I their pricing is garbage and they keep calling back to offer a better price if there’s so many better prices to offer why don’t we start with that one to begin with? I told him I needed a couple days so I could shop around to make sure it was the best deal. I’ve never been called three times and bothered by Heather in their office disappointing annoying and like I said earlier if there’s so many better prizes that they can offer me now why wouldn’t they just start with that? They seem like slimy car salesman

Very creepy salesman who insisted my husband MUST be home when coming to talk about windows despite telling him twice before that he had absolutely nothing to do with the decision. Apparently I’m just a stupid wife with no spending power. On top of it, they won’t stop calling me and never leave a voicemail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE FEMALE.

Also, I have no idea how this company has a 4+ star rating here with a 1+ rating on Yelp. Seems fishy since every other review was similar to mine with extremely pushy sales techniques and ignoring basic info. Maybe they’re paying to take down bad reviews?

We had a great experience with TightSeal installing a new window for us. From the initial meeting through the entire process everyone was very friendly and informative. They were on time, meticulous, cleaned up great!

If you're handy enough to install windows on your own (or need them installed), I would definitely recommend TightSeal! Had a competitor out to give us a quote and had to force him to leave. TightSeal is not pushy, they're very knowledgeable, and the owner personally came to measure our windows and explain their product. A wonderful experience all around! The quality of the windows is 10/10, has cut back road noise tremendously, the tint helps keep sunlight from glaring in your eyes, and time will tell but I have a strong feeling it will help with our energy bill! Give them a call!

The guys were all very nice and did the work properly and very efficiently. They cleaned up everything as well and all was back to how it looked before they came! Tight seal did a job in my neighborhood & came to my front door. Offered a free estimate for walk in bath. Next day Austin gave me a estimate.. Told him not a priority right now just give the estimate. Gave 3 different prices. Way to expensive and non stop calling. Extremely high pressured company. Won't do business with a high pressured company.

Great experience all around. Easy to get a quote, work through the details of what we wanted, and the install and final result turned out exactly how we expected.

Tight Seal is GREAT to work with!!!
From quote to install it was 5 weeks.
Our 38 year old squeaky fiberglass shower is gone and the new artificial stone base and acrylic walls are in.
It is phenomenally quiet!
They were so professional, friendly, neat, etc.
The after visit is great inspecting what was done.
Our neighbors are getting windows/doors now.

I just had a fiberglass shower stall replaced with an acrylic shower stall and everything looks fantastic. The crew did an outstanding job and rarely took breaks. The color matches perfectly with the flooring. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a walk-in shower installed by Tight Seal after a rep from the company stopped to talk to my husband after they completed a job in our condo community. We had seen their company van at a few units and decided to go with them. The workers were, to a man, friendly, professional and efficient. The shower is great. No issues at all during or after installation. Installer helped us with an unrelated problem as well. They did a follow up visit to confirm our satisfaction and gave us a few Customer Appreciation gifts. I recommend them for a reliable bath remodel/install.

Be Aware, wanted let people know be careful. Sale man are really pushy. Start making faces at you when you decide to not take the deal. Remind me of car salesman. I told them several times I would need to think about. Was few seconds from kicking them out my house. Just know at the end of the days it’s your decision. Don’t let anyone force you into doing something.

We love the new walk-in shower they did for us. They were extremely professional, kind and respectful. They answered all our questions, and explained the work they were doing well. They cleaned up after themselves, and got the work done in a timely manner. The owner came out after the project was done and checked up on the work. Tight Seal surpassed expectations replacing our very dated tiled shower and bathtub as well as our whole house of very dated windows. Our bathroom now has a new modern look and we have no more drafts or moisture coming into our home via our fantastic new windows. The work itself was done fast and with noticeable craftsmanship and there was absolutely no cleanup! They handled everything. Tight Seal is the easiest home improvement company we have ever worked with and would recommend them time and time again to everyone we know.

Yes, I heard from the owner, twice. I sent pictures. He wanted to come and look at it. First appointment was cancelled, tried to reschedule second, but I wasn't available that day. Never heard from him again. It was recommended that I use a scotch brite pad and some cleanser to "scour" the surface. No different that having to clean the previous porcelain tub. The problem is, the product doesn't hold up to the guarantee. I didn't sign up for spending my Saturday scouring a high maintenance product that doesn't ever come clean and continues to grow mold along their massive calk lines! Yeah, no thanks, what a waste of my money, time and energy. Avoid the Ascended Stone products!******

Yikes! I absolutely would NOT recommend their "High End" Ascended Stone Product. I don't know what it's made of, but after 1 year, this product has chipped and is badly stained and never looks clean. I have hard water and my white shower is now orange. I paid top dollar (my budget was 20k and I went over budget) and although their staff is great, bottom line is their product just doesn't hold up to their guarantee. I wanted a higher end tile and was talked into this by their salesman after a 12 HOUR sales appointment. The amount of calking used to fill in the one inch gaps is unbelievable and completely cheapens the "look". It's impossible to clean, is now moldy and is not at all what I signed up for. I completely regret buying this product and wish I could rip it all out. They also moved my plumbing, but not close enough to the wall, so my sink is freestanding now with part of the pluming behind the draws and the rest under the cabinet. We have sewer gas coming up from the drain. Buyers beware!
