Brad was on time and arrived completely prepared to tackle my three projects. He installed a shelving unit and a shower curtain rod in my guest bathroom and replaced a vent cover in my vaulted ceiling. Three people had previously attempted to install this cover and failed so we were thrilled that Brad was able to find a way to get it back up successfully! The best part of all was that he completed all the work in an hour!

Brad is a true professional handyman! We had a collection of small items around the house that needed to be done. We found Brad's name through Next Door. He was highly recommended and certainly did not disappoint! He did some drywall patching, caulking and painting. He came back several times to allow for curing and drying times. His finished work is great and we found his pricing very reasonable. We would HIGHLY recommend him for your needs!

Brad of ReadytoSellAZ was a godsend. He repaired so many things in a short period of time; I was both amazed and grateful. He tightened washers on my outside hoses and installed 5 new smoke detectors- mine were all 10-11 years old. He hung up items and repaired a gate. Changed light bulbs and repaired my security door lock, which 3 other handymen were unable to do! He quoted a price and that’s what I was charged.
