I wish I would have gotten the name of the woman working the register in the garden center this afternoon (7/18/2025) cuz she was a freaking Rockstar. Super friendly, helped me find a plant i was looking for, found a container to hold all my small plants for transport and gave me some plastic to put down in my car since things were wet from all the rain. ALL without being asked. Whoever her managers are need to give her a raise, free lunch and some fist bumps. Never had service like that before at any retail store.

I work in remoodeling, so I frequent this Lowe’s. EVERYTIME I go to this Lowe’s this employee (de la foto) is very rude! When she’s at the pro desk, seems to be doing nothing. when she sees me walking up or standing there she me she ignores me or she just walks away from the pro counter and leaves me there waiting. I appears like she acts likes she’s busy but she’s really just trying not to attend me. She will send someone else to help me. I do not know if anyone else has had the same experience as me with this employee. Or it’s just me, because I am Hispanic.

Bought a Craftsman zero turn about three years ago and needed a new battery. The store employee helped me and was very knowledgeable in which battery to get. I also like how they recognize the veteran employees working there. As a veteran myself, I find it very appreciative acknowledging veteran employees that work for them. The price was satisfactory and my shopping experience was excellent. Had no problems checking out at the self check out. Also when you check out,

We just had the nicest young man help us. He saw we had flooring on a flatbed and offered to check us out at a back register and load for us. He even went to the front to get a military code for my husband. It's so nice to run across someone so eager to help! Thank you Xavior!

On October 21st we opened an lowes card and bought 2 appliances from them and we had the option to get five percent off or zero interest for 12 months. We asked for the zero interest but the gentleman pressed the wrong button and gave us the five percent off instead. Instead of them handling it themselves, they had my fiancé call the card company to have them try to fix it which of course they didn't budge. My fiancé went back a couple days later to ask for them to fix it but got the run around on how they can't fix it and for us to "just wait and see". A few weeks pass with nothing other than a card statement with well over 100 dollars worth of interest now it. No one seems to care to resolve this for us as we have pressed them about a few times now with no help nor any sympathy for their mistake what so ever. For anyone considering opening up a card with lowes or entrusting this particular store, I'd strongly advise against it.

They cannot pay employees on time and make you wait an hour on the phone just to ask them a simple question like, " it's been 4 days since payday... Where is my check". I typed this while on hold with human resources. I got my first check a week and a half after they wrote it.

Well, I originally had 5 stars when I did a review a year ago. However; our son is working on a project for us and has spent a lot of money at Lowes. He tried to return a defective gallon of paint and the evening manager would not return it. Why would you want to lose a good customer over a gallon of paint? Very bad customer service! And a dumb business move.

My favorite store! Gardening to home improvement projects, they have you covered. Selling a variety of brands and products to suit everyone's wants and needs. My go to place when searching for home goods. I always check their website first before shopping other places as Lowe's generally offers the lowest prices. Friendly, helpful staff and clean store. Offers military discount as well. Thank you Lowe's!
