James and crew were good workers. We were happy to receive the help after a flooded basement. We had issues receiving the estimate before work was completed, so they could improve that aspect.

While dealing with such a stressful situation, I could not have asked for a better team to give such care and reassurance to my mother and her home. The crew showed app on time period they were extremely professional. They kept me up-to-date with everything they were doing. I was very impressed with how clean they left everything.

They came to clean our air ducts & they were thorough, cleaned up after themselves & were informative about the process.

During a recent power outage sump pump and back up didn’t work - had 1 foot of water in basement. Servpro came promptly and did an outstanding job cleaning and drying the basement. This is a highly skilled, equipped, and professional business. Would call on them whenever needed. I give them an A+++++

Josh and Christian came quickly within 2 hours and immediately answered all my questions re: water mitigation procedures.
They were very efficient setting up dehumidifiers and blowers. Because I work in the P/C line of the insurance industry, I was very impressed with their knowledge and careful attention to detail.

From the first call, ServPro has been top notch. The first day, Cory Mayberry came to access the damage. Cory inspected and explained everything to me. He got the ball rolling. The workers were courteous and efficient. The next day, Anthony Bennett can to inspect and adjust equipment. He was super nice as well. I would definitely use ServPro again!

I'm glad to see that other customers of the community have had a good experience with this ServPro location, I was not so lucky.

My insurance provider referred me to ServPro, Sherri called me on the same day, I was pleased. She said she would send a crew out right away to address my water damage. Larry called shortly after that and said he didn't have anyone to send, so they couldn't come until the following day. I should have seen that as a red flag and just found a different vendor who would take my situation more seriously.

I felt ServPro tried to minimize the extent of my water damage by not removing wall/flooring materials to be able to properly evaluate. When they did take out carpet/wall coverings, they mistakenly took some wood trim and disposed of it (so we thought). I called Sherri to ask for the wood trim to be brought back. She said it was in the dumpster and they would pull it out and bring it to me. The next visit, they did not bring the trim. In the course of their visit, the trim was found laying in another room. We were happy to find it, but also wondered why we were told it was in the dumpster.

If you have carpet/padding that needs replaced, I recommend that you tell them on the first day that you want it sent for Itel evaluation. This company will rate the product to ensure you get it replaced at the proper value. Larry told me this was a standard practice and took samples the first day. Unfortunately the samples weren't sent for almost a month, causing delay in my estimate from my insurance provider.

If your insurance company has "preferred vendors", don't use them. Do some research and find your own, you will be glad you did!

When my wife noticed a large mold growth coming though our drywall next to the shower she was horrified. Not knowing exactly what to do I did an internet search and found ServePro. They came out and did a no cost estimate for me and it was less than I was anticipating and less than my deductible for my home insurance. I called another company to compare. They said they only do estimates over the phone. I was able to give them the info they needed for the estimate and it was more than SERVPRO. When talking to my insurance claim rep, he told me SERVPRO is a company he deals with a lot and would definitely recommend. The ServPro team was on time and done in 5 hrs. There were no surprise charges and they explained the cause of the issues to both me and my wife. I would highly recommend them if you have a mold issue.

After our basement flooded I called Servpro in Carroll, Ohio. They were very professional and service oriented, letting me know the entire cleanup process and the associated costs. They answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns. I received a rapid quote and after a call to my insurance company I authorized them to do the work. The crew that came out to the house was equally professional and did a great job. They came back several times to adjust the equipment and test the basement for dampness. My basement was dried out in no time. All baseboard was labeled to make it easy for me to reinstall. The main office handled all the paperwork with the insurance company--quick and easy. All-in-all I was very pleased with the entire Servpro Team and process. I highly recommend them.

Sherri Gill, the owner and her assistant arrived at my home on very short notice on Saturday, Dec 22, 2018 in the late afternoon.
They performed an emergency clean-up and response to a sewage back-up in my basement.
These lovely people were very professional and did a remarkable job of both the initial clean up and the follow up and removal of contaminated items and materials.
They provided a detailed invoice for services which my insurance company paid promptly.
I highly recommend them for any clean up services. They returned my home to livable conditions during the Christmas season when I had family here visiting and I am very grateful to them.
In addition, they charged very reasonable rates and in no way attempted to take advantage of the need for an emergency visit.
These are the kind of people you want to do business with.
