My first appointment was supposed to be Friday. Thursday I had a phone call regarding for the Friday appointment. I was at an LAX airport when I got the phone call. Did gentleman on the phone said it was my passenger side door. No it was not. There was miscommunication, but ultimately it was resolved. It was my window, shield, passenger side stone hit the Window shed. Ultimately Monday appointment was perfect. Gentleman was very good. Very polite. Texted me when he got here. Texted me when his job was done. This is the Fourth time I had to use safe Very satisfied. I don't know where the lack of communication was, but it was resolved.

Employees are very polite and professional. Worked done quickly and very satisfied with results. They came to my house and it was very convenient. I would highly recommend their services.

I had Safelite come to my house to fix a chip in my windshield. They were actually able to come the day that I called about getting it fixed. The technician Ty, was very friendly and very professional. He did a fantastic job on fixing my windshield. He explained everything and answered the questions that I had. I would recommend Safelite if you have an issue with your glass in your vehicle. Thank you Safelite and a special thank you to Ty!!!!!

I brought my Mercedes-Benz in for a windshield replacement, and I’m honestly very disappointed with the results. The top trim wasn’t reinstalled properly—it has visible gaps—and the trim around the windshield is loose and poorly fitted. Even more frustrating, I found broken glass inside the cabin and scuffs on the paint near the work area.

To top it off, when I picked up the vehicle, the technician had left their tools inside my car. The overall lack of care and attention to detail is completely unacceptable, especially for a luxury vehicle. I expected professional service and got anything but.

Definitely would not recommend this shop they seriously need to improve their workmanship and respect for customer vehicles.

Brandon arrived right on time and did a very thorough and efficient job, finishing in 45 minutes. He replaced my oil change sticker and rear view mirror very well and informed me as to how I could get my inspection sticker replaced.

I made an appointment online, which made the process very easy. The technician was very professional, punctual, knowledgeable, quick to complete the service, and friendly. I would 110% recommend their services over and over again.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Safelite. We paid $450 out of pocket to have a window replaced after getting a chip, no insurance involved, yet the technician broke the window regulator during installation and management refuses to admit fault. In fact, the response from the Safelite team when we informed them about the regulator malfunctioning, immediately following the repair, was that the regular motor is considered a wear and-tear-part, that we unfortunately are just experiencing very bad luck, and coincidentally, Safelite also provides window regulator replacements for only a few more hundred dollars.

Instead of addressing the issue, they’ve been dodging us and now tell us they filed a claim through our insurance (which we never used). In addition to the damaged regulator, the door panel was left partially disconnected from the frame, with a large gap. It’s still unknown if this is due to the technician(s) lack of attention to proper procedure during the repair and subsequent inspection, not having the knowledge and skills to properly finish the job, or worse, damaged the panel/panel clips during install and did not mention it. This is completely dishonest and unacceptable.

We’re left with a broken regulator, a driver-side window stuck halfway open, and no accountability. Avoid this place if you want professional service and integrity.

A solid 10 out of 10 experience. My technician Tyler was fast, friendly, and very respectful to my wife and myself. He called me in advance to let me know he was coming, showed up right when he said he would, and got the work done ahead of schedule. I have had the bad luck to need two windshields replaced over the last few years, and I have used Safelite both times. On both occasions my experience was the same. I highly recommend.

Very easy to schedule an appointment. The technician was polite, arrived within the timeframe given, and detailed. Very much appreciate all the information and instructions. My service was also 100% covered by insurance - which was great!

One call to my insurance company and I was scheduled the next morning.i was call by a safelight rep to verify my appointment for 8am.my vehicle was in the shop at 8 and I got my keys at 9:10. Location easy to get to,plenty of parking,lots of seating with a tv,clean,fast service and everyone was very professional and friendly.i don't want to see them again but if I have to i know it will be a pleasant experience.you do good work folks,thank you.

Great service! Was told 2-3 hours to replace my windshield and recalibrate the safety system but they were done within an 1.5 hours! 10/10 recommend

My windshield required replacement due to significant cracks from the extreme cold we had in Pennsylvania. Scheduling through my Farmers insurance with Safelite was very easy! Safelite kept me informed well informed of my appointment details, including the replacement technician calling to let me know his anticipated arrival time at my home. My windshield was replaced in less than 2hrs!

Scheduled service online. Received a promo discount which also included free wiper blades. Technician communicated well the day of service. Two technicians arrived when expected, were courteous and efficient at replacing my windshield. Very satisfied with product and service.

I went through the Erie Insurance website and it was easy to complete the appointment. I dropped it off the day before and they had it completed before my appointment time. Everyone I worked with at Safelite were very kind and helpful.

The Safelite auto glass in Greensburg is great, they took me in as soon as I walked in the door. Had me right in and out. The repair is not even noticeable. They were all so friendly. I will always go there to that location. Thanks guys

Found conner stuck in snow in his van on way to my appointment. Helped him out got to safelite then he helped me out with changing my window quickly and was very professional. I Recommend Conner for your glass repair needs. Im sure the rest of the guys are just as good haha.

A very professional experience from start to finish. The technicians were very neat and polite . Very accommodating and prompt.

There was a misunderstanding on which store I had to go to and I went to the wrong one, but my technician Gregory drove to the store where my car was to fix it there. That was very gracious of him.
However, when I got home and opened my trunk, it was full of glass and I had to vacuum it out myself.

I was so impressed with the superior professionalism and service in having my windshield recently replaced! Everyone from scheduling, communicating with me the times and Wyatt the technician who replaced it was outstanding!
I hope it doesn’t happen again but if it does I would definitely use Safelight for my Jeep Wrangler!
