductible for the OEM glass. I elected to go to their facility to have the replacement completed, as they had an opening the next morning. The process took just over two hours, which was a little less than they had advised it may take. I was able to work at a desk in their spacious waiting room. They kept me informed of the progress, both by text and in person and the techs at the Harrisonburg, Virginia location were a pleasure to work with.

The guys at this location We're very professional. They kept me informed of the progress and complete it the project in a timely matter. I would definitely use this location again. My windshield was replaced in a sprinter motorhome. The location was Valley Pike Harrisonburg Virginia

I spoke with John at Safelite - scheduled the automobile for Thursday everything went as planned windshield was supposed to be a simple repair after John inspecting it. It will be a full windshield replacement.

Safelite replaced my windshield due to damage after being struck by a rock. I used their website to schedule an appointment online discovered that there were many dates and times available. The staff was courteous and professional and the technician completed the job ahead of schedule. The workmanship was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone needing auto glass replacement or repair.

Fixed my windshield correctly, the first time. It was done in the time frame promised, on time. The staff was professional and courteous.

If you set up an appointment then go to cancel and they will ask "why" and if you say "to expensive" they will take off $100. So this tells me they are already upcharging me to the point only if I say something about it being to expensive they will lower the price. Which is an absurd business model, "let's charge through the roof and only when someone can't make it happen we will offer a cheaper price". Other than that great customer service.

Excellent experience! Technician was prompt, friendly, curteous and did a flawless job installing my replacement windshield. Arrived early, contacted me several times to coordinate his arrival time, and gave me instructions about how to care for the replacement windshield after installation.

Very nice guys to work with at the Harrisonburg location. I arrived early due to being in the area already and they had me done even before my scheduled appointment time.

I was recommended to Safelite in Harrisonburg from a family member who had previous work completed. They were right and I'm glad I went with them. The process of scheduling and submitting a claim to my insurance was super simple and easy.

When I went to the repair appointment the service agent explained why I needed replacement and talked me through the process. Amazingly they were available the NEXT DAY for a mobile replacement at my home. The technician came out and was done in around an hour.

Great experience overall. I recommend them and will use them again for any glass repair needs.

Pulled into the parking lot at 9:31am for my 9:30am drop off and they wouldn’t fix my windshield. They also gave me a hard time about my insurance. Windshield replacement was supposed to be $0 through insurance, but I showed up and was asked to pay $830 out of pocket. Maybe the guy vaping at his desk could’ve tried to solve the issue instead of create one for the customer.

From the ease of scheduling the appointment to the friendly person on the phone when I called to the awesome Tech (Timothy) that came out and replaced my windshield, it was a flawless experience. I went this morning to have them repair of nick in my windshield. They did a phenomenal job! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Cannot say enough great things about the amazing staff members they have! Hopefully I will never need that kind of thing done to my car again, but if I do, I will be bringing it back here!

Ka-Tari was fantastic! He did an excellent job getting my windshield replaced quickly and I swear my car was cleaner when he was done than it was before he started.

They took my car back for a chip repair before my appointment time...I was told it would take about 30 minutes to fix and my car was done in about 15 minutes. Big waiting room, 7 chairs, a desk, and a kids table with 4 small chairs (coloring books and crayons as well). There was also drinks and snacks. The staff that I spoke with were very polite. I am very pleased with the end results.

Do not go here. Poor service quality and charged me for services they said they did and won’t respond to many attempts to rectify the problem. Paid over $500 for windshield wipers and windshield replacement. Tech reinstalled my broken wiper and I had to clean all of the suction cup marks off my windows. There were suction cup marks on windows that weren’t even replaced!! Look elsewhere and save yourself the frustration. I will be looking at dealing with my credit card company to dispute the charge.
