We were delighted with the outcome of the projects Brad completed on our home. He is very competent, efficient and professional. His skill set is broad, but he will refer you to a licensed contractor in a specific trade if he determines that is the best option for the work required. We will definitely contact him in the future if a new need arises.

I wish I could give 10 stars to this company! The work done on my house exceeded expectations is an understatement. I couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail, the wonderful communication, the professionalism and mostly the affordability for the work completed. It’s nice knowing I don’t need to look for any other handyman services, I found the best.

I had someone else fix my toilet which resulted in holding the handle down for 15 seconds and most of the time it flushed. Brad Humphrey came to give me a bid for fixing it and spent about 5 minutes making adjustments and it flushes perfect. I’m thrilled, he didn’t charge me because he was so expedient. I quickly got him lined up for several more jobs and am tickled to finally find my forever handyman. Honest, fair and affordable. And the final test, my dog loved him.

Brad was on time and arrived completely prepared to tackle my three projects. He installed a shelving unit and a shower curtain rod in my guest bathroom and replaced a vent cover in my vaulted ceiling. Three people had previously attempted to install this cover and failed so we were thrilled that Brad was able to find a way to get it back up successfully! The best part of all was that he completed all the work in an hour!

Brad is a true professional handyman! We had a collection of small items around the house that needed to be done. We found Brad's name through Next Door. He was highly recommended and certainly did not disappoint! He did some drywall patching, caulking and painting. He came back several times to allow for curing and drying times. His finished work is great and we found his pricing very reasonable. We would HIGHLY recommend him for your needs!

Brad of ReadytoSellAZ was a godsend. He repaired so many things in a short period of time; I was both amazed and grateful. He tightened washers on my outside hoses and installed 5 new smoke detectors- mine were all 10-11 years old. He hung up items and repaired a gate. Changed light bulbs and repaired my security door lock, which 3 other handymen were unable to do! He quoted a price and that’s what I was charged. He explained everything he was going to do then did them. He has a wide variety of knowledge. I would recommend him highly.

Brad was highly recommended for handy man work. He installed a ceiling fan quickly and affordably. He also helped us with a leaking window. He found the same size window and replaced our window quickly. He patched the drywall and I can't even tell any work was done. Highly Recommend Brad With Ready To Sell Handyman
