I've had nothing but INCREDIBLE experiences with Homer Roofing. I called them to let them know I had roof damage and after they examined my roof, it was determined that the damage was caused by animals. The warranty that they provided made it a hassle free experience. They showed up to my house, inspected the roof, then a week later, they were repairing the damage, free to me because of the warranty. I highly recommend Homer Roofing!

I live in Logan, Utah and recently had my roof replaced by Homer Roofing. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone involved was friendly, courteous and took the time to help and explain what would happen. The process was quick and cleanup was fantastic. Aside from the noise (my dog was not happy) which could not be helped it was a very good experience. I heartily recommend Homer Roofing!!

Recently I had Homer Roofing replace my roof and gutters. I met with Jon England i was impressed on our first meeting and the bid he provided was detailed leaving me with no questions was very professional. After meeting with other company's I choose Homer Roofing. His crew arrived on time and the work they did was outstanding. They finished in one day and the clean up was great. I can definatley say the same for the crew that replaced my gutters. They did a excellent job. The price was comparable with other companies. Jon was very responsive during the process he came by after the jobs were completed to do the inspection. I can't say enough about Homer Roofing just that they are the company you need to hire.

We met Devin H at a home expo and were impressed by the information and knowledge. We live all the way down in Nephi but he came and did an evaluation on our roof and gave an honest assessment with how much life was left in the roof, along with how things like hail damage and insurance works. My mom had a roof replaced by another company a couple years ago and is having problems with it. Devin came out and was very thorough in his inspection and assessment, taking photos, and making sure everything was okay on her house. He was very helpful and went above and beyond. We met Devin H. at the Home show, he came out a couple times, gave us a bid, did a free repair, not knowing if we were going to go with this company. We were getting other bids. He and the whole company were so great to work with. They stripped off the old roof and put up the new roof in one day. They cleaned up everything, John, who I think is a manager showed up and walked around making sure every little thing was clean. The house came with a green roof, which I never thought matched that well. So happy with the new color, also a lifetime warranty!!! No worries, for the rest of our days.

These guys are absolutely amazing. They showed up at 7 am, tore off two layers of shingles, repaired a section of the roof that was rotted, put down weather barrier, put down beautiful new lifetime architectural shingles, cleaned up, and was done in one day. They offer financing and have the best customer service. Our salesman, Devin H was in contact with me through the whole process and their prices are fantastic.

Devin H was great to work with. He is a honest estimator not a high pressure salesman like some estimators. Gave me a fair quote and explained the process and gave me the options available. The crew that came to do the work was also great. They were here when they said they would be and did a good job of cleaning up when they were done. Even after the job was done and questions or concerns were raised they were taken care of promptly.

I had lost a few shingles in a windstorm and wasn't up to the job of repairing them myself. I called Homer Roofing for help; they sent Devon, who cleared the snow from the roof and patched the missing places. He even matched the color on the existing shingles. While he was working, he saw a problem with a place where an old swamp cooler was removed. He put in new plywood filler and shingles. All in about six hours. Very nice work! Highly recommended.

This is a great company. They responded quickly and came out within a couple hours to check a leak in my roof before more snow fell. They were very thorough and did a great job. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

When I had my roof installed on our new home in 2006, we picked a roofing company with a lower bid. We had a 50-year shingle installed however the workmanship of the original installation was not finished properly in many locations. Two years ago, a leak allowing water to enter the house around the window was noticed on the North side where two roof lines come together. I had a roofer come out and attempt to fix the problem but did not do a very good job. I got a reference for another roofer that said they fixed the problem. A week ago, we had another leak that came in from the window again. After using two different roofers and a gutter company the leak was not properly fixed. I heard from a friend that Homer Roofing did excellent work so I called them to look at my issue. What a difference! They found the problem immediately and rebuilt the area where the leak was detected. Also, they discovered that the original roofing company put the valley in backwards. I found Homer Roofing to be professional, knowledgeable, honest and cleaned up after their work. They re-engineered the portion of the roof to improve the water flow away from the stucco. I was very impressed with the workmanship, deep knowledge and responsiveness to fix my problem. I learned that finding a qualified roofer with proper knowledge is more important than the lowest bid. When I am ready to replace my roof I will definitely use Homer Roofing. Thank you for solving my roofing leak.

Jayden from Homer roofing helped me to identify the cause of leakage in my roof. He has been kind to not charge for the repair he performed today. It was a great gesture from him.

Wind damage took out several shingles on my roof this summer. Several neighbors have had good experiences with Homer so I called them first and never called anyone else. I was aware of the quality and responsiveness of Chris Brown and Homer Roofing from their work on one of my business properties in November of 2023 (see my earlier review on business property, 9/29/2024). I had an emergency situation involving my mother’s home in Smithfield, Utah. My mother is 86 and she was distraught that her home had been repaired for two different type water pipe events in 2023 and 2024 which created costs, inconvenience, and inability to use her home. One event was covered by homeowners insurance, however the first event involved the water pipe from the curb of her street to inside her home and there was no insurance coverage. She was horrified of the costs that were put on me and the mind numbing disruption to her life for over a year. However we were finally getting on the other side of a year of home owner problems including a thorough review of homeowners policies. My point in writing about these prior events is to highlight the kindness and responsiveness of Chris Brown and Homer Roofing.

