I always get project materials at Lowe's. They have everything you could think of. Fair prices and their staff is always helpful. Only thing is that sometimes their plants aren't as healthy as Home Depot

We went to Lowe's to find the status of an order that still had not arrived and was 3 days late. The outstanding female employee in the Service/Returns area did everything she could to locate our order. We were patient while she worked on our problem. Eventually, she was able to discover where our order was and why it was late. We so appreciate her perseverance in finding our order. She was very kind and helpful. Great job! Now if we could only get our order...

Placed delivery order for block and bark to be delivered to my home. Delivery scheduled for Tuesday April 22nd with a delivery window between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m.. I rescheduled delivery for between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. since I was not going to be home to accept the delivery. Delivery driver showed up at 10:30 a.m. and he called me and I told him I could not take the delivery and that he was early any way and we would need to reschedule. Later I called the store to get the new delivery schedule and it was postponed until Thursday the 24th from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.. The associate told me that my order had been "bumped" because they were busy and booked up with deliveries. But.. Why was my order not priority #1 for re-delivery since they showed up early and could not deliver it? Additionally, their communication sucks. I was told the delivery was changed to between 2:00 and 4:00. Very disappointed.

I enjoy this store each time I visit. Our most recent visit we were looking for putty to repair holes in our walls. Michael, one of their veteran employees, asked us if we needed help finding it and he showed us where to go. Not only did he show us the various supplies, but also taught me a way to repair holes that were a little bigger by using mesh tape and putty. It saved me from buying a bunch of patches that cost quite a bit.

Next, we needed help finding a screen to repair our screen door. Once again one of the veteran employees working in the doors section asked if we needed help. Right away he directed us in the right direction and checked on us to make sure we found what we needed.

Each time we have come to this location we have always been helped when we needed help. Thank you for providing us with great customer service and a positive experience each time we need help!

Update: I did call the number given below in Lowe's response, which sent me to their corporate customer service. They told me there was nothing they could do since the purchase was made in store. Not super helpful :/ The local store's customer service line was sympathetic but said they couldn't pull up the sale/rebate info themselves, so they couldn't do anything, but they did throw me a bone and refund $50. Seems like it'd be wise for a store to keep track of past offers, but... I guess they don't? I appreciate the local store's efforts, but overall I'm very over Lowe's convoluted customer service and I give up.

Giving 2 stars rather than 1 because I shop here weekly or more (over 30 visits on my own since September, at least double that for all the trips my husband has made) and I typically have a good or great experience - friendly employees, quick to answer questions, happy to work with me on returns, etc. Lowe's has rightly earned my business and loyalty over the past few years, but especially the past several months!

However, I've now had a drawn out process trying to get answers on a rebate and after today I'm extra frustrated. I made a purchase of over $700 of paint because of a rebate, where the employees at the Logan store explained the offer to me and assured me I'd be able to buy 5 gallons of paint and get another 5 gallon free, and in the same purchase buy 1 gallon of paint and get another 1 gallon free. Amazing deal, right? Great buy one get one. However, I received a notification about the rebate amount in February, and it was a few hundred dollars less than expected. After customer service referred me to the rebate team, I finally got ahold of them today and they explained the rebate completely differently than I'd been explained it in store - I have to pay the full price for both 5 gallon containers of paint (~$500) and they'll only rebate the 1 gallon paint containers.

Obviously, if I'd had this all explained to me properly in store, I wouldn't have made the purchase or I'd have gone about it completely differently. I could've bought 12 individual gallons of paint so they could refund me 6 of them! I explained this to Candace, the rebate team employee, and she kept reiterating the terms of the policy and said it's been paid out and they won't be adjusting anything. I explained my frustration - the employees at the Logan store maybe didn't understand the rebate correctly? I believe they were doing their best, but a mistake was made and I just want to at least meet in the middle and not be stuck paying for all this when I was assured I'd be getting half my purchase price back through the rebate. Instead Candace insisted they wouldn't be adjusting the rebate amount, and I'm left feeling like I got scammed by Lowe's.

I'm leaving the review hoping to give feedback to the store specifically helping their employees correctly understand the rebate policies so they're accurately explaining and selling to customers. I also wish Lowe's corporate team that handles rebates would be more understanding of the customer journey and see issues in their entirety and focus on treating customers well, rather than having a single minded focus on policy and refusing to consider anything else. It's a bummer to have this bad experience and be left with a bad taste in my mouth for shopping at Lowe's after being so loyal. I'm not boycotting Lowe's... well, maybe for a little while... but I'll be spreading my shopping around more to my local hardware stores and Home Depot. And now I (and anyone reading this) knows better - triple check everything the in-store employees may tell you because unfortunately it might not be quite right and may end up costing you a few extra hundred dollars.

Love Lowe's. Have items i need that home depot doesn't carry. Also their store seems cleaner than home depots' do which isn't huge but I feel like I am less likely to contract a communicable disease.

