We had roof damage from Helene. I contacted 7 roofing companies and Will Powers was the only one to return my call. So glad he did. He and Ryan were here on time every time, returned calls promptly and the roof repair crew was amazing. Job was done quickly. Highly recommend.

Had a couple shingles needing hammered back down and Garland shifted his schedule around to accommodate. He was fast, professional, and extremely pleasant. Says a lot about him and the business as well. They set the standard for how businesses should run. Should definitely be the first folks to call for roof issues.

Powers Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof on the garage. They were very efficient from start to finish. They came to Charleston to create the estimate and had the job done in 1 day. Garland Stokes and his team did an excellent job. Thank you.

Recently had multiple leaks and missing shingles in my roof. Powers sent a crew out quickly and they fixed it in no time. Highly recommend!

If I could give them lower than 1 star, I would. The person that came out and inspected my roof promised to send me an estimate. I never heard back from him or his Roofing business. I don't even think he was a roofer. He was more like a lying asshole.

Unfortunately, when supposed to come and waited all day friday to refix a area never came or called left several messages, tried again left several messages on Monday, voicemail is all i get its now almost 3p and again waited all day , nothing. Very dissapointed to say the least.

July 8 discovered a leak and they were great at the beginning. However, their repair did not fix the leak. They came back out and that repair did not work either. I have sent multiple emails and a voice mail messsge and have not received any reply. It is now August 3 and the leak is still not fixed and we feel like we have been ghosted. Very disappointing.
Here we are December 29 and still having issues. Still no follow up from Powers until I text them or reach out to them. They did send someone out early November and we thought the leak was fixed. But the drywall was still not fixed and as can be seen by the puddle on the floor the leak is in fact not fixed. We have been patient and professional in all of this and to still not have this resolved and no follow up on their part has been disappointing to say the least. Now we have to start all over with someone else. Not sure why we have been treated differently than so many others who have left good reviews.

Powers Roofing came to my rescue in a world where no one shows up or calls you back. They built 3 sets of steps for me. Quality work and craftsmanship. They not only showed up, did a great job but they also were very time conscious when I needed help right away. Thank You so much!!!!

Powers roofing did a great job replacing our roof and it was a difficult job due to its size and steepness. Their people were very nice, punctual and thorough. In addition they did an excellent job in cleaning up afterwards and leaving our yard and landscaping in perfect shape. Finally their charges were very reasonable and considerably lower than other quotes I received.

If y’all ever need your roof replaced, worked on, etc., y’all make sure to contact Powers Roofing!! The ice storm that came through in January really did a number to our roof so we needed to get it replaced. They have been nothing but awesome since day 1 and the roof looks awesome! Great local business and great people!!

It has been raining so much lately and when our roof started to leak we realized we needed to replace it quickly. We contacted Will and he got us scheduled the same week. We decided to go with a metal roof and he answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. They did an amazing job on our home. Powers Roofing worked with our insurance company to replace our roof. We worked mostly with Will, who was quick to return calls and emails and who answered questions well and clearly. We received a quote that was easy to understand, and they explained it to us so that we understood going into the process where additional charges might come in if they found additional damage when our old shingles were off. They were patient while we had to go back and forth with our insurance company, and then got us on their schedule quickly once we finally had that straight. They already had a rain date arranged in case it rained on our install day (which it did), and their team completed the entire replacement of our roof in a single day (they started at 6:30 a.m.!). We’re very happy with the professionalism of everyone we spoke with in the company and very pleased with our new roof. Thank you!!

Extremely friendly and quick to respond. I had a leak in my roof coming into my kitchen ceiling. they came and took care of everything. Replaced my entire metal guard and put shingles over top to ensure no more leaks, as well as replaced the rotted plywood. It’s been over a month and not another leak! Very reasonably priced too. Didn’t even have to file an insurance claim.

Powers Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof! Mr Powers and his whole crew were very professional and hardworking! I have had several roofs replaced over the years and I have never had another crew put down tarps to protect our shrubs and to contain the debris as they removed the old roof. No leaks even with all this rain! I have and will continue to recommend Powers Roofing!

stay away from this company they did a terrible job here left me leaking worst then i had here and they promise to make good yet they came back and fought with me terrible worker yelling in my home like a nut they now lied after i had to get the BBB owner promise to refund all money now wont left my home with more damage from their trucks breaking my water pipes horrible i am a woman and they really treated me terrible and got over on me as well after paying high price for a terrible job after this wont trust any one here again

I called them for a roof leak and they noticed a lot of hail damage. They came back out the insurance adjuster and helped me though the entire process. They did a fantastic job of putting on the new roof. Their crew was very clean and professional!

They did a roof for me in October 2016. Finished product was great and done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
