Brian did a grest job with a soffit repair. Prices were on the higher side, otherwise I would give a 5 star.

I had the decking on my old wood dock replaced and I had also bought a floating dock last year, which Brent and Steve installed for me. They did a great job, and cleaned up everything and took the old stuff away. I'd hire them again. Thumbs up!

We called Ace Handyman to move a light fixture and install under cabinet lightening. Brian was professional and very polite. We were very pleased with his work and cleanup. We would not hesitate to request Brian in the future.

Don and Steve were very thorough in assessing the problem. We appreciated their

Fantastic service! I highly recommend! All of the staff are very friendly. They made a mistake on one project and I wasn’t able to have them fix it for several months since I was out of town during that time. They honored their work and fixed it once I was back and did a great job. They were friendly when they fixed it as well. Again I highly recommend their service.

Brian’s team showed up on time, clearly explained options for fixing my problem, completed the job timely, and cleaned up afterwards.

We had Roman come out and cut some boards on our deck for our dryer vent. He did an excellent job. He also put a new vent cover on our house, that looks great also. He was very nice to work with. We would definitely recommend Roman.

Great service provided by Chris! Getting our home ready for listing was stressful but we're glad we had Chris from Ace to efficiently knock out our list of projects.

Steve has done a previous job on our roof, so we were glad that he was assigned to us again. He came by a day or two earlier and readily assessed the problem, explained his plan for the repair, and provided the cost estimate. On the day of the work, he arrived on time, and had the work completed pretty quickly. He placed the unused shingles as requested.
We are happy with the job that Steve did and we would be delighted to have him care for any future matters that might arise.

I have used Ace Handy Man Service of Westerville a number of times. They always do a great job and pull in the right expertise to complete any job! Highly recommend them.

Ace Handyman was fantastic! I recently needed to have 2 gates repaired on my fence, both of them were in bad shape, but one of them recently got caught in the wind and the bracket was bent in addition to one board split. I have dogs so needed to get fixed as soon as possible. Brian P. and Don came out, the same day I called, and were just great! They explained the best approach for the repairs and suggested to maybe add an additional bracket for stability. They provided an estimate, which was very reasonable for the work and then came back the very next day and fixed everything in less time than the original estimate, so it ended up being even less that I thought!!!!!!! The gates look great and the replacement brackets look better than the original and I like them way better. They also took the time to answer questions I had about other possible repairs to the fence and a piece of sidewalk and step.
Rachael was also great from the beginning in getting the estimate scheduled, to scheduling the work done(next day) and then following up that afternoon to check to see if I was happy with the work done and if it was done to my satisfaction!

From my experience their professionalism & friendliness is just the best!
I will definitely use them again!

Disappointing experience.

I submitted an online form detailing the work I needed done. When the scheduler called, they confirmed the list and scheduled the appointment. However, they should have mentioned that they don’t do plumbing work since I had listed 11 items related to sinks, showers, and toilets. This was my first red flag.

The person sent to do the work was a carpenter by trade, which was another red flag.

Out of the 11 items on my primary to-do list, four were completely resolved. Two of the items were made worse first, then improperly fixed and leaking, requiring a second appointment to resolve them. The other five items were looked at briefly and then I was told to hire a plumber.

As instructed by the scheduler, I created a secondary to-do list, which they are to work on if they have time left over. These two items were what they started with and spent the majority of their time doing. I’m guessing because this work was more inline with the person’s skill set (drywall hole patch and basement stair tread replacement). The work he did on this was great, but my primary items were supposed to take precedence.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. It definitely feels like $875 wasted.

I recently came in from out of town and hired Ace Handyman for a variety of services from having 2 bathrooms refreshed with vanities and toilets to hanging mirrors and pictures and assembling furniture.
Eddie was amazing- hardworking, polite and always hustling. Anything project scheduled he would always check with me to make sure it was what I wanted.
I needed some additional help and they sent Brian who was also hardworking, polite -very professional too.
Rachel who did the scheduling was very accommodating and kept in contact with me.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Ace Handyman again. Absolutely pleased with their work, scheduling and services.

Did a great job with replacing toilet, faucet and overhead lights. Also honest in their response, upon inspection, that scheduled attic work was not needed.

The service provided was excellent! Eddie went above and beyond to stay and finish the job. I had an entire list of items to be installed/repaired. He finished all items and cleaned up after projects were completed! Very polite and respectful!