I purchased a gas range and was told that delivery would be on a Saturday. I tried calling so many times to request an early delivery. Nope it was the latest delivery they had. I get that. In my frustration I called to cancel my order, and ask for a refund. I guess I expected customer service to offer another delivery date or something. Instead, after being put on hold, the girl said that my money was refunded. Honestly, an offer of a another delivery date would have changed my mind. Yes, I guess I got what I asked for.

I wanted to share my experience regarding my recent appliance purchase and delivery. When I visited the store, everything was perfect. The employee who assisted me was exceptionally helpful in guiding me to choose the ideal dryer, washer, and fridge for my new home. He even arranged the delivery, ensuring that the process was smooth from the beginning.

However, my experience with the delivery team was disappointing. Although the delivery guys arrived on time, their handling of the appliances left much to be desired. One of the delivery personnel mentioned, as he was leaving, that the appliances have delicate paint that can scratch easily. This comment raised my concern, and upon inspecting the items, I noticed scratches on both my brand new washer and dryer. Unfortunately, by the time I was ready to discuss this, the team had already left without offering any explanation. Additionally, I observed that the delivery team’s shoes were visibly muddy, leaving footprints on my carpet. When I pointed this out, the response was a dismissive glance at their shoes rather than an apology or any acknowledgment of the issue. While I do not wish to generalize, my experience with these two delivery personnel was unsatisfactory, they appeared careless, messy, and showed little respect for my property.

Even though in-store service was outstanding, the delivery experience turned what should have been a seamless process into a shocking disappointment.

I had an absolutely disastrous experience with Lowe's flooring installation services. The contractors they hired were unprofessional, rushed, and did a shockingly poor job. They didn't measure properly, left debris everywhere, and damaged the flooring during installation. I had to hire another contractor to completely redo the job, requiring the purchase of all new flooring. Lowe's customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, despite providing receipts. They promised a follow-up over a month ago and have yet to contact me. Avoid Lowe's installation services at all costs!

Lowe's employees, Timothy Stack (TJ), Riverdale, Utah store, and Grant Johnson, Logan, Utah store, worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and the appliance suite I wanted. These young men were very professional and patient as we worked through the details. I ended up at the Logan store for my purchase as the Ogden store did not have the range I wanted for immediate purchase, but the Logan store had what I wanted. These two men deserve my appreciation as well as their employers' appreciation. Thanks, Lowes, for a great experience.

I am very disappointed in the delivery team at lowes the driver Edgar was very careless, unprofessional they brought dirt into my house Edgar was very inconsiderate. His helper didn't know English very well and was hard to understand him plus he smelt like beer.. Definitely won't be ordering anything else from Lowe's til they hire a new team seem to me that it's all immigrants working for the delivery team wonder wants really going on there behind closed doors...

If this review was just for the cashier, it would be 10 stars. Two items I'd found marked down, but weren't the cashier got the manager to give me them at marked price point. Saved me $50, and I will be back. Love stores that take care of the customer.

My wife’s experience this morning was horrible at your Logan store first not much help in finding new new Doir locks for our tgeee Doirs but finally got help also while at the store a product fell on her head she was fine afterwards but the question is why an employee walked that was an employee at this store did not even respond to see if my wife was injured this happed at 9:00-9:30 this morning very frustrating Happy she is well as being her husband your store needs mire qualified help as well as Home Depot very disappointing

I am tired of paying full price for items and then having to self-checkout. Hire some cashiers or give me an employee discount to check myself out! There was someone just standing there with his arms propped up on a rack, double checking on making sure I scanned everything. Here's a thought, put a cashier on duty! That way if someone misses something, it would be the cashier's fault. Don't expect me to know that a bucket and a lid come separately (really, what's a bucket good for without a lid) & then question me about the items I put in the bucket AFTER I scanned them MYSELF! Yes! He verified they were on the receipt! I'm done with the impersonal service!Lowe's, I'm done!

Much better than Home Depot and I love that they advertise and are very friendly towards veterans. I know Craftsman isnt top of the line but this is my go to for all my Craftsman needs. Also their garden center employees are very knowledeable. I will always choose Lowes over Home Depot.

In a competitive environment for appliance sales, the team at the Logan's Lowes, especially Kelly, Rachel and Cy, proved to be champions! When it was discovered that the oven I purchased came with a problem, the situation was remedied immediately, with absolute professionalism and with as little stress for me as possible. While the prices at Lowes might be matched by other businesses in Cache Valley, the customer service in the Logan, Utah store cannot be beat.

Absolutely zero customer service skills. Employees are littered everywhere at storefront and no one will acknowledge a customer waiting. As a contractor it's sad because for us time is precious and obviously this Lowe's location does not value it.. The asphalt parking lot here is amazing so It gets the star!

We ordered some materials and had no option other than same day. Been 3 days and are told items are ready to pick up but don't know when it will be delivered. Asked if that ment we will get our same day delivery fee back cause it's been 3 days. Was rudely told no and that I could come pick it up. If I had the means to get it I would not have wanted the items delivered.
