Sales staff was great, that being said bought a $700 truck needed lots of work. I knew it needed work and signed a paper that said in less words "parts vehicle ". Then turn around and give me a temp tag knowing I was driving the so called parts vehicle home. The reason for one star is truck has had catalytic converter removed, which is illegal for a car lot to sell any vehicle that has been tampered with ( emissions). It is illegal Federally and in Ohioto sell a vehicle with out proper pollution control. SO BUYER BEWARE!

Cody and his team did a great job in helping me get a truck from them! Prices were phenomenal and the buying process was super easy and fast. Would definitely buy another car from them in the future.

So far the whole team is absolutely amazing. We are on a trip to Myrtle Beach from Michigan and our car started spraying antifreeze. We were a half mile from the dealership called and told them the issue they said bring it in they will look at it. Figured out the issue bad radiator ordered a new one said will have one in the morning. Every person was great very professional and caring. Don't know how anyone could ask for more. Thanks you to the whole crew.

Wise gave away bikes for Christmas. My daughter was one of the lucky kiddos that received one. This was a really awesome Christmas present for her!

Went in for a used car and got a brand new car for my blown up Honda pilot... Mel was great and the process went fast

Had a bad oxygen sensor. Appointment at 2, out before 3. Great, great service! Only bad thing, uncomfortable seating in waiting room. Time for new chairs.

I will difently take my 3500 ram dually 4x4 back there. The staff did and amazing job. Caren and her crew very attentive to my needs. I thought they were gonna charge me a arm and a leg, but nope not the case. I had a coolant leak and they found the problem immediately. I had to stay in a hotel for the night, very pleasant. Jake gave me a ride to and from the hotel. Very nice gentleman and very helpful. I thank you all very much for everything you did for me. Btw: I was over 500 miles away from my home. They treated me, better than family.

Very pleased with my experience! Steve was such an amazing salesman and made the whole car buying process simple. Not only was he knowledgeable, he also was so entertaining and funny. We didn’t have to sit there in awkward silence waiting for the paper work to be finalized. It made the whole process a breeze.

Steve made sure that I was completely satisfied and confident with my purchase. He answered any and all questions that my husband and I had. It definitely was not your stereotypical car buying experience. 15/10 recommend.

After dealing with a car I can no longer drive the super friendly sales team helped get me into a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. This was the best time making a purchase at a dealership that I've ever had. They were smart, friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. The entire time I was there was low stress and I'm glad they were able to help me get into a new vehicle.

Dishonest/ misleading! This business is a lot like a lot of businesses today where they just don't care about people! It's not the employees though it's all about how a business is ran! If you run your business in a cutthroat way obviously you can't care about your employees and you can't care about your customers! That's the problem with a lot of these big car lots they have so much overhead that they really can't care about anybody because they have to stay in business at all costs! There are still car lots that have integrity and their customers and employees are like their friends but that's not this place here and that's unfortunate it really is!

I received a promotional ad for a free car today. The pull tab ticket to win was boldly emphasized as PRINTED IN CHINA. There are many print shops in the Upper Sandusky or anywhere else in Ohio. Why did you need to go to China for this printing? I and I hope others will not participate.

Customer service is horrible. I stressed my concern with a post on their Facebook page because they're running a scam with false advertising and they deleted my post and blocked me on Facebook. I've been talking with them for almost two weeks and was very respectful in regards to not wasting either of our times and they blocked me because they didn't want to own up to their scam.

Shady dealership. I contacted them on a car that was at a great price. They call it the "Wise" deal. But when you call they act all confused, like "what price are you referring to?". And I'm like "the price on your website". Then they're like "Oh, that's employee pricing!" LOL. If you want to work with a dealership like that, with all the great options out there....by all means go ahead. But I'd stay away...they're stuck in the past for sure.

They ran a deal for “best trade in value” so I figured I’d try it out, they confirmed they could hook me up. Drove 2 hours to get there, they test drive my truck, waited for like 3 hours for them to figure there stuff out, mind you there ad said 4000 over trade in value. 3 hours later they come back at me exactly 4000 lower than Kelly bluebook trade in value. Absolute scam artist. Guy gave me a sob story trying to be the cool guy, loosen me up for the scam they are pulling. DO NOT GO HERE, extremely bad business.

Took my truck in to sell they gave me a price and a voucher in case I wanted to sell to just bring it back in. The very next day I called them 3 times trying to get someone to call me back they never did, after the 4th call I finally got the person I needed for them to tell me they weren’t interested in my truck after giving me a voucher the next day. They advertise on fb they will give you 3-4K more than what your vehicle is worth because they need vehicles and that’s a lie

Purchased a 2021 Pacifica from Haley today and she made it an easy experience. We spoke over the phone leading up to it and everything was ready to go when I arrived. Couldn't be more happy with the way they handled this transaction!

Kurt was a very nice person to work with but if you're going to advertise that you are giving $4,000 over asking them i suggest that is what you do. I've taken my car to 3 dealerships and was offered the LOWEST at this place with their "$4,000 over asking value" only reason it got 2 instead of 1 star is because Kurt was very nice and great to work with. Not his fault his bosses false advertise.

Couldnt have had a better experience. Quick, no bull and all the staff were friendly. I was given a great deal on my trade and the truck I purchased was $2000 under market value. Brad the salesman was great and the financing guy was AWESOME. Theyve reached out multiple times after the purchase with calls, emails and a letter. These guys blow the last dealer I bought from out of the water and I highly reccomend them and will be back in the future!

Good selection prices are a little high but they are the only dealer in town so they own the market. Still if you can it's good to buy from them. Supporting local dealers.Ilike to negotiate not much negotiation atleast with the guyI talked to.

Bought a brand new Jeep Sport and have been given the run around ever since. Salesman is pushy and invades personal bubble, even after repeated attempts to back away into my comfort zone. The salesman makes me feel so uncomfortable that I make my husband deal with him. They won't repair warranty items even with extended warranty coverage and they never return calls. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Low pressure.I had a friend that used them(rest his soul)and had great luck with them for at least 5 new vehicles that I know of.great sales and service team.

They had replacement battery in stock. They able to install battery do lube, oil, filter on short notice. Always friendly people and great service.