I am writing in regards to the amazing job by Ace Handyman Services. Technician Steve had worked on a roof splash guard and repair drip edge/kickout flashing install to alleviate a problem of water overflowing a gutter onto a stucco wall. Steve has done a few odd jobs for us in the past and he has always provided quality and exceptional work! The customer service is outstanding, thanks to the assistance of Rachel! Work was performed by Chris W & Don I.
Initially, I thought the outside faucet would need to be replaced, based on the plumber I originally asked to repair it. To replace it would require extensive work to my finished basement in order to get to it. Then it would require more work to put everything back in place. Thanks to Don’s super knowledge of outdoor faucets, he was able to repair it with readily available replacement parts for the faucet’s internals. This saved me lots of money and headaches from the work the plumber indicated.
Chris shaved the tops of the doors that were sticking. They work great now.
Chris added packing in the garage man door seal and adjusted the striker plate to fix the seal opening. He removed the rotted part of the frame and replaced it with a piece of plastic, caulked it and painted it to match with some leftover paint I had,
Chris repaired the drywall ceiling in my basement workshop, there were quite a few sections to replace from HVAC ducts/ vents that were installed by a previous contractor. There were 4 large areas and 5 small areas. He squared off cuts to the existing ceiling, installed new blocking, installed the new drywall, applied mud at the joints, sanded it to a smooth finish and applied 2 coats of paint to the entire ceiling. Chris also installed an access panel in the ceiling to close the hole left by the plumber to the water pipe for another outside faucet that the plumber replaced because he said he couldn’t repair it. The plumber also said he was unable to install an access panel there. Don had no problem doing it.
Don & Cris were very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and skilled. They answered all my questions. They explained what they were doing. They knew what to do and worked very efficiently. The work was finished near the low end of the project cost range provided. They did a good job of cleaning up after work was completed.
Rachel in the office was good to work with to get things set up and with any questions I had.
This was the 3rd project that Ace Handyman did for me, and I am satisfied with the work on this one too. I plan to talk to Ace Handyman on future projects too.

I had a long list of to-do needs and priorities. Chris managed to complete a few outdoor priority needs in what turned out to be a cold and drizzly day. Somehow he still maintained a positive and friendly attitude. Also I appreciate Rachel for getting me on the schedule so quickly. I will be reaching out to Rachel to schedule another visit.

Brent and Roman, our Ace Handymen did a fantastic job. They showed up on time, demonstrated concern and care for our house, and they did a really great job. I couldn't be happier. Plus, they are very nice people!

Last year, we had work done by Ace Hardware, and were highly satisfied. I was a little skeptical about hiring Ace Hardware for our repairs, because of bad experiences we had with other Handymen doing remodeling in the past. However, they came in - fixed the problems, and provided fair pricing for their work. Recently, I had a handyman come to our house, and he was able to perform his services quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Ace Hardware. They listen to their customers, they are trustworthy, and their fair in their pricing.

Chris Wiehe does excellent work. I am extremely pleased with Ace Handyman Services for drywall, texturing, painting, and caulking repair in my bathrooms and on the kitchen ceiling, as well as many other small tasks around the house.

Rick was timely, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He offered multiple solutions and did a great job on the one we chose.

Hey Ron here, Michael and Chris came out to hang my TVs in New Albany. Did an excellent job. Both are very knowledgeable in handyman work and construction. It was a pleasure having them here and their knowledge also for other things to be done at my new condo.

We have had Ace Handyman come out for a few projects over the years and they are always great. Professional, quick and get the job done well. We just had Roman come out to fix some siding that had come loose on our home and it looks like nothing was ever wrong! He was great and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing a project done right!

At last minute Rachel was able to schedule another craftsman since the one scheduled was sick. Steve B did a fantastic job and was able to complete way below my quote. I definitely will use Ace and Steve B in the future.

Just to start...WOW. I was upgrading my kitchen and needed a couple things done I couldn't do myself. My sister had used Ace Handyman service and told me how great they were so I called, spoke to Rachel, very nice and helpful and had an appointment quite quickly. Chris arrived on time and started my journey. I needed my kitchen plumbing fixed, he had no idea what he was getting into and my dishwasher taken out. After taking care of a hard and sticky mess he fixed it beautifully. He also fixed my gutters, they were falling off the house now I can't wait for it to rain so I can not see the water pouring over the gutters. Just to finish Chris was amazing. If I need anything I will be calling Ace and asking for Chris. If anyone were to ask me if I knew of a good handyman service I would highly recommend Ace.

Edit: Oh my gosh, I couldn't wait for it to rain, it is and my gutters are perfect for the first time in a long time thanks to Chris at Ace Handyman. I am so happy.

Ace Handyman installed a new bathroom vanity for me. Michael K. did a beautiful job and it looks amazing. I received excellent workmanship at a reasonable price. I am very happy. I will be using Ace Handyman for further bathroom remodeling.

Good service. Everything was done in 2 and 1/2 hours but the serviceman volunteered to put the dryer hose on so the time went to 3 hours. Serviceman was very honest about what did or didnt need to be done. I will use them again due to timeliness, good work, and integrity/ honesty. Updating to 5 stars. Great customer service and response from the owner Mr. Hammer when he was notified about the 1/2 hour discrepancy ( discussed above).

Update...the owner responded quickly to my only issue and resolved it.

Update...10 stars for the owner, realized my wall had a hole left in it after a prev job and he had a wall plate placed there.

Ace Handyman Services repaired a Larson screen door and replaced the battery in a back-up sump pump. Chris, the serviceman, did an excellent job. He was very personable and worked hard to make sure the repairs were completed satisfactorily.

I used Ace Handyman to replace some exterior window trim around the house. Everyone I talked to was beyond professional. The handyman was exactly on time every day and worked hard. There was a little miscommunicaiton about a portion of the project but they went above and beyond to make it right! I'd highly recommend. You don't find companies that take this much pride in their work and reputation.

