Al was available to come and service my dryer same day. Helpful with maintenance tips and other things to take care of in my home. Worked safely and fair price. Will recommend for anyone in the future for dryer vent cleaning.

To my surprise, he was able to come to my home within 2 hours of my initial call. He arrived on time and diagnosed and remedied my severely clogged dryer exhaust. Al cleaned out our dryer vent and did a wonderful job. Our dryer was intermittently not heating properly.
We called Al because we knew it was not a thermostat problem since the problem was intermittent. Al found that a squirrel had built a nest in the vent. He cleaned out the vent and installed a face plate vent to prevent any animals from re-entering. It took about an hour and a half. He was polite, informative and did a perfect cleanup. The price for the job, quoted up front, was fair. We highly recommend his service.

Al came out to clean my dryer and vent. I did not know you were supposed to do this, so it was 8 years overdue. Al took his time to show me the issues that had developed and cleaned everything. My dryer is working so much better. He also told me that I needed a smoke detector in my laundry room so I put one up. He is super concerned about safety. I called al about my dryer vent issue, he was easy to schedule, was upfront from the original phone call and shortly came by to fix my dryer vent issue. It was apparently full of water. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Now my dryer is working brand new.

We called on Saturday afternoon about getting our vent cleaned and scheduling it perhaps later the next week, Al came within 1 hour and cleaned and replace the roof vent! Very nice job!

Al is fantastic! He explained everything he was going to do before he did it! Then executed his plan flawlessly. He explained all of the other services he offers, but did not pressure my wife nor I into buying anything. As new home owners, this was incredibly refreshing! He was on time, also refreshing and took the amount of time he estimated it would take. No hidden fees! His price rate is just as great as his service! Quick call back response. I called on a Sunday, knowing he was closed, left a message explaining the problem and asked him to call when is was convenient for him on Monday. I think I was the first call he made Monday morning and worked with my scheduled! I can't say enough good things about him!
