Great sales and financing. Terrible service and they do not honor their warranties they sell. Bought a used vehicle from Garrett. Have had to go back multiple times for the same reasons. Out of owning my vehicle for under six months I have been in service 11 times. Currently have an ABS issue. Service stated if it's something as failed electronics it would be covered but if a wire was broke or some other kind of issue it wouldn't be. The warranty we were sold was to cover everything

Steve was great to work with when we traded in our 09 Dodge for a new Chevy truck. It was nice that Steve was able to negotiate the price. Abram was also great to work with for all the paperwork. Garrett is definitely a no pressure dealership and we would recommend it to anyone interested in purchasing a new truck.

Garrett Chevy in Coolidge has broken every promise they made. The truck we purchased barely a year ago has had nothing but mechanical issues from early on, and spent months sitting in their service department while we continued making payments, no urgency, no accountability. Just radio silence and empty promises.

JD claimed he’d “help us out” and get us out of the truck. Against my better judgment, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake. The trade-in offer we received was a flat-out joke laughable, insulting, and honestly offensive considering the mess they put us in. It felt like a slap in the face.

We’ve tried to be patient and work with them, but this dealership has been consistently unreliable, unhelpful, and dismissive of the impact this situation has had on our family.

This dealership is all smiles until the ink dries on your contract. After that? You’re on your own. They’ve shown zero integrity, zero customer care, and zero willingness to make things right.

Don’t walk away from Garrett run. I wouldn’t trust them to sell me a lawn mower, let alone another vehicle.

When i have been making phone calls all day to get my blinker bulb fixed after coming out and being free inside the headlight cover , Jeff helped me quick and efficiently, while others were trying to charge so much for something simple, Jeff knew it wasnt what everyone else said and charged and made it sound easier than others. The last time my oil change was done on my Chevrolet 2500 heavy duty pickup, the oil filter was not properly tightened. Oil dripped constantly. My son changed the oil when it was due, the oil filter was a half turn from coming off in his hand.
My Mini Cooper has been dripping constantly in the garage. It doesn’t get much use sitting in the garage, as I cannot get under it to check, I’d appreciate something done by Garrett Motors.

I really hate buying a new car. In the past 60 years, I have bought many cars. This experience I had with Josh Montijo and Abram Palacios at Garrett Motors in Coolidge AZ was by far the most stress-free, no pressure, great communication car buying experience EVER! They listened to what I needed, reviewed the options and delivered exactly that, no issues! They clearly know what they are doing and it shows! My wife is so happy with her new Colorado! i purchased my 2021 chevy malibu a week ago. today i was driving to circle k which is 4 mins from my house and the car completely shut down while i was driving i had to turn it off and back on in the middle of traffic. when it turned back on it was jerking the rest of the way and when i get to circle k i call garrett motors and they told me they wouldn’t be able to see me until monday at 8:45am. so i got off the phone and as im driving home my car turns off again before i could even make it out of circle k parking lot. i turned my car off and back on and it was hesitant to start so when i got home i called them back to tell them i wasn’t going to be able to drive it to coolidge because i live in casa grande and it wont even make it down the road the lady i spoke to Jamie told me if it happened just today then i should be fine to drive it. i told her im not risking my life to drive all the way to coolidge when it wouldn’t even make it down the road. she told me it should be fine to drive if it still starts and there’s nothing they can do because they close at 7pm but i called at 4pm. i asked to speak to a manager and she said she’ll call me back. she called me back and said they can give me a call tomorrow morning and they’ll be able to tow tomorrow morning. the lady i spoke to (jamie) was rude and not reassuring at all.
i’m 34 weeks pregnant and put all my money in this car and going to be paying on it for a while just for it to break in 1 week. don’t waste your money going to this dealership.

Went to this dealership with my husband to look at a few cars that we saw online. We were helped immediately and felt comfortable with the salesmen. We were allowed to test drive the car and the salesman gave us space, was not "pushy" at all, he was available to answer all questions. We decided to purchase the car and got a really good deal on it, they were able to adjust the price to keep it within our budget. We are very satisfied with our experience and highly recommend this dealership for cars.

We had an excellent experience buying a used Santa Fe from this dealership today. The staff were not pushy and didn’t try to oversell, which we really appreciated. We had a specific budget, and they worked with us to ensure we left with a car we liked. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and accommodating, they even lent us a car so we could run to the bank. I highly recommend this dealership. George in sales was especially understanding and helpful throughout the process.

I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday morning for Garett’s to check a transmission pan leak (tiny drips) in my 2019 Chevy Silverado. Picked it up Thursday, they said it was repaired, they gave me a run down of other issues from their ”inspection” total $1200. Go home and Friday evening I notice that the truck is really leaking transmission fluid now. So of course I have to wait till Monday for them to be open. So after working a 12 hour graveyard shift, I call and notify them as soon as they open Monday, they say they will make it their first priority. So I drive straight there and it takes them till 930 for them to tell me that the transmission pan is leaking, but they will cover it! (Perfect) they gave me a loaner vehicle (Awesome)* this should have been repaired the first time! They call me that day around 4pm and told me the part came in and it would be taken care of first thing the next morning. Around 4pm, I still hadn't heard from them so I call in, the guy who answered didn't want to give me any information and " my representative" was unable. He called me back about 30 minutes later, to tell me that it was the wrong part and the new part would be in the next day. I begin to question how they didn't notice the wrong part was delivered and why it took all day for them to notice when this repair was supposed to be the first priority. At this point he was just giving me excuses, saying he didn't walk around and check with his employees. I ask " that wasn't important enough for them to notify you right away?" I know it takes time to order a new part. I then ask who the manager is, and have to ask again for his name and his last name. Then he had the audacity to be rude to me!! It's already an inconvenience to be out of a vehicle, then to trust a business to repair it and pay what you pay to be inconvenienced even more. I do not recommend this place!!

