I just stood around for half hour and the lighting area ask for help 25 minutes went by still nobody. Bound two guys talking ask him didn't they hear a speaker no. Ask them at that time they could give me a hand on something that I needed. The guy was very respectful and did help if something needs to be done about getting better results that happen to wait so long and there was nobody in there thank you for your time very disturbed

Customer Service is below average. Employees act as though they could care less if you buy from their store or not. Even the online employees could use some basic, and I mean basic, phone etiquette. Pro area looks like lounge city! No call backs even though they tell you someone will call you back. Wish I would have never placed an order in first place, now my project is more delayed and I have no communication to give to my contractor about arrival of product.

2 weeks ago my Mother and I went to order a washer and dryer. Service worker Amy was helping us and walked around with us for about 45 minutes talking about the units and the space they would be in. It was explained multiple times these would be stacked units. When it came time to order Amy said she ordered everything that would be needed for Installation because that is their policy. Today my units get delivered WITH NO STACKING KIT. The delivery gentleman was very helpful explaining to call or go to the store and have the order it and put in for a service call. I immediately go to the store and Amy is working. She orders the stacking kit which I paid for but her answer for when It would be delivered was "well they will contact you" i explained that I have a job and plans and that I need a better window than anytime. She then looked and it isn't getting delivered and installed until July 3rd! Now I am without for over a week because Amy couldn't make sure she ordered everything when she reassures her customers she did. Will not return. Lowes has officially lost my business. Do better Amy.

The employees are uneducated and push credit cards onto you, I've been hung up on when asking about orders or updates when the automation call is unable to provide adequate information. My orders are late, and it's caused loss in profit to jobs and loss of time trying to get information on when my order will be delivered. It is a joke there and not at all what lowes used to be, its employees are rude and difficult to work with, and unprofessional to say the least. I will be taking my buissnes elsewhere

Lowes has been my legacy favorite for all things home related. I've probably spent more there than I would ever like to say!

Today, I experienced one of the worst customer service moments in my life. I was returning a lawn mower that was malfunctioning after two uses, and that alone made me aggravated. I was prepared to purchase another mower, so i get it that things do not work all the time. I brought the mower in, and the CSR asked if it had gas, I said "yes, a little". "We can't accept it." No where on any document or posting is this listed....I read all the return documents. I asked for help to dispose of it, and even the manager...Brittany, wasn't willing to help figure this out and help me. I took the mower back out, emptied the gas on non-lowes property, and brought it back. I was able to make the exchange, but did ask for a manager to speak with...Brittany was busy, and another manager was called that even the CSRs didn't know, which was taking much longer than I had hoped for, so I left.

I won't be going to Lowes for awhile. I hate that. But obviously our local store has issues with dealing with customer needs, and I want to go where I can get help when necessary, and there is concern for the customer.

Staff is very knowledgeable about where to find the products that you are looking for. I despite the idea of self checkouts, but was about to wait at the service desk. Again, the staff was very kind & understanding. Special Shoutout to Robert for his time. I suggest a paid vacation day.

NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER DO CRUBSIDE PICKUP. From this store . If you think it’s going to be convenient and quick, maybe you’re in a hurry or maybe you have children in car seat . I would take the risk of unbuckling them and go in the store . Expect to wait least 15 minutes if there are zero cars ahead of you. But if there is even one more car . It’s gonna take every bit of 30-45 minutes for them to bring out two things.The whole store isn’t horrible but whoever is doing / in charge of curbside pickup …. DO BETTER not for my sake but for all the children that have to wait on you because your inadequate of walking in and out of the store.

What the heck happened to Lowe’s!!??
It’s like trying to work with a robot call
. Everything has changed. I could write a book on all the issues but I’ll talk on ordering. So., If you order ahead; you will get terrible service. When you arrive to pick up at help desk, they will just stare at you awkwardly until you realize that you need to use a kiosk to sign in. Then you will wait awkwardly until the associate that was just awkwardly looking at you; comes to verify your order. I recommend talking to an associate before order. Walk them around the store to get them familiar with the products that they sell, then ask them for the location of each item you need. They will help you find everything and take you to checkout.
My products were good but I could have saved $ at Menards on the sheet insulation. But all my other items were competitively priced. But still, 60% of the sales floor workers were incapable or just didn’t care for the customer. It was actually kinda sad to see.
I’m gonna try Home Depot for a while and see how that works out.
Sorry for the bad review Lowe’s. Please change my mind!!!!