I had what I originally thought was a simple project for finishing my bathroom-turns out i underestimated how difficult it was and I needed to have someone with experience and knowledge to do the work. I chose Ace Handyman Services after getting multiple bids from several different companies. My expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Several “little” things that I didn’t even think of asking to have fixed were taken care of for me-I feel like I’m stepping inside a completely new room when I go in my bathroom now. Rick and Steve B did a fantastic job and I am so, so pleased with the final result.

The final bill for the labor hours came in well under the estimated not to exceed cost also-I feel like I paid a very fair price for what I had done. I feel like this was a somewhat complex job that definitely got done right the first time, I feel great about the finished product and the scope of work that was completed. They even fixed my front screen door for me-not something I had on the original list but was apparently a very simple fix that improved the use and functionality of my front entrance.

I wouldn’t even hesitate to call Ace Handyman again for a future project or a list of repairs. Thank you!!

ACE was super to work with! Easy to request a quote appt online and submit photos, was able to get out the next day, quote was reasonable and took less time than expected! Ended up being $200 less than the quote since he was done sooner, and was honest enough not to charge the full amount I already agreed to. Would absolutely use again!

Very professional and knowledgeable about the project to be completed. Good communication and arrive when schedule. I've used ACE Handyman from building and staining my deck to putting in a new front door and storm door to remodeling my main bathroom. I have and will continue to refer them to friends and family.

I recently needed to have some minor repairs done to my home. I will never call anyone else for repairs around my home after working with Ace Handyman. The estimate they gave me was right on target and very reasonable.
My technicians, Steve B and Chris were amazing. They were prompt, friendly and professional. They showed up on time and were done within a couple of hours. They trimmed some tree branches, put in an overhead light, changed some outlets, replaced some light switches and cleaned my gutters and they're coming back out to replace a garbage disposal for me. Five stars all the way if I could give 10 I would!

Mike was fantastic! Had old carpenter ant/water damage above the garage door and he was able to replace the needed lumber and clean it all up well within the estimated time.

Recently we needed to have our front door surround repaired due to wood rot… due to years of neglect lol. We originally hired a different handyman service, but we found them to be unreliable (last minute cancellation - not due to weather, poor communication, etc). We decided to give ACE a try and I’m so glad we did. First, the communication was excellent. The price was very fair for the work that was done. The two men who did the work (Chris and Mike) were friendly, courteous, and most importantly did a great job! They even went above and beyond by repairing some brick mortar… which was not part of the original job. Wow! So impressed. Finding a reliable handyman service is hard, but I can assure you after the experience we had with ACE we will ABSOLUTELY call them for our next project.

Steve did a great job on my siding repair and then offered to do more to fill the 2 hrs min. I really appreciated that. I will be requesting Steve in the future. Very friendly and efficient.

Several panels of vinyl siding had come loose. The workmen came very promptly. They discussed and used safe methods of climbing onto the garage roof to reach above the second story. They positioned and secured the panels in their origional position. The charged price is the same as the quote of the scheduler. I am very pleased with the result.

Rick from ACE Handyman was excellent. Was very friendly and professional and respectful of our home. Worked very quickly removing cabinet above our refrigerator and he also repaired a register/ vent in our basement ceiling.

Steve B and Rachel were great. My issue got handled quickly, and Steve even handled other issues he noticed on site.

My experience with Ace was very good, The company was responsive and Steve B. did excellent work. He accomplished the repair of my eve vent trim in less time and cost than estimated. He even blew debris out of the nearby lower gutters while he was on the roof.

Very satisfied with Chris's service today. He talked us through what we wanted, gave us a competitive estimate, and during installation today asked great clarifying questions to make sure he did it the way we wanted. Update: We just had our second visit from Ace (different project) with Steve B and had just as good of experience as last time. Steve even had 20 minutes left in the appt when finished and volunteered to go do a couple quick other projects!

Everyone at Ace Handyman is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, including Steve B. who does great work and is very fast! He installed a new garbage disposal for us and educated us on a couple of points in the care of the disposal that we were unaware of. He will also be remodeling our bathroom in less than a month. We are looking forward to it!

Rick Wilson did an excellent job! He knew his craft, made the installation , cleaned up afterwards and was very courteous and polite.

I was so happy not only to have someone actually come so quickly to repair a leak under the kitchen sink but also an A+ job. Not only did AJ repair the plumbing issues, he also replaced the wood on the bottom of the sink cabinet, as well as cut a piece of thick plastic flooring to cover the wood. He made perfect cutouts for the pipes going through the flooring. AJ explained everything clearly through the whole project. I definitely will ask for AJ in the future when i need home repairs.

I've used ACE Handyman several times over the last 10 years. All the employees they send are alway so great at what they do. Today, they sent Steve. We are Seniors so a big job for us was a fairly simple job for Steve. He put an assortment style of blinds up in 7 windows for us, Bedrooms and living area. I always forget to ask about Senior discount, but Steve applied for us which we very much appreciated. He was professional and did a great job in less time than I expected.
