Guys installing my 2 shop doors were great, they were friendly and professional and left my shop cleaner after the installation than it was before. They got rid of small pieces of sheet rock that the sheet rocker left. Would definitely recommend Western Wholesale to anyone I know for overhead doors and installation.

I drove 3 hrs from my house in northern Utah to Idaho Falls because the price was much lower than here. Quality of the door seems very good, staff were helpful and friendly.

Had a spring break on Thursday evening, called them on Friday at 2:30pm and they had 2 springs replaced by 3:45 same day for a great price! Also lubed up both my doors, thanks guys!

These guys went above and beyond with the installation of my garage door opener. But also making sure all the alignments were spot on and all was working great. I highly recommend!

Western Wholesale was great to work with and did a wonderful job! The garage doors are high quality and a reasonable price, installation was also great. My only complaint was that i had to wait a couple of months for the doors to arrive, but i think that was due to the supply chain issues everyone experienced last year. Overall fantastic, would definitely recommend!

Remember the hail storm we went thru back in 2019(?)? Well when it was over, both my garage doors looked like someone had attacked them with a ball peen hammer! I wanted to upgrade my new doors so I paid the difference between the original type door the insurance would pay for and Western Wholesale installed them. It's been what? 4 or 5 years now and they're still working great. All the trim was replaced and what with the new siding all the way around, new roof and rain gutters and new garage doors...my place looked brand new. Thank you Western Wholesale! They were great to deal with. There was a dent on a panel and they replaced the panel without hesitation.

They came out next day and fixed my broken spring quickly. They were friendly as well. I can see why they have high reviews, I'll use them again!

So 70+ mph winds made their way through Idaho. Woke up the next morning and our garage door was all sorts of messed up. One of the wires was unraveled, a couple of the rollers were off the tracks, some of the pins wiggled their way out of the garage door slots that hold it onto the track, and the entire door was completely sideways which pushed the tracks to bend a little. I thought we would need a completely new track installed. I found Western Wholesale online, called and the phone was picked up on the second ring. They said they would be here in the afternoon. The servicer who came to fix it was here for 30 minutes, THIRTY. The garage door is back to it’s brand new, working self and I am amazed at how quickly he fixed it all. I will definitely keep this company in mind if future problems arise, or anyone that I personally know needs a recommendation. Seriously so happy with the service!
