Went to Straight line Upholstery for an off the wall project. I needed a coat modified for shooting. I explained what I was wanting and what it was for. They took the challenge and knocked it out of the park!!
I knew I was in the right place when I looked around and seen some of their work, attention to detail was amazing. Everyone at Straight Line are extremely skilled craftsman and they take pride in the product they put out. If you have a project that needs the touch of a master upholster, if you have something you need repaired, there is no other choice, you gotta see Straight Line Upholstery.
I was very happy with the job they did, it is exactly what I wanted but customer service is big factor to me, you won’t find anyone else in the business that’s more focused on customer satisfaction than the amazing people at Straight Line Upholstery. They will have all my business from now on, the job they did and the way I was treated. They are the best!!!!

Fantastic and professional work! My bmw convertible top started failing around the rear window. I called and asked if they could fix it and they said yes. The customer service was exceptionally good. I got the cost, time frame, and expectations for the repair. Took them around a day or two. When I arrived I was in shock by the level of quality of their work. It genuinely looked brand new. I’ve posted before and after shots. The owner is extremely friendly. There’s not a single bad thing I can say about them. I will continue to use them in the future!

I went in to get a bench seat redone and had a great experience. Everyone there is amazingly kind, the work done looks great, and it was completed by the time they had stated. I will definitely be going back, I highly recommend them for any upholstery needs!

My 2008 Volvo front bucket seats were ugly, crusty and cracked leather, but Straight Line brought them back to beautiful and showroom-fresh...on time and on budget. Bravo!

I almost never leave a review, but my experience was disappointing. I Brought my motorcycle for a quote on the seat. A about a week later brought it by and the guy basically said he couldn't do what I wanted. Drove 45 min 1 way to not get what I needed done.

Great work and amazing service. These guys know what they are doing. They will take the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want. Luis walked me through the whole process and met every expectation. I have an 88 Bronco and the seats look amazing! He was able to keep the original Eddie Bauer stitching! Thank you Straight-Line!

I have used them on multiple projects over the years. They not only do excellent work, they actually get stuff finished, and the prices is always what we agreed to.

Dealing with car interior people is usually the hardest part of a resto project, but they are so easy to work with. Jocelyn at the front desk is really knowledgeable and can help you pick the right material and design.

Straight line came to the rescue when we noticed the race start arch for the xterra triathlon had come apart at the seams. They took our call and we chatted while he got us back together. The price was great, but the service was immediate and greatly appreciated.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! The level of service and excellence received at Streamline was beyond my expectation! Yes, I expected them to do a great job. Yes, they were affordable. They were more than that, they were Divine! Post pandemic it seems the level of care in service has diminished, not here. Excellence, honor and sheer love of craft was evident throughout the entire interaction. I had initially decided to use another establishment but every time I went to schedule with the original people, I felt a pause. I found myself looking again. I came across this shop from google and drove over. The rest is history. My steps were ordered and I am very thankful of the outcome. Be well.

My sunroof shade's headliner fell. I took the shade out and brought it here to get a price and return time ay the end of business day. The price was good enough for me and the young lady called me before lunch the next day to let me know I was ready. The color was a near match for the existing and I had it all back together in less than 24 hours.

Luis and his team did an excellent job repairing the sunroof on my F150. Many shops refused to even mess with it but at Straightline they took the time to actually check it out and create the best solution. They even cleaned it up when they were done! Very satisfied with the work and their communication.

We selected Straight-line to recover the driver's seat in our 2010 Toyota Sienna because of their excellent website and reviews. We were not disappointed! Jocelyn inspected the seat, made recommendations, and gave us a very reasonable quote. When she discovered that we were veterans, she offered us a generous discount as a way of acknowledging our 20 yrs. of military service. We were speechless at the recognition and the heartfelt appreciation Luis Perez, owner of Straight-line, lavished on us and are most grateful. The amazing thing - it was Veteran's Day!

Very bad service. Gave me back my seat with a hole in the cushion and didn't match the fabric after keeping it for two weeks to match it . Would never take anything there or recommend them. The little girl that told me she was the owner is not responsible enough to do a job correctly. Made me drive all the way back there only to tell me it would be $500.00 to fix my seat.

