Quick Nick's Handyman Services

Nick was very professional and courteous. He installed a ceiling fan where there was no existing electricity by utilizing an outlet on the second floor. We will be calling Nick in the future for other jobs as they arise .

I called Quick Nick's today after unsuccessfully attempting to hire 2 other handy-men ( they wouldn't return calls). Nick actually answered the phone when I called. He came within 2 hours and quickly did a toilet valve repair. He was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Wish that I had called him first, and my toilet would have been fixed 4 days ago.

DO NOT USE QUICK NICKS HANDYMAN SERVICES!!!!! I recently hired him to fix my closet shelve he gave me an estimate of 100 plus part for 125. By the way he used my old parts so should of been 100.00 He comes in 2 weeks ago says no problem he puts up the 2 shelves and the came off the wall. He came back 2 days later said he just drilled into the existing holes not checking for studs. So he says I have to get longer screws, I guess he got them puts shelves up again next day they fall off again. Comes back 2 days later because one of the brackets went through the wall and there is a 5 x 5 now in the wall his comment was oh I guess I missed the stud by 2 inches. As he now is putting in it up for the third time he states oh the other shelve just fell off again!!! His words it was the vibration from my drill!! So now it's been 3 times he has been here to fix the shelves. I give him 40.00 dollars to go but a new shelf because he said it was bent. So I thought about it and asked for a refund, he says he does not give refund due to he did the work. So right now I am out 190.00 and a closet with one missing shelf and a wall full of holes that he did put putty over it looks like a battle zone and I have no closet now to hang my clothes. I gave him 40.00 on Tues 10 2 to go buy a new shelve but I did not want him back due to the poor work. He is now refusing to give me that money back so I can go buy a new shelf because he took the old one. He told me he would refund it but still had not given it back. He does not care I was dissatisfied with his work no where does it states non refundable he only stayed that after I asked him not to come back. He seems to be putting all the blame on me he did the work incorrectly and I'm 68 and now out 190.00 and a closet that will cost more money due to his mistakes
