This home depot has been around for awhile but I can't really say if it's good or bad. It's probably the only major hardware store in town so it doesn't really have to try. I got what I needed and service was decent but I had to settle for home depot branded tools. The one I wanted was special order.

WHAT A SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND I THOUGHT LOEWS WAS BAD!! YOUNG WORKERS WALK AROUND AND WHEN THEY SEE YOU..THEY GET ON THEIR PHONE!! I ASKED FOR HELP FOR THE DOORS DEPT. WAITED AND WAITED, WHILE THE GUY WAS HELPING LIAD IN GARDENS!!! GARDENS!!!

Apparently only the manager has a key to unlock the entrance/ exit to lawn and garden. They were a no show this morning and not answering their phone. The manger!!! And the reviews for this Home Depot are horrible! Should have checked those out before coming here! Don’t come here! Customer service is a disaster!

My receipt didn't print a survey so I thought I would write a review here. Although finding helpful staff here is few and far in between, I was so pleasantly surprised by Tay from this last shopping experience. We are remodeling a house and frequent this Home Depot often. I found Tay in lumber as two other female associates passed me while I mentioned I would be needing help in concrete. Tay was doing something with a forklift and said he would be with me in 2-3 min. He immediately came not a minute later and loaded 15 80lb bags of concrete and said he would push it to the front. The front couldn't find someone to load so he did that as well and informed me where to park. I told him this store needs 40 more of helpful people like him. He is a good one and I hope we have the pleasure of seeing him there in the future. A wonderful, helpful young man.

Generally this store has what I want, and the prices are very good. The service however is horrendous. Every time I walk into the store I have to fight with the survey people. Between the water and the ac. I decline, but they push and push until I need to raise my voice while walking away. I typically get lumber. Upon checkout the employee will always ask if I need help loading. Because I'm loading into an SUV that I need to finagle to not scrape up, I decline help. And every damn time the employee argues with me and calls for help anyway. I'm thinking maybe another lumber store will respect their patrons more? It's a little obscene to have to literally fight with an employee or four every time I walk into the store... about at my limit. Tone it the heck down.

There’s nothing more frustrating than employees inventing answers because they don’t know how to respond to a customer’s question.

I spoke with a manager twice and four different sales associates just to understand the difference between two nearly identical products. One claimed the only distinction was that one box had Spanish labeling while the other had English which was obviously not true.Another insisted the company simply "got tired of making a blue box" and switched to green.

Considering these type products can cost thousands of dollars, employees should **admit when they don’t know the answer** instead of guessing.

This forklift operator damaged my tailgate while loading a pallet into the back of my pickup. Home Depot has done nothing to repair the damage at this point.

They have a forklift spotter standing at the front of the vehicle while the forklift operator sets the pallet on the vehicle. Home Depot has a policy that requires the spotter to stand at the front of the vehicle while loading. From this vantage point, the spotter can not see or assist the forklift operator to communicate to stop the operator before damaging the vehicle. This guy ran the forklift into the tailgate and pushed the truck forward. He lowered the mass while the mass was pressed up against the tailgate, bending the tailgate and breaking the plastic on the top.
I was very disappointed in the response from the management. She only considered the employees were following the correct process dictated by their policy and didn't show any real concern that they damaged the vehicle. I pointed out that the policy has flaws if damage is happening due to the operator not having visual of his mass, and the spotter can't help him due to having to stand at the front of the vehicle. They had me fill out a report about the incident, and I haven't heard anything back.

Their plants were so well taken care of. Super helpful with assisting me with getting heavy items to my car when I had my toddler.
Coworkers were so friendly and looking out for each other when the "runner" was in and out of the heat. Thank your helpers yall!

This is one of the best Home Depots!!! We love going to the gardening center and seeing Lorenzo :) he's so nice, super outgoing and very and I mean VERYYY welcoming!! :)

Rebekah from the window and door section was extremely helpful, she was patient and followed up the next day with my request. I'm thankful for employees that help their customers, even though the part I needed wasn't available at home depot.

Zak was the worst person to ever work here, worst customer experience ever, if I were the manager I would let him go immediately with how unprofessional he is I would never let an ex-felon work here and he shares to much personal info with costumers I didn’t need to know about his personal life and so on

I have always loved Home Depot but today I got very upset. When I arrived the gate to the garden center was still closed. I went to the main door. I loaded my basket with what I needed. The cashier was just coming in. He was very kind and apologetic for my wait. The gate was still locked. He called for a manager and offered me a chair and water. He rang my purchases as soon as he got his register up. And I waited for the manager to open the gate. I wasn’t alone. Delivery trucks were waiting too. Other customers were trying to enter but having to walk to the main entrance. I waited for what seemed an eternity! I finally pushed my heavy basket into the store and exited there! This was ridiculous! Online info says they open at 7!!! I’m rethinking about where I shop for garden supplies!