I was feeling relief in purchasing a homeowners policy that better suited my mother’s and my situation with each of our homes. I thought I was finally done and was enjoying my peace of mind. My heart hit the floor when I received a call from the insurance company agent late in the afternoon. My mother’s house did not pass the insurance inspection due to the roof. The agent was caring yet he still had to tell me that I only had seven days to fix the roof. I picked up the phone and called Chris Brown. I knew he’d be working so did not expect him to answer.

He picked up the phone. OMG he was on my mother’s roof in two hours and work began the next day. Work was completed in one day including clean up. The quality was the same high quality as his previous work on my business property. He actually corrected previous design flaws which improved the functioning of my mother’s home in general (e.g., appropriate ventilation, efficient cooling and heating). Communication, documentation, and collaboration with other professionals and me was excellent, 5 stars is’t high enough, six stars. Responsiveness, 10 stars.

I am not saying Chris Brown and Homer Roofing can always respond in two hours and finish a roofing job by the next day. However, I can tell you that he and his crew are local contractors and they actually treat their customers like neighbors and human beings. I can’t rate this company and its people high enough. My own home will need a roof soon and by rating them so high I had the thought, “they’ll be too busy.” No worries, they will fit it in and it will be a fantastic job. However, I think I will go ahead and get Chris to take a look and then get the job scheduled accordingly before there’s an emergency.

I have worked with Homer Roofing in both my business and also my personal property. I'll begin with the work Homer Roofing did for my business, Avalon Hills in Paradise Utah. It is a large home with multiple, complex intersecting roof pitches. Our Facility Director told me the following about Chris and his crew: a) they were professional; b) they were sensitive to our business setting (patient care) which requires extra attention to leaving the grounds and home clean; and they cleaned up after their work extremely well (no nails or roofing debris).

Additionally our Facility Director told me Chris Brown stayed in touch with him when the job could began. Once Chris communicated they could start, they started the job the next day and completed the entire job in two days and had everything cleaned up. Also, Chris Brown followed up with our Facility Director after the job was complete to review the job in its entirety. It was a quality job. I highly recommend Chris Brown and Homer Roofing. Quality and great interpersonal, caring, customer service. Excellent communication.

The entire Homer Roofing team did a great job. From first contact to job completion the communication process was great. The removal and install team was on time, hard working and did a great job right down to job clean up.

Homer Roofing quickly provided our requested bid. The bid was higher than the 2 other bids but, we appreciated how professional and descriptive the contract was. We also don’t want to cut corners and the company appeared more knowledgeable especially when it came to bringing our ventilation up to code. They also offer excellent warranty options as well as additional warranty coverage which we opted for. Having previously had a negative experience with another company we took a recommendation from our neighbor for a local and trusted company. So far we couldn’t be happier with the ease, communication, efficiency, and peace of mind it’s provided. The new roof looks great and they were able to run a gutter crew behind the roofers which was an added bonus.

My wife and I built a house in Cache Valley in 2019 and soon realized that our shingles was faulty as there was a production error from the manufacture. I was recommended to reach out to Devin Daniels with Homer Roofing. Honestly, from my first contact with Homer Roofing, I started to see immediate response from a company that provides excellant customer service. Within minutes of connecting to Homer Roofing, I received notice confirming my first appointment, to visit my home to inspect and estimate the costs. By the end of the day, I was emailed a detailed "Bid" on what they would do to remove and replace the faulty shingles previously installed. Once approved, I received emails from Rick, (project manager) as to what to expect next in scheduling and the reroofing process. The crew arrive promptly as promised, whereas they placed tarps down to prevent damage from loose shingles and other debris. The roofing crew was very respectful of our property and when they left for the day, everything was cleaned up and tidy. I couldn't help notice that during this process, the crew was heard laughing and joking with each other. The crew would take water and rest breaks during this whole process and speaks well about a company who cares for their employees. The entire job from start to end took only a day and a half and once the job was done, Rick came over to inspect and soon after, emailed the GAF warranty to us.

I recently built a home and I was planning on doing the roofing on my own but quickly realized I was in over my head. Homer roofing saved me and was able to quickly come out and get it done. They were also by far the cheapest option. The workers were quick, respectful, and kept the job site clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I had damage to my roof, it allowed water to come into my house and cause damage inside too. The insurance adjuster recommended Homer Roofing to provide an estimate. The adjuster recommended that I contact Devin Daniels and I did. He was there very quickly and provided a comprehensive estimate that was approved by my insurance. Replacement shingles were recommended and we singed an agreement for Homer Roofing do remove my old roof's shingles and replace them together with other roofing features. The crew worked tirelessly through weather and got a big job done in less than expected time. They would have been done sooner but I didn't permit work on Sunday. They cleaned up every day before leaving the job. At the end, the only evidence of their having been working at my home was a beautiful new roof.
