About six months ago, my daughter purchased a 2012 Ford Edge from Ketterhagen. While she understood the vehicle was being sold as-is, Kurt had mentioned that if any post-sale concerns arose, we should reach out.

Not long after the purchase, we discovered the vehicle had a faulty rear caliper and required new rear brakes. We brought this to Kurt's attention, and he assured us that if it was something that should have been addressed during their inspection, they would take care of it. True to his word, they did.

As a college student, my daughter was especially grateful for the support, and overall, it was a very positive experience. It's rare to find a dealership that stands behind their word like this, and we truly appreciate it.

In fact very easy to talk with, personable and truly listens to develop an idea of what vehicles he could offer. Just as willing to sell a used vehicle as new depending upon the right fit. The vehicle we just purchased was missing a few items which we had hoped to find...Kurt was willing to look for another option or suggested that we just make the modifications to the one he had on the lot. The service provided was 5 star. I had an oil change, tire rotation and air filter replacement, this was all done while I was at work. I was driven to work and then had my car dropped off at work :-) Can't say enough about how easy and stress free that was!

Ketterhagens motors has serviced my Ford vehicles for decades. The service has always been Timely and accurate. A recall was completed along with an oil change for my C-Max. Everyone there does a great job.

I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday evening, by Wednesday evening it had not been brought in to the shop yet. I assumed they must be behind and unable to get it in as previously thought so I called to see if I could just bring my vehicle in another time since it was just sitting in the parking lot and I was in a loaner that was very inconvenient for transporting my multiple children. The man I spoke to yelled at me and was extremely rude, I was shocked at how poorly I was treated and really was not sure how to respond, he was very aggressive. I picked up my vehicle and couldn’t stand the thought of having to deal with that man again so decided to take my vehicle somewhere else, where thankfully my experience was the complete opposite. Then the same man called me again the following week telling me I missed my appt Monday, one of which I never scheduled, he again was very rude and condescending in his tone and choice of words, he also told me my recall would expire…(I called the other place and was told this was not true). I told him I had taken my vehicle somewhere else due to how rudely I was treated and he did not try to apologize or resolve anything, he just said “ok, sounds good.”

I supposed I can not speak to the quality of work they do on repairs, and the women up front were very kind as was the owner I spoke to prior to getting my vehicle diagnosed, but this technician in particular was very rude and very uncomfortable to deal with. I spoke to others about my experience looking for suggestions on where to go and was told that they too had had experiences similar to mine with the same place.

metallic. Extras; Ford Co-Pilot 360 Assist+ and Cold Weather Package ( heated seats, steering wheel, remote start system),
That was the end of my involvement. I received a call from Kurt that car was in.
Kurt explained all the features n designs of car. Talk about another language, WOW have cars changed from my 2016 model. Patiently Kurt answered my questions n went over a few features that didn’t register the first time.

Than a few days later a tin of Chocolate Chips cookies was delivered to my door

My final words: give Ketterhagen a call or visit, often the “smaller dealers” have the long forgotten gift of listening and suggestions. They truly believe their 120 year reputation is always on the line.

Review on service: While the service department is friendly and the free pick up/drop off option is awesome, getting your car serviced here is way more expensive than other locations. I highly recommend going somewhere else to have your car serviced! On the most recent repair I had I got a $490 quote from Ford and spent $385 by going somewhere else! They charge $128/hour just for labor

I love the personal service. They pick up my vehicle at my work, fix everything that needs to be done, and return the vehicle to my office by the time I leave work. This is the only shop that I will have work on my Ford Edge.

As usual,I was met with smiles in the service department. They are always so busy and organized but not too busy to say hello.
