Purchased a dryer but hoping to take it home that day. Of course they had none in store, I was told it would take 2 weeks to ship to the store but delivery would take 2 day $29 extra bucks. Here i am two days later and their delivery service are being jerks! I've been on hold with the delivery service for over 20 minutes. Since they left before the 15 minute window, the drivers are liars! Went to Home Depot and got the same dryer for cheaper with free delivery.

Not coming here again no one wants to do their job, they claim they don't know how. Then when someone else tells them to do it they take a ungodly long time to do. So they knew all along, they just didn't want to do it. Two online orders for pick up should not take 25 mins.

Love the Lowe's... especially when they clearance something. Or if you need 1 thing.
However, if you need a lot of something, like shiplap siding, DOUBLE CHECK the quantity, before you start. I needed 120+ shiplap to side a room. Lowe's had THREE vendors mixed, in their inventory, and the boards are noticeably different. Very different gloss finish between vendors.
I discovered this, after I started. I had to drive to 4 different locations, to find enough of the same vendor, to complete the project. Hours of driving, waste of gas.
If you need a volume of something, you best check to see if it is all the same. Way to stick it to your customers Lowe's!

Great experience at Lowes. Good product with pricing that's appropriate. Some what hard to find someone to help but be assertive to ask and follow their directions.

Floor employees are typically friendly and helpful. Anytime managers get involved, the situation deteriorates quickly. Three specific instances over the past 2 years of mangers displaying incompetence, no follow up communication, hostile behavior, negative attitudes and just lack of common courtesy. Their problem becomes your problem. First time writing a review because it's always the same thing. Normal shopping experience unless managers are required. Toxic.

Approaching the store was very clean seasonal items displayed. Once inside, we were welcomed to Lowell’s and asked if we needed any help.
Several workers approached us as we navigated the store.
We selected self checkout, but had a Lowell’s team member say “bye, have a nice evening”
We will be making the 45 minute drive to shop there again

Ended up leaving this store without purchasing the product I went there to get after waiting for 20 min for someone to bring some down off the top shelf. There is a large space at floor level for the product to be stocked, and can hold about 10 or so since it is only storage totes. I suppose someone may have purchased what was on the floor recently, still not an excuse for waiting that long not even to be approached by an employee after being called by the service desk.

HORRIBLE, purchased a vanity which shipped from the vendor. Tracking went dead day of delivery so I call. I was told they contacted the vendor and to wait 24 hours and call back. When I called back they informed me after being on hold for over an hour that the vendor didn't have a purchase order for my purchase. I asked for a refund and was told the refund for an item I never received would take 7-10 business days to process. To summarize: They took my money, messed up the order, then told me they were going to take another week or two to process the refund to my card. How is this acceptable treatment of a customer ???

I ordered 3 exterior doors back in August 2024. The doors were delivered in October and only one was able to be installed. The others had to be remade. Now it's March 2025 and the doors are in since January and they can't get anyone to install them. In the meantime I continue to make payments on a job from last summer that is incomplete. I've been able to talk to a few managers about this but now we are at a standstill again. I hope I get my doors installed someday. I would not recommend Lowes based on this experience.

The installation for our washer and dryer has been terrible. First, they didn't use thread tape for the gas tube for the dryer and for DAYS we had a gas leak from the dryer into the laundry room. Finally, they sent someone days later (Holiday time) and these two kids came in, fixed it in a jiffy! Now, we realize that the installers also switched the tubes for hot and cold water and now the washer ONLY washes on extremely hot! We can't switch the hosing ourselves and we called for lowes to come fix their problem and they wanted to charge us. This is not an US problem, the installers clearly messed up both of these things and they won't help us now. So disappointing.

I had a fridge delivered to my home today, 2/1/2025, and I would not recommend going through Lowe’s due to the poor delivery service. We were the last delivery of the day, and the delivery team clearly didn’t want to complete the job. They tried to find every excuse to avoid delivering the fridge, including falsely claiming that our old fridge weighed 800 pounds (it actually weighs 295 lbs). They also said the valve was no good and that we had major water damage, which was untrue. A plumber (my brother) had already inspected the water line and confirmed everything was fine.

The delivery team even tried to leave the $2500 fridge in our garage and claimed they’d “come back” later, despite no agreement for a second delivery. They started taking pictures of the supposed “water damage” as if it were the reason for not completing the delivery. We told them if they weren’t going to deliver the fridge properly, we’d refuse delivery and have them take it back to Lowe’s. After a call to someone higher up, they finally agreed to deliver the fridge without addressing the water line issue.

My brother, who is a plumber, came by, checked the situation, and hooked up the water line with no problem or leaks. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to deal with. I strongly suggest avoiding Lowe’s for major appliance deliveries.

Refrigerator was delivered damaged. Their guys didn’t even hook on the water line and guess what happens to be damaged…. The glass filler. This is a major oversight which is either incompetence or they knew and left it anyway. After I found the damaged area I called and was told it will be almost a month to replace. Spend your money at a local business and save yourself the typical big box runaround!

The gentleman who we asked where the screws were was extremely helpful and friendly.
He was knowledgeable. I love good customer service. Walking your customer to the product, making small talk, being knowledgeable goes a long way. It was appreciated.

I purchased an Allen Roth faucet at Lowe’s in Delavan WI. I asked the associate if the brand was a good brand and he looked at me like I was speaking Greek so I asked for a recommendation and he blinked at me and reiterated that Allen Roth is a brand exclusive to Lowe’s. I’ve always had luck with Lowe’s and that was my mistake! This $100+ faucet leakes like a drunk ex best friend. DONT BUY THIS BRAND! Buy Kohler or anything but Allen Roth!

A women reported on Facebook that she watched the people the Lowe’s hired to “remove their birds” that live in the outdoor garden center, purposely step on baby birds and kill them. How horrifying, and when notified the manager didn’t seem shocked or do anything about it. This is vile, I will not be back and none of my friends or family will either. Shame on you Lowe’s

This location is full of bird killers. They hire in people to remove bird nests from the garden center (which is illegal BTW)! In one instance a baby bird fell out and a woman that was helping remove the baby birds stomped on it. You should all be ashamed of yourselves! My family will NEVER shop at this location again! They are BABIES and this is illegal behavior!!

This has got to be the WORST store for customer service. The several times that I have shopped here, the Team Members seem to lack skills in dealing with the shoppers that are purchasing their items that pay their salaries. I rarely get offended but I do when I shop here!

Do not do any installation services with Jason Liss at this location as he will ghost you as soon as they get the money and signed contract. When issues arise he will not reply to anything as well as their support center won't as well. For those that are interested I can provide all of the documentation of them not replying to my inquires over the issue that came up.

Bad experience. Sign on the shelf said Scotts EZ seed 10 lb bag BOGO. It came up at the register at regular price. I questioned it and Clerk pulled add and told me that the sale ended on April 8th. I went home and later looked at the sale ad, and it was still on sale. UGH!
