Matt came out yesterday, Saturday, May 3rd, last minute, to check out an electrical issue i was having at my camper. He quickly figured it out and corrected the issue. We were in the process of opening our camper at Plymouth Rock Resort and the slide out would not open. Matt’s mobile camper service happened to be within site/ reach and Matt saved the day in less than 30 minutes! The slide out issue was fixed ! Great service and friendly people! Excellent service and extremely helpful. Removed camper loveseat and put in a recliner. Also replaced our awning fabric. When up on the ladder his daughter saw a bird’s nest in our vent so she removed it and Matt did some caulking on the roof that he saw needed done. All for the amount that he quoted us before the work. Will not hesitate to call him for repairs in the future.

Whole experience was wonderful. He promptly scheduled an appointment to look at the issues we had with our camper. He arrived on time and was able to resolve both issues we had in a very short period of time. Incredibly pleased!

Recently had the father, daughter duo take care of some needed maintenance issues. I was quoted a price and given a date they would take care of us. 1- They were there on the day they promised!
2- When they were finished, they needed to order more parts for a completely different issue, which means they even checked things I wasn’t asking for.
3- My final price was STILL!! less than what I was quoted. Who does that?
4- They come to you! No need to drag your rv to the shop and pray they get it done on time.

I had a problem with the hot water. It smelled like rotten eggs.Matt fixed the problem for me very fast. His price for the job was very reasonable. I will definitely call him for any future problems.

Matt's Mobile installed a walk-in shower and new range hood this week in our park model. Both look great. Matt and Hailey always do an excellent job. We will get them again.

Cannot say enough about the quality of service and quickness of the service Matt's provided us. Plus the cost was extremely reasonable. We usually used Schieks, but they couldn't come out for 10 days...Matt was there in 2 days. Would recommend him to anyone in the park. And will use him for future service.

OMG, the person who gave them one star must not have any friends in their campground.
I noticed a puddle under my water heater for my travel trailer. My wife gave them a call. They told her they would call back within the week to let us know when they would be coming out. Not a problem, it was not an emergency. The same day my wife called they called us back and told us they will be over as they had just finished up a job at some campground. It took them less than a half hour for them to inspect and give us a diagnosis. We were getting splash back while draining the heater. Simple fix, but it didn't seem that way when we called.
I would like to believe that most repair places would do this for you, but with Matt and Hailey on the job, you most certainly can believe it. They also took the opportunity to inspect the camper including the roof, as well as giving us some helpful tips on the maintenance.

Awesome service! Matt and Hailey were in our campground working on another trailer and were able to stop by to fix a leaking valve off of my hot water heater. They replaced the valve and got it fixed within a short 30 minutes! Matt also included a military discount in recognition of my 20 years in the U.S. Navy which was greatly appreciated! If i could give 10 Stars!! ....Matt is top notch! He came out to our campground quickly, and on a weekend. We had a few issues being we just hooked up the RV for first time from the winter. He was able to fix everything very efficiently and all worked perfectly! His prices were super reasonable and he is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend him 1,000x over!

Matt and Hailey were on time for setting up our camper. They waited patiently for the camper to be delivered, a 1/2 hr later. They helped the guy delivering the camper to pull it in and get it appropriately situated, then went to work to get ours leveled. The 2 middle levelers didn't work, so they waited for the camper guy to call for support. After awhile, they offered an idea to "zero level" it, so the camper guy agreed to that. Matt and Hailey figured it out, and were successfully able to fix the issue, thereby savinf the time of waiting for someone to come from Oahkosh. After leveling the camper, and paying attention to all the details, such as making sure the sewer pipe was at an appropriate angle and secure, etc., they fixed our steps so that it wasn't such a huge step up into the new camper, until the new deck can be added on. They fixed a sticking door, and moved the camper steps so they were out of the way. When we offered them a tip, they turned it down! I highly recommend them! We will use them if we ever need any repairs, yearly check- ups, or remodeling done to our camper! Thanks, Matt and Hailey!

Matt has done work on our RV many times. Awning repairs, caulking, winterizing and seasonal inspections to mention a few. Awesome guy and extremely knowledgeable and lower rates then other RV repair shops. Give him a call and he's out to your RV in a day or two or possibly the same day.
