I was very pleased with the whole experience. Quality work and a real good price. The technician (Carter)
was Professional and polite. I hope I don't have to replace my windshield again, but if I do you have a repeat customer? Thank you for all your good service.

Getting the appointment set up was a breeze, linking to my insurance was way too easy, early appointment, on time, quick visit. And free window cleaner, they offered new wiper blades free, but I had brand new ones already.

If you have a 3rd gen Cadillac CTS, push Safelite to use an OEM windshield!

Pros: Benjamin, the tech from West Bend Safelite, was polite and professional. Ultimately we were satisfied with the work and quality of replacement windshield.

Cons: Safelite installed a non-OEM windshield in my car, but it would not sync to the onboard computer and they ended up replacing it with an OEM part. The tech commented that this is a known issue with 3rd gens...why not just start out with the OEM part then?? Also, at one point I had to reach out to my insurance broker to find out what was going on because nobody had communicated with me over the span of 10+ days, as I drove around with a non-OEM windshield and half of the car's safety systems not working properly.

To say I’m frustrated is an understatement. Got my windshield replaced two months ago, no communication about progress throughout the day. Dropped my car off at 9:30 and it was crickets until almost 6 when I was finally called to tell me it was ready. Then I pick it up and notice that the tech has broken the plastic piece behind my mirror so now it hangs and won’t stay up. Called them the following Monday to let them know and also noticed a ton of stains/ marks around the workplace that they had left. Was told to bring my car back in so they could check. Took me a month because they are closed by the time I’m off work through the week and my weekends have been insanely busy. Spoke to one of the techs who checked out my car. He told me they’d order a replacement part to repair and it should be about 2 weeks. Well, it’s been going on 4 weeks and crickets. Was told Connie would reach out and I haven’t heard anything. I have called several times throughout this last week and no one is answering the office number. I just need my part replaced and the stains taken care of. Follow through on your customer service Connie and crew, this isn’t it. Don’t recommend this location.

I am utterly disgusted with the "technician" that arrived to complete my work order.After messing around for a bit over 20 minutes he advised me of two things: He would need the assistance of another employee because if the height of my F250, AND he said the company would not complete the install of new glass if there was ANY rust evident upon removing the old glass and they would/could not reinstall the old glass and your company does not do such work.

It was obvious, very obvious, he DID NOT want to do the work contracted for, and gave me slight grin when I said go no further. He put his one screwdriver away and left.
Needless to say, I will never offer any work to your firm, and I am submitting a negative review with the Wisconsin Credit Bureau.

Changed the cracked windshield on my Infiniti G37 and didn’t reinstall the door seals correctly. Water leaked in both sides ruining two door speakers.
They have taken two opportunities to rectify the situation, and it still leaks.
I have a bad feeling this is going to end up costing me far more than the price of the windshield replacement. Not once did anyone say “we will make this right”. Instead I got replies like “we will have to run it by our quality department”.

Find a local glass shop and save yourself the hassle.

The process of setting up the appointment took maybe 5 minutes through the website. On the day of the appointment the technician called ahead to let me know his arrival time and was right on time. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. While the windshield was being replaced he showed me things, such as rust spots, that he wanted me to be aware of. Overall happy with the experience.

My experience was pretty good! I spent less than I expected and the technician, AJ, went above and beyond with my window repair!

Safelite should address the automated end of things, text times were not correct. Fortunately the installer personally called twice to inform me of his arrival time.

Jared was very polite and thorough! Kept me informed every step of the way. Completed the job with no issues!

The tech did a wonderful and professional job. He cleaned up all of the broken glass very well, he was on time and very informative on the process. I highly recommend.

Got a chip in my windshield of my rental vehicle. Stopped at the store and spoke to Carrie. She made an appointment for the next day to get the chip repaired. Took the vehicle on time and within 20 minutes, the chip was fixed. The store was clean, great talking with Carrie, who was a great spokesperson for Safelite. We also talked about glass cleaners and how I never found a glass cleaner that worked. She actually cleaned the front door to show me how great cleaner was. Carried sold me on the cleaner, wiper blades and will be back for any glass work my vehicles need. The tech came out to tell me what he did to the car, couldn't be happier with the service. This Safelite store should be gold standard for other customer service orientated businesses.

They arrived on time. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Windshield was replaced and sensors were recallibrated in a timely manner with no problems.

After a car fell on top of me and my daughter my windshield was damaged in a very stupid spot. Safelite was able to come right to my home and replace the windshield while I went to work. Everything with them is easy and convenient and affordable and I am extremely grateful. Carter did an excellent job.

Facility was clean and comfortable,I waited while my windshield was replaced. Woman at the desk was very nice. Techs were very professional. Would definitely come here again for any window repair.

The technician that came was very efficient and very fast replacing the back glass on my f250, even with a rack in the way.

The techs were friendly and explained the process. Derrick went above and beyond by saving my state park sticker and placing it on the new windshield without me even asking. I wouldn’t hesitate going back there again if I need this service again.

Outstanding service and Technician Derrik Meister did a amazing job on my windshield replacement and repaired rust on my vehicle where there had been a leak from my old windshield!

I must say about 3 weeks ago.
I received top tier services. The guys arrive during the appointed time. Dan L called 5 minutes before the arrival. My services took about 45 minutes to a 1 hour. Before starting the repairs Jared B walked me through the process and clearly explained the risks that could take place during repairs. Both guys were great professionals. I was pleased with the outcome and costs. Since I understand this repair is a temporary fix I plan to purchase my factory windshield with Safelite and have it replaced by this location soon. I highly recommend the West Bend store for your windshield repair and replacement services. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fast, courteous, and excellent messaging system that updates about upcoming apt.s and progress. Glass looks great, quick turnaround with ordering glass for my vehicle. Will use again if I can't avoid getting another crack in my windshield

Tried to call in for an appointment to get a chip filled on a work van. One hour later on the phone I still had no appointment and the lady at corporate said the shop would call me back to schedule an appointment within 20 min. 2 days later and I still have not received a call.

Started out as an unusual experience. Our appointment to replace the windshield took longer than expected. The recalibration they performed changed the lane departure setting to factory defaults, and we were not advised of that. During a phone call with the technician, we questioned him about this issue, and he became very agitated and hung up on us. However, after a very courteous conversation with the office manager, Carrie, things were smoothed over. We would definitely recommend working with Carrie for all your customer concerns.

Had my chip repaired and it cracked fully...... Then they were supposed to come Wednesday to replace and they then call Tuesday saying it's late and they will be there Thursday... Take off of work to be there and get a call at 8 guess what they still don't have the windshield and not sure when they will?? What a joke

Very professional and friendly staff. They made sure I was well informed of the process and they even got my windshield replaced faster than the allotted time. This was the second windshield I needed this year and they worked with my insurance. Would highly recommend!!!

Scheduled to have windshield replaced, was told to drop it off and pick up later. I had to have someone drive me, of course. They are a half hour away, so it was an hour for the 2 of us to drop it off. Before going to pick it up, I called to make sure it was finished and I was reassured it would be done by 5. But when my friend and I arrived, was told they were 3 hours behind and I'd have to reschedule. So this was a total of 4 hours wasted. There was no offer to compensate for our trouble. Do not recommend.

Originally date for installation on Oct 10th for install... ohh wait get a call that window isn't in have to push my time back... now if window isn't instock at satellite warehouse.. but has to come in from glass manufacturer. Don't promise a install time before you actually have the glass. Have the glass at shop or warehouse before scheduling installation time. Communication is a big thing before setting appointments.
