Encompass Builders - Brookfield, WI

Let me start by saying that I am a Customer Service “Karen.” Customer Service and PR are my background and I’m hard to please. I expect promises to be kept and the level of service to be as promised or above. That’s why I felt obligated to write about our A+ experience with Encompass Builders and Ross Anderson.

We hired Encompass Builders for a roof and windows replacement project. Encompass’ Ross Anderson guided, lead and held our hand through the entire insurance process and home improvement project. You hear horror stories about projects like these and to be honest we’ve had our share of nightmares. This really was an outstanding experience. Honestly, no complaints (and, no, I’m not being paid for this nor am I related to anyone at Encompass).

How often do you hear of a home improvement project that went smoothly? That all promises and guarantees were fulfilled - sometimes above and beyond what was expected? That questions were promptly answered and there were no disappearing contractors after the contract was signed? It is very rare. These were all things we were waiting for and never experienced with Encompass.

If you have a project at least meet with them and let them submit a bid. You’ll see I’m right (I’m always right - ask my family).

My experience with Ross and the folks at Encompass Builders couldn't have been better! Ross guided us through the hail damage claim process, advocated for me with my insurance company, and then stuck around until the last piece of equipment was promptly removed. Their window crew came in, were efficient, respectful of my home, and left each work space cleaner than when they arrived. This is the way the building and remodeling business should be run!

Ross our contractor was excellent! We had them install a new roof and windows. Ross was great with communicating, professional and very personable. The projects were done in a timely manner.
I highly recommend this company!!
