Got a wicked crack in my windshield made an appointment online dropped it off a day later around 730am. I had my car back around 1pm and got new wipers. Easy peesy

I had my windshield replaced by the technician Brayan, who did an excellent job. All the employees at this location do an excellent job. So I highly recommend them -

Safelite Chester was a breeze, no complications, easy scheduling, easy drop off and pickup. Easy insurance fix on travelers. Last time they came to my house which I thought was great but this is almost easier to just drop off and have done quickly. thanks guys at safelite!

The technician that did my window made it very easy actually the whole process was extremely easy. All of the stickers inspection everything was transferred over You would never know that I had the window replaced extremely happy once again.

Car window was cracked. They made an appointment to fix the car. Needed to arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. The car was started right away even though I was dropping off the car. The tech explained the process could take 2 to 3 hours. An hour later the car was done and they washed all the windows. The technician explained The warranty.
The service was done in less time than expected. The car looked great. The technician was knowledgeable, informative and very professional.
Should I have a issue with any of my car windows I will definitely return to this place.

Recent strong winds brought a large branch down on the windshield of my car and shattered it. The process to have my windshield replaced by Safelite was seamless. The communication was excellent. Dana was incredible. In truth, I had a lot of anxiety about getting my glass replaced. The last time I went to safelite (different location), they messed up and I spent over 8 hours collectively between two days waiting for my car. Dana put all of that to ease. My wait time was maybe an hour considering she also had to re-calibrate my eyesight cameras for the new glass, and she replaced my registration and inspection stickers, as well as my ezpass stickers for my tag, back onto the glass in perfect order. Glory is in the little details, and I walked away from this experience not needing anything else. As I told her when she gave me my keys back, 10/10 would recommend her very specifically. She is incredible and deserves a raise for her excellence!

If you need glass, safelight is the only way to go!. BRYAN was gr8, he made me feel welcomed with an offer of coffee and tv ☺️ which allowed me to relax while he took care of my windshield no waiting no lines in and out I believe it was 45 min thank you Chester safelight!

be very careful with pricing, if you talk to someone on the phone they will try to sell you the highest package and not even give you the cheaper service package, they are hoping you don't even ask if there's anything cheaper. also add $100 to each one of their services, they don't tell you about this right away until you get the cost breakdown for your bill, they add $40 for recycling and if you want them to get there a little earlier they charge you 15 bucks, it usually ends up totaling another $100 on your bill.

Came in almost two hours before my appointment, and they service my vehicle without hesitation. They were very friendly and professional. Service was fast as well. I would highly recommend them.

Safelite, in Chester NY, was terrific. I had a chip repaired in my windshield. They were very friendly and professional and had me on my way quickly.

Professional guys. Took appt. On time no leak so far but did not install the oem pad beneath the glass on 2003 SE maxima so glass is 1/4" lower than original. Sad 19,000 mile on this rare car. Wish I was told ahead of time

Safelite did a fantastic job on my cracked windshield. I used their mobile home service, in which they come directly to your house to fix your windshield. Andrew was my technician, and he was on time, respectful, a true professional, and he took much pride in his work. Will definitely recommend and use their services again should I ever need.