The young lady told us she could replace the upholstery on our truck seat and gave us a fair price. Then after having the seat for a few days she told us she couldn't find the material to match and asked if we wanted something close to it. We agreed that would be fine. After a couple of weeks she told us the seat was ready. We got the seat back only to see that the material she had patched onto it didn't match at all and there was a small hole in the center of the seat which wasn't repaired. Also they had simply wrapped wire under the seat instead of replacing the broken parts. When we complained she became very rude and told us that was the best they could do and they would redo the entire seat for almost $600. This is after we paid almost $300 for what we were told was them completely redoing the seat. When we asked to speak to the owner she told us she was the owner. Just shows these people have no problem scamming others by doing shotty work. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE AWFUL PEOPLE AND WORK. The pictures on the website must be from some other shop because what we got looks nothing like them.

I found this place by Google & drove out to get a quote after being told by another place they would have difficulty and trying another place that was always closed. Straightline was open, accommodating and gave me a detailed quote on the spot. They did an Awesome job and I have a 2 year warranty. I highly recommend this company for all your car upholstery needs. I want to keep my car but the front seats looked like trash. Now they look showroom restored.

This is a family owned business, which is a good reason to patronize them, but not the best reason. They are very responsive to answering all your questions, providing different options, and providing an accurate and fair estimate. Less than 24 hours after I dropped off the car they had finished the repair on the driver's seat, completely replacing all upholstery on the seat back. It is a complicated design from the factory with lots of panels, angles, curves, etc. They did a great job!! It looks as good as it did when it left the factory. The cost was exactly the amount of the estimate. This is the second repair they have done for me and I couldn't be happier with both of the experiences.

A neighbor recommended this company to repair the headliner in my daughter's car. Let me say we were impressed from the very beginning! They quickly responded to emails and questions and returned a fair and reasonable estimate for the work. The repair was completed in a day. The work looks professional and doesn't even look like it was ever replaced. We will definitely use them in the future if the need arises. Highly recommend!

Super nice family run business. So friendly, fast, and reasonable. I had an unusual request to replace the seal around a sunroof. I had tried multiple companies through this rainy summer and no one would even look at the problem "because they were so busy" or they just wanted me to replace the entire sunroof (which wasn't needed). Although this isn't their specialty, they told me what I needed, I found the part and they replaced the seal in a matter of minutes. Problem solved!! So glad I found this company! They had lots of business so I know they were "busy too" but took the time to help! I saw some of the upholstery work they were doing and it looked beautiful! So nice to know there are people that truly want to help and not just make money. Blessings to this company!!!!

I needed my Harley seat repaired. They were very attentive to my needs. Their work was excellent and done on time.

I had my front seats of my 2005 Dodge truck reupholstered. They didn't mention the color of the new vinyl wouldn't match the original. They only reupholstered the worn areas so my head rest was not done, part of my console and a couple other places on the seats, leaving unmatching colors. Supposedly my console broke when they removed it. They never mentioned it until I asked them why the vinyl had a large wrinkle. There are also some areas that stiching is puckered. I'm really not impressed with the work to my truck.

Just stopped by to get a quote for seat repair. They have a good reputation so I decided to try them. Small shop but very professional. Got a reasonable quote, set an appointment, color matched my seats & was on my way quickly.

I needed to get the headliner on my car redone and they did it great! I absolutely love it and for a great price too! The day I contacted them, I got an appointment with them the very next day! It took no time! Just a one day run!

Super Upholstery recovered ten automotive seats for a Land Rover defender 110 project. I was extremely pleased with their work – the stitching was beautiful and is of high quality. Their communication was excellent and their pricing was the best in town. Another shop broke my drivers seat electronics motor. Super checked it out and let me know ASAP. Didn't charge a fee to check it out. I've used them in the past for auto upholstery work. Wont go to anyone else.

I hate that I cannot give MORE than a five star rating to this superb company. They reupholstered all of our sofa and chair cushions, and their work and quality is outstanding. Additionally, I originally gave Cesi the wrong color shade, and even after she had upholstered one cushion, she did not try to stick it to me with the cost. Instead, she politely let me make the change, and moved on with it. Because of doing business like this, it is why this company is the only place I will ever go or recommend to anyone. As my dad used to say..."Class...There is no substitute."

However, do not just take my word for it. Go and see for yourself. Also, our items were delivered three days ahead of schedule, at the most reasonable cost you could ask for. Additionally, they stand behind their work with a great warranty as well. Hence, what more could you possibly ask for?

And I was so amazed with the wonderful job that Luis did...The work was excellent, and he did all the work in less than 2 days! They fixed my 2002 mini cooper by replacing the weather strip around the sun roof. Before my car leaked every time it rained, now it is completely dry. Very honest and trustworthy company.
