I recommend them highly for their efficiency and organized operation.

Glass Technician was very good. Since I wasn’t home, he txt me each step he took. He was professional, friendly and punctual. Will definitely use Safelite again, if I need another glass changed.

Fast service. Dropped my truck off to have the windshield replaced, and since the windshield was being replaced, some sensors needed to be recalibrated. Done in 1.5 hours.

I had to get my whole windshield replaced and Safelite made the whole process very easy. Dorian came out to my home to do the install and he communicated to me prior to arriving. He arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner.

The Mandeville location is very quick and professional! They did a great job just as they did our previous visit tk this location.

They come to you, on time for appointment. Technician works carefully and knowledgeably, and was finished before I imagined.
Second time I have used Safelite. Hope there's not a third time, but I will know who to go to for the service!

I wasn’t pleased with the service. While the technician was knowledgeable and installed the windshield, he was unable to get the new windshield to link with the computer on my 2024 BMW. As a result the cruise control, lane assist, auto braking and other features no longer work. So now I have to go to the BMW dealer to have them complete the repair. I asked why Safelite couldn’t handle the reprogramming and was told their equipment hasn’t been updated to accommodate vehicles like mine that are newer than 2023. When I asked the technician why I wasn’t told that I would have to go to the dealer to complete the installation, he said the staff that set the appointments don’t know technical repair issues.

The car was dropped off at 9ish in the morning. The wife was told it would be ready at 4pm. It wasn't. Our KIA tells us when the door is opened. It wasn't opened until late in the afternoon. The car was finished by about 4:45pm. The machine that was used to process the payment had issues and it took several attempts to complete the payment. Other then the couple of things mentioned, the job was completed.

I booked mobile service online for a replacement windshield. The technician arrived within timeframe given, and was finished in about an hour. The new windshield looks great!

Mike was prompt, courteous, very skilled at his job. Did all the work in an extremely timely manner, leaving the truck better than he found it! Excellent job!

I was able to schedule an appointment that day. Drove over to N. Causeway and the chip repair was completed in less than 15 minutes. Fast service and great work.

Excellent quality fix paired with great customer service. The technician came to my house to fix the glass chip. He called before arrival and now the glass is perfect again. I’ve used Safelite several times with good results each time.

Very hard to do business with. They don't answer the phone. Just a recorded message telling you to go online to schedule anything. After going online, setting up the appointment, having them contact my insurance Co. Getting it approved, telling me it's covered, taking my address, giving me a time of arrival window for the next day. Leaving my phone number for the tech. to let me know ½ hour before arrival... They pull a no show. When I contacted them, I could only converse thru a web chat, they said I had no appointment scheduled. But my insurance co. shows a new open claim as of yesterday. Finding another glass company. Screw Safelight

Just had a pretty bad windshield chip on my 2019 Ram 1500 repaired at this location. Was greeted promptly by John and the repair took less than 15 minutes. Repair is amazing, almost like it never happened! John was courteous, friendly, and very professional. Thanks for the amazing work!

After making my appointment online I brought my SUV in the same day for repairs to a large chip and quarter size crack to my windshield. Steven the technician found a 3rd chip and brought it to my attention for repair as well. He explained the risks of repairing my windshield, the process used to make repairs, answered my questions and got to work. The outcome was great! The crack was barely visible and the large chip seemed to have disappeared as well as 3rd area he found. All in all I was there for maybe 25-30 minutes. My appointment was at the end of the day after I got off of work. Each staff member that entered the waiting area acknowledged me and asked if I needed anything. The waiting area was clean, staff were professional and the entire process was done with efficiency and attention to detail. I highly recommend this location.

Highly recommend the Mandeville Safelite location. Very helpful and quick in the work they did replacing my windshield. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. I really appreciate the extra things they pointed out that I should probably get fixed in the future with all the long distance driving that I do. Great shop!

I hesitantly brought my 2020 Porsche Macan GTS to safelight Mandeville after receiving a quote from Porsche New Orleans for $5k for a new front windshield. I have had multiple extremely bad experiences with Safelite in New Orleans off of airline and would not trust them to even put fuel in a vehicle…but, having little choice, brought my car to Safelite Mandevillle and the level of service and professionalism was absolutely amazing! I had to make two trips as first time, the glass the received had a defect. They called, applogized and rescheduled. I REALLY appreciated that. It may have been just a small defect in the windshield, but I appreciate they called me and told me they had to order a new one as had they just installed the windshield with the defect, this would have been a very different review. Installation was just a few hours and looks factory new. Trim and seals all set perfectly and looks just as good as came from Porsche. Highly recommend this Safelite location in Mandeville!!!

I've used them multiple times over the years. They are always very kind, prompt, and efficient. No complaints, coffee is good and would highly recommend.

They did a very good job replacing by windshield, however, now my rearview mirror and the associated electronics are falling off. I have been trying to schedule an appointment, but the safelite phone line and online scheduling are terrible. Now 2 days, and I still have not been able to speak to anyone or make an appointment.

Arrived a little early which freed up my day. The technician was friendly and professional. He got right to work and in the matter of minutes completed the job. He made sure to explain how to proceed from there and answered any questions I might have had. Great job done right in record time. What more could you ask?