Large box store with great selection. Misses the mark on assistance on finding items. Also noticed several instances of prices being higher in store than on the website. For example, lighting timer was $11.48 on line and $18.48 in store. Was advised pricing at the store by set by local management. No offer to match price on website.

How is this place even still in business? Not only is it not organized and makes for a poor shopping experience but the workers they do have that are friendly, helpful and actually know what they are talking about either het fired for mistakes made in HR or they get fed up with all the back and forth and quit!
Do better! Take care of your people and they will take care of you!

Really clean store. And they have all their Halloween stuff already on sale. And they have those life-size animatronic figures, on sale as well, and they are all around 100 dollars. That's cheap when they usually are priced somewhere around three or four hundred. The salesperson said they should be even cheaper at the end of the month. Go check them all out. I bought an evil punkin that screams as it tries to tear itself into. It's badass.

I worked there for two years. There was a change management and they use that opportunity to fire me instead of keeping an employee who would show up for work every time be there before you would need to be there. Come in on your days off and now they’re making false claims against you the new management at that store. This is discriminatory.

Found what I was looking for but checking out was an issue. They did not have a lane open for someone to check you out. I am sorry but I do not work there and I am not trained on their machines. I do not like self checkout and we should not have to use it.

I walk to the other side of the store to ask if she could check me out for the one item that I had and she said no self checkout is open. I was half tempted to put my item on the ground and walk away! This is stupid you pay people to work there let them work instead of standing around with their hands in their pockets!

Lowes has all your needs for basic home repairs. This location is like many others. The customer service counter was helpful and polite. If looking for a specific item I suggest using the Lowes website. It will be ablento tell you if that location has it and what aisle and shelf it is located.

Evening sucks there, the staff uses the carts, and to get mortar you have to walk all over the store for the flat cart only to find that the staff has all of them in use and you have to put 7 80lb bags on a wood cart! There are a few nice kids there but it's seriously making me consider jumping ship and go to Home Depot

Stopped in mid June to see about a door install. Paid my $35 to get it measured and someone measured a week or so later. Still waiting on someone to get in touch with me about installation and it’s almost October. I figured I could get a door ordered since it was supposed to be a “special order” size and then it would be ready when someone actually was ready to install but I’ve heard nothing. I’ve stopped by the store to ask twice and was told they are behind. Guess they are too behind to let me know what I can order that would probably also take MONTHS to get in?!? What a joke! Updated-Still no contact after 2 years! I got a STOCK door at home depot and got IT INSTALLED within a week!

Back again 8/16/2024- ordered a EGO chain saw as they had none in stock. Original order page said delivery on 8/14, second page said 8/15 with home delivery, click on that and it says delivery not available to p/u at store 8/15…nope, I just got it today. Had a encounter with rude employee saying I couldn’t walk down an aisle behind the pickup lockers that it was employees only!! Thank goodness at least the CS ladies were both nice!! These 2 issues aren’t my only problems with this store!! There are issues about every time I go!

Lowes is pretty much the same everywhere. You will have employees who are really helpful and unfortunately a lot who are not helpful. This Lowes is no different. Also they start closing 30 minutes before closing time. Tonight I had a load of fence post and an employee followed us out and I thought he would help me (I am over 60) load them in my truck. He stood there and watched and waited so he could take the cart inside before closing.

Hasn't changed in the past year, they have been trying to keep the aisles cleaned up.

Would rate higher but inventory in store never matches what is on the shelf. Many times the website shows several of an item available only to discover the container on the shelf is full of the wrong items. Overall I have been able to make do by using a workaround but more care during inventory checks (if they even do them) would be welcomed
