We had some roof damage from wind, missing shingles in some places. Best Choice Roofing (BCR) was great to work with us to help get this reported with our insurance. Taylor Burke from BCR did all the documentation and helped with the submission, he was present with the adjuster, and pushed to make sure everything was done to our best advantage. When insurance came back with a very minimal replacement option, Taylor represented our interests and helped provide the additional industry and Utah law information that resulted in a full roof replacement. BCR's installation crew was awesome, they did the entire roof replacement in one day and it was great. The clean up was far better than I expected. I think in total I have only found 8 nails out of the thousands they cleaned up. We are so happy with everything.

Jake and Bryce from best choice roofing were super awesome. They answered any question I had and were super quick to respond. The receptionist Angie was awesome as well super quick at coordinating everything and sending messages. The installers did amazing but I do not know them by name. Sorry guys. Definitely recommend these guys if you need to get your roof replaced.

BCR gave us a great deal! BCR also completely finished work in less than one business day. We were highly satisfied with their efficient and well-planned work. Each BCR employee I interacted with was personable and professional.

Our satisfaction with BCR was made doubly apparent after witnessing HAVN replace our neighbor's roof which took two days with roofers working until 9pm the first day. HAVN roofers also had to wait around for an additional batch of supplies to arrive. I guess HAVN miscalculated the job in more ways than one.

Do not choose HAVN. Choose BCR!

I worked with Taylor from Best Choice Roofing. He came by on multiple occasions and helped me choose the right Shingles for my house. The Shingles were delivered one day and the team came out and completely remove the old shingle’s and replaced them with new ones in one day. I was particularly impressed with how they communicated, monitored the work area and made sure everything was clean before they left. They didn’t only do a great job on the roof, but it compliments the look of the house. The next day after they were finished, Jacob came by and looked at the work that was done to make sure he didn’t see any issues. There was an old satellite cable hanging from the roof of the house, and he immediately removed it and caulked the area that the cable was entering the house through. I can’t say enough about the great service and follow up with this company. There is no pressure and they took care of business and made everything look great! I would highly recommend them if you’re considering getting a new roof!

We had a great experience working with Best Choice Roofing. Ken was great at making sure we understood everything and was very responsive. We were so happy that they were somehow able to get the roof covered through our insurance, even though it was a long shot for our situation! The roofers came with a team and had the job done in about 8-9 hours. They cleaned up very well which we appreciated. Overall, we loved working with them and had zero issues!

I believe that Taylor is one of those “what ever your job is, do it well” kind of guys and part of his job is taking care of his customers. I had him come to into my home and talk about my roof, (big deal too because I feel like the two old guys Hub and Garth from Secondhand Lions) Taylor is exceptionally great at communicating simply and clearly about all of the processes and procedures that are involved in a repair/replacement of a roof. Taylor explained in a simple but very clear way without confusing me or striking me with fear.

I had some questions about the siding on my house, it wasn’t even roof related and Taylor made sure to get me the resources that I needed (thank you Paul, you are a beautiful siding wizard)

Taylor, who I had the initial face to face contact with in discussing options for the roof, was great and responsive. Because the roof was completed on one of the shortest days of the year they had to come back for a proper cleanup, but they ended up doing a great job.

Our house is old and our roof was old and damage from the wind. Because it was old we never thought that insurance would pay anything. Luke stopped by one day and I told him right up front that we didn't have the money to pay for a roof right now and I was planning on doing it myself. I have done a couple myself before. He said he thought they could get the insurance to pay and let him see what they could do. Well we now have a new roof. They were great to work with and did most of the dealing with the insurance company. We mostly just had to sit there and let it happen. As I sat there watching the crew up on my steep 2 story roof I am so greatfull that I didn't end up doing it myself.
