Lowe's Home Improvement - Camden, SC

Helpful staff. Stopped me and asked what they could help me with. I told them I was coming to get some drywall, they went and got it and loaded it up for me. All I had to do was pay.

The worst Lowe's I've ever been too. They have totally screwed up every online order. Save yourself a lot of time either go inside and pick your own items or go to a store where the Manager gives a darn. Inspect everything they bring to your car and check it against the receipt. We spend mid 5 figures a Lowe's a year. This store is a poor excuse for a Lowe's.

Store was clean. Restrooms were very clean. Staff helped me on different items I was searching for. Parking was tight with my 18 foot trailer but manageable. Will start shopping here due to having jobs in the area. Would recommend this store for fast friendly shopping. I went at 1 on a Saturday and was kinda busy bit checked out with only one Person in front me.

I like the garden center, customer service is great. I can always get someone to help me load my plants and potting soil.

I've spent about $30,000 this year on my house, and only about $50 came from Lowe's, because they can't get my email correct and won't change it. The customer service person inferred I should just go somewhere else, so I did. Zero regrets. I do highly recommend ABC in Columbia for roofing and wood.

I went to this Lowe's location yesterday (3/15/2025) to help my mother choose and purchase a new refrigerator. We were i the fridge section browsing for 10-15 minutes and didn't see a single worker. No one greeted us or asked if we needed anything.

We left to look at another section but my mother really wanted to buy one of the fridges that we had seen, so we went back. We checked all of the desk areas and saw no one. We found the 'Need Help?'button and finally just pushed that. However, no one came and the system never announced we needed help. Looking at the button, someone had turned it off or it was broken as no lights were on and nothing worked.

A worker walked by on the main aisle (not close to us but in eyesight), looked at us aand then proceeded to ignore us. He went around back to the other desks, grabbed a bottle or something and then left. We waited here 20 minutes before deciding to just leave.

Customer service in this Lowe's is always spotty and never top tier but this was just ridiculous! No one came to help us and when someone came close to us they actively ignored us! While we were here two other people browsed the area and no one came to help them either.

My husband and I bought a dishwasher from Lowe’s a week ago and it hasn’t worked since the day we bought it. I contacted whirlpool who came out and looked at it and turns out the spinners are broken and it’s going to take several weeks for the parts to come in to fix it. I went to Lowe’s to see if there was anything they could do and they would not let me return it because it was past their 2 day return policy. I don’t know how they can get away with selling someone a broken dishwasher and not have to take responsibility for it. I will never buy anything from Lowe’s again and I will make sure to tell everyone about my awful experience as well.

Camden, SC Lowe’s is always a good experience. Their available inventory numbers seem to always be very accurate versus other brands. The store was clean and well organized with courteous staff members.

I give two stars only for the young female who literally went out of her way to help me. Three other male associates walked right past me, not even acknowledging my existence. One of which walked up to an older couple asking what kind of assistance they needed. For them to direct him back to me saying “ that guy was here first, you can help him as we are still contemplating” He then approached me. I politely stated it’s ok I no longer require YOUR assistance. As a veteran who’s served my country, I’d like the same treatment as the next citizen. This company or location may need some customer acknowledgment training. Any other Lowe’s I’ve gone to they acknowledge you, and ask without hesitation if you need assistance.

I would have liked to make the review in Lowe’s site but it’s hard to find. However Mr Mark Parker the sales specialist was amazing. He is knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions. He purchased everything we came to buy. Thank you Mr Mark!

This Lowe’s has something you barely see anymore, Customer Service! …and by customer service, I mean Sammie! That guy was an incredible hire. We loaded, unloaded, and loaded again many many 80lbs bags of concrete and his joy at doing the job baffled me. He has a great attitude and made my vets day!

Never order appliances from Lowe's. I went in the store & ordered a dishwasher. They ordered the wrong one. Then when I told the installer it wasn't the correct DW, he copped an attitude. I contacted the store and was told I will have to purchase another DW then they won't charge me for the installation. This is BS. They made the error but I have to pay for it. TWICE!

Seems like a new store! The wood selection was great and the staff was super friendly. Kudos to Sammie and Kendall for helping us load our truck! These guys are fantastic!

I previously went to the Lowe’s in Camden on two separate occasions. I am not the most tech savvy when it comes to home improvement so I usually show up with the used product in hand.
Both times I was helped by an employee named Mark Parker. If it wasn’t for his quick expertise in what I needed, I would have been walking around the store like a lost puppy trying to find food in the plumbing section.

We are having major work done to our house. We find everything we need right here and at decent prices.

Most of the time i get what i need, it is difficult to get help on certain times a day or weekends, but i guess is ok.

It has everything i need for my home love it and I like getting my cleaning products here as well and my trash bags you get more for your money
