BUYER BEWARE!!!
Sign posted on the product says buy one product and get another free. BUT, it’s for a whole different product.
They advertise this in two different places at the store.
Then, when you call them on it at the cash register, they were rude. Saying “most people read the signs”.
We were not the only people that misunderstood their signage.

Did not get the young woman's name but she works in the plumbing department and was excellent, really knew her stuff and got the parts I needed for my repair, best help I have received in a plumbing dept at Lowe's or Home Depot

We had a great experience this evening due the helpful and friendly Laurel at the Customer Service desk. She went out of her way to help us and even shared her own personal knowledge with us. Wonderful experience

Great store with friendly staff. We bought an assembled grill (barbecue) and it would not quite fit in our vehicle. Dalton and Leo helped us haul it to our vehicle, then Leo went to get his personal socket set to remove one shelf so it fit in the vehicle. It was a great experience.

I was baited into ordering a washer by Lowe’s and told it would be available for pick up in a couple weeks , now they are saying that washer won’t be in till July six months from now , when asked what was available in store they said no washers were available except their house brand , this was an obvious bait and switch to get me to apply for their Lowe’s card .

Pat Padilla is en excellent store manager! He is quick and fair when making tough decisions. Pat is calm and cheerful under pressure. He displays excellent people skills! Martha was very good with her initial costumer contact!

Terrible experience purchasing from Lowes, next time going to Home Depot across the street. Bought a brand new Whirlpool Fridge and it was delivered to the house April. June the fridge started having issues, a rattling and issues with fan motor. I have 3 kids plus at the time a newborn baby and the fridge is acting up in the heat of summer. Called up Lowes to see why after 2 months the fridge was having issues and what they could do for me. They told me I needed to get a return code from Whirlpool in order to return the fridge and buy and new one. I first talked to ASISTANT MANAGER LILY and she was so genuine and understanding and said she would help and heard the baby crying in the background. She said try to get the return code and if not Lowes would help. I tried for 3 months to get a return code and WP sent tech after tech out but the problem continues to happen with the fridge a few weeks after each time they come out. Called Lowes as a last resort earlier this week and talked to the MANAGET PATRICKA this time, he also said he would help. I never got a call back. I've tried calling and every time the put me on hold and make an excuse as to why neither for the managers can talk to me. Both had already promised to help, both know that the FRIDGE WAS INSTALLED IMPROPERLY the first time (i have documentation of this from Eagle One repair who is did not recommend either) and bith know it is 110F and i have 4 kids that are relying on this fridge. I have been completely GAS LIT but the employees at this company. Whirlpool and Lowes should be ashamed of how they treat their customers who are in need of help after purchasing an appliance. Brand new fridge first issue came up 2 months after purchase and Noone was there to back their promise. I see the customer care number listed below on many of the reviews and talked to them, they were no help and said I needed to solve it with PATRICK the store manager but Patrick will not take my call or return it, it has been 4 days. He could have had the respect to at least answer the phone and not lie. Highly do not recommend this store in CG who sells a mom with a newborn and 3 other kids in the middle of AZ summer a defective fridge then doesn't do the ethical thing and exchange it? I bought there thinking they backed their promises and would help with the exchange with WP since it was past 30 days for store return, they just don't care.

I am truly disappointed and appalled at the lack of customer service at this Lowe’s. It is poorly run. The General Manager Pat Padilla lacks as an example, so how can you possibly expect better from associates. I went into Lowe’s and was purchasing other merchandise, I saw that two rows of wheelbarrows were marked at $19. I asked an associate for assistance and they stated they were mismarked but she was horribly rude. I explained that it was false advertisement and they let me know I could speak with Pat. I came in the following day and did just that. He said he would review cameras and get back to me. It has been 2 weeks and still Pat has not followed through with what he stated. Management lacks at this establishment. I hope this reaches regional/corporate.

I just went into this location and bought a nozzle for my hose. We paid and walked out and then went right back in not even 2 minutes later to ask for the receipt and was told by the lady at the self check out that there was no way I could get my receipt because someone used the self checkout after me and they can only print the receipt of the last sale and that if I didnt use a card or give them my email address I can't get my receipt at all. That's totally unacceptable.

Just came back for the first time since. Needed a flat cart for the hundreds of dollars of garden stuff i needed. Asked 3 different employees, all sent me different directions. I finally ran into one myself,thanks for all the "customer service" but ill just go to TSC

Not one single register with an employee. You are literally forcing your customers, who come in to give you money, to work for you for free. How many people are looking for work in our community and you have the audacity to force customers to work for free? Why would I do that? Why would I support your business when it is blatantly clear you don't support our community?

Appliances; experienced total help in area. Was waited on when we asked; not pushed into making a decision. Able to pick our delivery date and time frame.
