They did a great job repairing my chip. Also, they informed me that my insurance would pay for the repair. In taking with them, I discovered how much experience they had in chip repair and windshield replacement.

I found their online scheduling easy to use and due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to modify my appointment time, date, and location three times. It was easy to do and I had no issues.

The staff was very pleasant and my technician, Noah, was excellent.

Guy that came was great! He was super nice and he did it a lot faster than I expected him to. Had to reschedule due to the window coming in broken, but was given a discount on it, even though I didn't ask for one. Great experience all the way around.

Very efficient and polite. Some team members are prior service members. Explained that my work wasn’t a total fix due to my vehicle’s windshield angle. They were able to minimize the damage and hopefully it will last till I need a new windshield in a few years.

I had an appointment scheduled for a mobile windshield replacement service today. The weather was not ideal so they squeezed me into their busy schedule to do it in the shop. My car was ready before noon. The service men were kind and courteous. The installer actually pulled my car into the shop for me so that I wouldn’t have to walk out into the rain where it was parked. My windshield looked great and they even vacuumed my floorboards for me. I would recommend their services for anyone in need.

Excellent service, fast and easy to schedule and they came to my house to install my new windshield! Highly recommend, and I will be using them again for my other vehicle soon.

I was very satisfied with my experience! I left my car at home while I went to work. I Received texts and calls with expected arrival updates. I was able to save my payment option on the portal and they charged my card when they were done. Everything went super smoothly with NO hassles!

Aaron was great at his job and very professional. He put in two side windows ,a windshield,wipers and recalibrated our jeep. Nothing bad to say at all. Thank you Aaron.

Our appt wasn't until 130pm. Got here 40 minutes early and they took us right in. The guy that helped us was super super nice.

Absolutely amazing service from Safelite! Michael went above and beyond by picking up my car for the glass replacement, and when I had questions about a recalibration charge, he took the time to personally walk me through everything. I had missed an email detailing the charge, but Michael made sure I understood it fully. After the service, I realized I forgot to remove my PikePass sticker. A gentleman at the shop went out of his way to try to remove it from my old windshield. While it wasn't salvageable, I really appreciated his effort. Overall, what could have been a frustrating experience turned into a great one because of Michael and the team. Highly recommend Safelite!

Staff was amazing, I had just had surgery so I scheduled it for home install but due to circumstances they came and picked my car up and brought it home, vacuumed my car it was superior service.

Had glass repaired at the Bartlesville location. The tech was awesome. Kept me informed on progress of the repair and what not to do after complete installation. This guy gets a thumbs up from me.

15 or so minutes and they were done! They showed up an hour early from my expected 12-5 appointment window, explained what they would do, explained potential risks that could happen during the repair, and then they were cleaning up. Two very polite team members came to my house (20 minutes away) to complete the repair and even vacuumed my floorboards before they left. Very easy process and would recommend to anyone.

They left a mess all over my dash. They couldn't even clean up after themselves. The windshield itself seems fine. But they didn't put my rear view mirror back in. They replaced it with one that is loose & won't stay in place. It shakes every time I hit a rough spot in the road. Would not recommend the Bartlesville, OK location.

Had a chip in my windshield. They explained everything they were going to do and all the possible hazards of filling the chip in. I opted to go ahead with the repairs. Twenty minutes later I was on my way with a well done repair.

Excellent work they put rear sliding window in my super duty, just one minor detail when finished which they took care of the next day with with no issues.

Quick service and friendly staff. Had a small issue with my windshield wipers after the windshield replacement but it was handled promptly and professionally.

My windshield recently took a bad hit while driving down the road. The flaw was about an inch in diameter with splintering. I was able to get an appointment right away to have it fixed and received timely and courteous service. I hope I never need their services again, but if I ever do, I will return. I recommend this business.

I had my windshield replaced at the Bartlesville shop in Oct of 19. Recently my windshield started whistling when I hit 45 miles per hour. I took it in to the dealership and they said the windshield is not properly sealed and Safelite also did not replace the caps on my wiper arms. I have tried calling, going by the shop, emailing and doing the live chat on their website. Nobody answers.

ETA: Safelite replaced the windshield no more whistling.