In response to your follow up response from my rating experience; where you said I hope you can find a good trade deal. We did! Your representative offered us $7500. In trade for our 2018 Ford Edge Titanium with 76000 miles. Well Carfax offered us $10,000 and today at San Tan Ford in Gilbert, Az.; they gave us $11,900.00 in trade. We purchased a Ford F-150 and yes we found a much better offer. It pays to shop around. Rod San Tan Valley, Az.

First, we had an issue with our truck’s tire and Jeff had someone come to the house to put the spare on - then once at the dealership took care of all our issues. Within 2 weeks, we had an issue with our car - a message with On Star indicating a problem. Jeff again took care of everything - working us in when there was a full schedule in the service department. Service and work was AMAZING from the reception area to service area. Thank you.

Garrett motors just put out a commercial depicting one of their sales agents in a straight jacket being hauled away, deemed “crazy” because of the deals he was offering. I am shocked this commercial made it past their HR and marketing checkpoints and am surprised this company chooses to carry itself and others with such disregard.

Mental health is not a joke, especially not for the sake of profit nor a play on words. As a husband, father, religious leader, and friend I am very disappointed. As a company, starting with your CEO, you should be more socially aware and respectful of the community you serve.

They are horrible with their customer service. I was interested in a vehicle, made an appointment, completed a credit application all before noon just to be told it was already going through a deal the previous day. The dealership is so small you would think they would have better communication between their departments. I even made an attempt to stop by in person at one point and was never greeted. Most of their communication is generic and automated. I’ve heard so many good things about this dealership that I set my expectations high and unfortunately was it was a big disappointment.

I dealt with Mica on the Internet side of things. She was absolutely great! She went thru all the discounts to make sure I was getting all that were available, then provided me an out the door price, and that was the price I paid! Once at the dealership, I dealt with Chris Phillips, another excellent experience for a first time new car buyer! He was very easy to get along with, and let me set my own pace(no pressure from him) on the inspection/test drive and final purchase. I'm very very happy with my entire experience! This was my first brand new car purchase, and Garrett employees made everything stress/worry free for me! I have already recommended Garrett to a couple of friends and family, and will continue to do so! Thanks for everything!

I recently purchased a new car from Garretts and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The customer service was top-notch, with the staff being attentive and friendly throughout the entire process.

The worst customer service. We were there when the service dept opened on Tuesday morning at 7:30. While traveling we heard a rattling noise from our truck. We are traveling and only here for a few days. We asked if someone could check on noise before the idiot light came on! Avoiding any future problems. The young girl we talked to advised they couldn’t look at the truck until Thursday. Explaining Thursday would not be a good date, because we had to checkout of our camp site on Thursday. She said the noise maybe from the heat expanding the pipes. The girl didn’t even check with a co-worker if they would be willing to help. Or offer an earlier appointment. The department did not appear to be very busy. We left feeling no one was willing or able to help us. Thank you to Auto Zone and Coolliage Automotive Repair. Our noise problem was due to loose heating shield under the truck that was rattling. A fast fix. My Five Star review goes to Coolliage Auto.

Went in and applied for a truck, was approved in store and told the terms after running our information. I asked if there was another option with a lower monthly payment because I didn't feel like paying that amount monthly, was told by Eva she would look into it and get back to me with a list of other available trucks. Didn't hear back from her and had to call for an update myself, was told she'd give me a call back. Days later, I was then offered a Malibu, wildly different and not at all what we were looking for. NEVER heard from her again or anyone. Just got a letter in the mail today informing me of being denied. Take the drive to Casa Grande or the valley instead.

What a great dealership to work with. Josh Montijo is a superb sales person to assist you through the process; a very calming experience. He and the team are no pressure and very helpful! I have never been to a better dealership. I waited two months to write this review to see if how I felt when I bought the truck still rings true today. It does. Very pleased with the service and the price! I live in Florence, I won't be driving to Mesa from now on. Garrett Motors was a sponcer for Florence Woman's Club! That is how I found out about them and decided to give them a try!! My car was so shiny it didn't look like my car!! They included a car wash! What fantastic service!!

I am greatful for the work done on my car on 22-23 of April 2024. I am not fully satisfied for two reasons.
1) I believe labor portion on my receipt isoverpriced: $800 of $1150 total.
2) When I got the car back, Check Engine sign has been displaced. Which is strange by itself - should that be reported with Error Code found? More strange, when I complained about that, the answer was that this sign was active when I left the car at the dealership. While I doubt it was since it is clearly visible for this model, and normally I monitore my dashboard but do not remeber it that time. Should it be reported to me at the very beginning,if it actually was displaced?

New car, leaking roof rails, headliner replaced but rails without rubber not replaced and used silicone instead. Had to go to 3 different people to insist repair done correctly to get new rails ordered. Waiting to hear when they come in so repair can be finalized. Sales manager couldn't deal with issue but did get service manager to call who related repair details which were not those in the printed report I have. When told this, and that the silicone was not a permanent fix and I insisted he order the rails, he did. I am a women, but I expect to be treated the same as a man would regarding repair issues. I am old but not stupid. No man would have accepted the silicone repair as a permanent fix, and neither am I. I will find out how long it takes to get new rails and I expect to hear from your service department.
