S & F came and replaced a 60 foot run of gutter, 20 feet of which came down due to ice build up. They gave us a fair quote, were super easy to work with, and the crew were quick and extremely professional. They even made an upgrade to our rain barrel as they were wrapping up, seeing that it was a little something that they could quickly knock out. I will definitely be working with them in the future.

I cannot praise S&F Roofing enough. RJ and Jake were fully engaged in explaining and addressing every question while managing the claim. Our roofing began within 2 to 3 weeks, and the most time-consuming aspect was waiting for the shingles. Errors occur, and the incorrect colored shingles were delivered and partially installed; however, RJ noticed the error and immediately called me to explain the situation. The sincerity he displayed at that moment was truly valued. Two days later, the right shingles were delivered to our house and installed. Our roof appears amazing, and we are extremely pleased with the work done by their team.

We were incredibly happy with our service. The employees spent a lot of their time helping us go back and forth with our insurance company and have been very patient each time we had to wait for the insurance to send a check. They were true to their word every step of the process, which we valued very highly. The work was done quickly and very well, and we really love it!

RJ come out within 2 days of calling to discuss work needed and gave us a quote within a day. Out of 4 companies RJ was the only one that actually completed a roof inspection and roofing was not discussed as work needed. He located two areas that needed shingle repair work and we had no idea. They were able to get to us within a week. The two gentleman that did the repair work on our siding were very thorough and RJ did the repair work on our shingles. RJ stopped by the second day to check in on the siding work. Very professional hard workers! Siding repair work looks amazing and are very grateful that RJ identified the shingle issues on our roof. We need new spouting and gutters and we will definitely have S&F do that work.

RJ from S and F was able to make a home visit the same day that I contacted them. RJ did the repairs on the spot, very pleased, he was done within a very short. time.

They did excellent work. I highly recommend them. RJ was quick to respond to our request. They replaced flashing around the chimney which required some custom metal work. They did their work safely and in timely manner.

Was having a hard time finding someone to come out to look at my roof when we got some of the storm front following Hurricane Herene but S&F came out quickly, were able to repair same day, and did further evaluation to give me an idea of what to prepare for for an upcoming roof replacement. Super friendly and down to earth when discussing everything. Price is reasonable given I have a slate roof currently. Plan to use them again when replacing.

Had a tree fall on our house in January, called S&F along with a couple other contractors the next day. There's no doubt I made the right choice going with RJ and Jacob. They wasted no time coming out for an inspection and when the time came, got me in touch with the right people to guide me through the excruciating insurance process. Just a couple weeks after the insurance company settled we had all the material delivered and in 2 days the entire roof was done. Gutters were installed the following day. Without RJ's knowledge and expertise of what was right and wrong I would've ended up with a bandaid over the damaged area from the insurance company. S&F went above and beyond for me and I couldn't possibly be happier with the results! All said and done they were in and out in 3 days and you can't even tell they were there. I'm looking forward to working with them again!

Had these guys do roof repair and install new gutters on our home 2 summers ago. Loved the quality, price, and professionalism of their work that we had them come back last summer to replace the existing roofs on our house and 2 garages with metal roofs.
we also had them re side the house and both garages to match as well.

Jake, RJ, and their team are absolutely amazing! Last May we had a really bad hail storm that left my house in a mess. I have never dealt with this kind of stuff before and had no idea what to do. Jake and RJ talked me through everything and explained it to where I understood what was going on. They were very patient with me and listened to all of my requests and my readjustments. They were very fast on getting paperwork done and getting in contact with me. When it came time to work on my house their team was amazing. They got my roof done in a day! Their team is very nice and very thorough. When it was time to clean up they left my house, yard, and surrounding areas as clean as it was before they arrived. I am very impressed with these guys and I will defiantly be using their service in the future. If you are looking for someone to do roofs or siding these people are the ones to choose.

S&F did my roof and gutters at my house. Jake was quick to come give me an estimate after I called. They installed my roof so quickly it was amazing! It looks great and has held up without so much as a scratch through this terrible Ohio weather we’ve been having. The gutters look great and I no longer have leaky spots during heavy rain! S/F Roofing & Gutter did an excellent job replacing my house, detached garage, & storage shed roof & gutters, including repairing a section of fascia. Everyone was professional & accommodating. They left the area around the house clean & free of debris. Highly recommend their services.

The job was difficult and dangerous. The two workers were a great team. They knew what they were doing and stuck with it to the finish and even cleaned up the mess. They were polite and pleasant.

They did a great job. Took the time to explain what needed done. Stayed on the pouring rain to complete the job and cleaned up after. Would highly recommend!

They showed up unannounced at dusk last November to replace two sections of gutters. It quickly became pitch dark and they finished up around 8 PM. The next morning my wife noticed that the corner they joined was 6 inches or more lower than it was before. It was very noticeable. I do not think they took the time or maybe it was just too dark to see when they did the work. I also do not think they caulked the corner seams properly as they leak A LOT. I’ve called them 5 times to ask if they would please stop by and fix things. I’d always get the same excuse that I was out of their way and they didn’t normally work in Chillicothe but they’d try and fit me in It’s been 6 months and nothing has been done. This is probably a 30 minute fix but they’ve been paid and have not been responsible for fixing their mistakes. I’ve never had this problem with other home improvement services.
Bottom line: I asked these people to come back and fix the gutter corner and they gave me the run around for 6 months. They are not interested in making things right a 30 minute fix.

Finally a gutter and roof company that answered their phone! Not to mention next day service. They did excellent! Hire them today!

Jacob and Robert are the best. I was referred to S&F by my brother who recently had some work done on his house. My roof needed some repair as well and they were very reliable and got the job done quickly while I was at work. They are better than Amazon Prime!
