Andy's RV has proven to be a top notch repair shop. If you live within 50 miles of priceville and need RV service this is the place to take your rig. How many times has a dealer or repair shop told you to bring your RV in and it sat there for weeks or even months? Andy's does not do this. When you call they will give you an estimate date to bring your unit in, then when they call to bring it in, you can bet with in the same week work will start. The quality of work is the Best you can find. Parts are ordered and prices are as good as they can find them. I will never consider anyone working on my unit but Andy.

WOW! Can't tell you how fortunate we were to happen upon Andy's RV Services!! We were traveling through from Texas when our camper had a problem. I called ahead and they took us right away. Richard was the tech guy who helped us. He fixed two problems right away....ONE THAT CAMPING WORLD COULD NOT FIX (Richard did it in 10 minutes) and ONE THAT CAMPING WORLD CAUSED (which Richard fixed in 10 minutes). And, they charged us only sixty some dollars for all of their time and parts. I met the owners (husband and wife team) and thanked them profusely. Everyone there at this family business was so friendly and helpful....and understanding of our desperate need to get back on the road. I would, if I could, drive my camper to this business each year for an inspection and tune up. Highly recommend them.

Great family business that I was told about. It is hidden back in the woods but easily seen from I-65 in Priceville/Decatur area. This place has a propane refilling station and tons of RV parts and accessories for all of your needs. Andy's provides RV repair and service options. As with most places, they can be a little booked, but they're willing to contact you when they are ready for your appointment. We are fortunate to have this place close to us.

Andy's is the best! Had problems with Truma Combi furnace/water heater. Andy's got us in and diagnosed. Truma was a pain and we had to send the unit to them for repair. While waiting for that to come back, our refrigerator coil went out. Again, Andy's got us in and diagnosed and the part ordered. They found the refrigerator fan had gone out and our propane detector and we had a coolant leak. All repaired and installed and they dealt with our warranty people. They are gems in the RV repair world. People who do what they say they'll do. Will always come back to Andy's when we need service! And the folks at Andy's are super nice and very knowledgeable.

We were on the road in our Coachman Encore and had problems with the water pump and water filter. We called and they got to send the same day and fixed it quickly while we waited.
Andy even came out to say hello to us. Highly recommend.

After a trip to Alaska, the RV needed some extensive repairs as well as a number of small issues that we asked them fix. Andy's RV was professional, dealt with insurance claims perfectly, kept us informed of the repair progress, and did an excellent job. We will definitely use them for all future RV repairs. We really can't say enough good things about them.

I have dealt with Andy's several times now. They are super people and trust them with my RV repairs and supplies. They allowed us to stay on premises while getting parts and having awning replaced. Pricing is competitive and customer service is great!

I had a black tank valve handle repaired and the RV airflow insert placed in my main air conditioner. I have a new fifth wheel and when the valve broke it was not fun. I could not get forest river to return my emails or calls to get it fixed. I was hit with poo everytime I hooked up. I called Andys and they were the kindest, most polite people I have dealt with in the RV industry so far! My service tech Carl was absolutely the nicest man. The fixed my rv for a fair wage and did it in a timely fashion. They were a pleasure to work with. I drove an hour and 10 minutes to get there. I dropped it off and it was done in less than 3 hours. I'm so thankful I found them.

Amazing place with trustworthy people that truly want to help. Best stop for RV problems. You can even stay at their RV park while waiting for parts. Awesome experience.

I cannot say enough positive things about Andy's RV mobile services. Carl has come to our rescue a couple times now. Air conditioner replacement and a huge plumbing problem. He is awesome! Work is always efficient and done right. Elaine is great at keeping in touch and explaining things. Great personality and friendly. Thank you all so much for your professionalism. We won't go anywhere else.

We purchased a 5th wheel that was here on consignment and the staff at Andy's were awesome!!! We purchased RV furniture from them as well and it's awesome. Andy's performed an inspection of the RV before we purchased and provided a detailed report of their findings and recommendations.

I had a roof air problem today , and Andy went above and beyond to help. I had to eventually buy a new ac , and he had it in stock at a very reasonable price ! Thank you

Richard and the team at Andy's RV were very knowledgeable and courteous. They fixed our RV quickly for a very reasonable price. Highly reccomend their services as a half way stop between the Midwest and Florida!

Great people. Fantastic pricing. I ordered new furniture for a newly purchased, new rv. Dealership didn't have what I wanted in stock and a very long lead time. Ordered new furniture from Andy's, (actually in stock). Took delivery when promised with a much better price than dealership. I will continue to do business at Andy's for any of my rv needs.

They are one of few authorized repair centers for the Truma porducts. Had to have my water heater repaired, Harold did a great job. Also while I was there had them install shocks on our motorhome. All preformed in a timely matter, in at 8am on the road at 2pm. I had close to a 2.5 hour ride to there store was well worth the trip.

They have an extensive inventory of camper supplies/parts and will order for you what they don't have in stock. They sell campers on site on consignment and they even have camp sites on property for nightly to monthly stays with the security of a gated entrance.

This is a great family owned business.

Excellent - I've had my RV stored there for 9 months. When there were torrential downpours last year they notified me of a big roof leak and fixed it (for $$$ of course). When I came back from NY for a week they let me sleep in (for a few $$$ each night). So far very satisfied.

Andy came to the rescue when our trailer brakes went out on our brand new travel trailer. He was on time and super knowledgeable. Found and resolved our issue quickly!

Andy was very helpful when I was looking for a part and really knowledgable on how to fix my problem without even coming to look at it. I was able to fix it myself and get back on the road.

Extremely helpful people who care about you and not your wallet. I wish I could get the same quality of service everywhere I went. I was having issues with my AC unit and when I finally got up and running, Andy was kind enough to explain my duct issue over the phone and helped me resolve it. Anything RV you need, you'll find it here and then some.

We've had an issue with our batteries for a while, then after getting to Pt Mallard we needed to swap sites but couldn't get one slide in. They came out and checked the battery and ended up finding a somewhat hidden breaker that had flipped, keeping our batteries from charging on shore power. Harold was awesome and explained everything he did making sure that we knew what yo do should we have this issue again.

We called back the next day and had them put us on the schedule to get our slide seals checked out. We knew there were a couple that need replaced and wanted to get them all looked at. Andy came out and took a look and confirmed the ones we knew needed replaced and said that the others looked just fine. He could have easily lied and said we needed more than we did, but he's more interested in service than making a quick buck.

While here he also took a look at our thermostat for us as we've had an issue with the fan running constantly when we are on furnace, he showed us how to adjust it to auto mode (something we actually didn't think it even had) and said he'd come back out when it's warmer to re-evaluate our A/C unit (which he had issues with last summer).

We love that Andy's is all about helping you learn your RV and teaching you what you need to know rather than just showing up and doing a job and getting out.