The customer service is customer inconvenience. We were told we had to pay at the other end of the store, at customer service, because we needed to make 2 trips to haul our lumber. We paid for our entire bill, Then we were told to go back to the cashier and wait for someone from customer service, before we could load our lumber. Employees standing around and not offering to help load 2X6X20’s. Lowes has our business now

Home Depot for goodness sakes put a manned checkout!!!! No one wants to do the job of your employees for free, while the employees stand and WATCH us try to checkout. I have a job I’m not trying to do your job. It’s reason to stop coming if this keeps happening. Other than that we love you thx

The worst experience we've had at ANY Home Depot. Went to the Casa Grande location looking for granite countertops. The associate was no help, her attitude was so bad and so negative we didn't want her around us.
We picked out 3 of the little 3" x 3" samples to try at home but she chased us down and took them saying we can't have them, they can't leave the store. We would have been fine paying for them but she wouldnt let them out of the store.
Worse yet, when she took the samples from us she turned away and made a rude comment about us.
Home Depot lost our business!

We frequently shop at this Home Depot. There is almost always someone around to help. I’ve never had a poor customer service experience. Returns are easy, and they are usually very well stocked in what I need.
Today we stopped by for the kids craft. We didn’t know that you had to sign up to come. They were kind and understanding, and still let us participate. I was especially impressed by how helpful they were throughout the craft, offering additional supplies, wipes, and kids aprons. It was great to be treated well despite the fact that we weren’t technically supposed to be there.

At first we had trouble checking out in garden center due to issues the cashier couldn’t resolve , so we went to customer service and tried to figure things out. Analiza took care of things in less then a 3 minutes very quick and professional. Turned a bad experience into a great one!

Dan Bailey had the patience and skill to delete rering and still help other customers all with a smile and positive attitude,more people need to have a work ethic like Mr Bailey's..
I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees at the Casa Grande store. They have all been polite and helpful great people. Dan just went a little farther. Thank you

The customer service desk employees consistently display unprofessional behavior—they are overly conversational in inappropriate ways and frequently come across as rude and dismissive. It’s shocking that individuals with such poor interpersonal skills are employed in customer service roles. This raises serious concerns about the hiring and training processes in place. It’s clear that there is a lack of focus on ensuring employees understand the importance of professionalism, respect, and effective communication when dealing with customers.

Needed to buy a new refrigerator. Applied for Home Depot card but had trouble with the credit card site so had to go into the store for help. Sonia at the Casa Grande store customer service desk was awesome.
She was super nice and patient and knew her job. She took care of everything, I was really impressed with the job she did. New fridge will be here Friday, huge thank you to Sonia.

Thanks for ruining my anniversary dinner. I bought this grill as an anniversary present for my husband with the assembly already done so we could have BBQ for our second wedding anniversary dinner. Got to the store they brought it up not assembled, then when I pointed it out they said "oh, that's why it says assemble" and then told me I can put off my anniversary dinner the guy comes in Tuesdays and Thursdays and can put it together then. Thanks for ruining the anniversary with nothing to compensate or make up for it. And I have to put it together myself. I will never buy a grill or anything from Home Depot again. The assembly is a lie.

HOME DEPOT AKA THE TOOL TEMPLE! Rainforest in the desert where wood comes to dry. Sorry if I don’t get in here every few days I become sentimental. I once missed a week and had to do an inventory of the whole building. The best part of shopping here is you don’t have to have a membership. You can just park anywhere on the vast pavement even in the Pro parking with no username or password. The cashier may not know your name but you will get the same great service as if you always carry a 35’ tape on your belt. If you have to read the instructions to build a pot stand or you can understand construction plans that old carpenter turned part time orange vest wearing expert will help you find what you need.
As I walk my dog early in the morning or later the temperature is much better than outside. As we pass through each isle I see many items that were not on the list then I have to go get a cart Who would guess that you could find so many items that are useful but have nothing to do with building, fixing or finishing a home.

Ray in the plumbing department was so knowledgeable and helpful!! My mom's dogs broke a pipe for her hose in the back yard. I took in a picture and Ray gave me a few different options to repair it and explained everything to make this project so simple. Thank you Ray!!

If there was a -.0. I would use it! I’m not racial but I needed a clerks assistance for a sale but the couple speaking a foreign language were so loud and distasteful, distracting and annoying I asked if they could lower the volume & the Three clerks( 2 were employees just standing around talking at customer service) and that assistant clerk “ huffed” oh you didn’t!” She directed an older man wait on me and grabbed the phone and turned away from me. I searched for a manager, who sided with the foreign speaking employees, stating they can talk any conversation they wish in their language! Oh, so I left & will never return. I know one old senior means BITHING TO HOME DEPIT, but as co manager of my RV park near by, I will advertise my experience. Being married to a Greek, who naturalized here, 30+ years ago, I KNOW what difficulties that it is to learn English. He did. My second husband, mama & family spoke Italian. It’s not that they could, should but that they would Not Do Ut infront of public or strangers. It’s rude! Uncomfortable to Americans and unnecessary! Learn our, ways, follow the laws, get driving TEST, not just a license, but do road laws, (stop beside the stop beside) not 1/2 way into intersections, and speak our language in public.
