We have had a number of property inspections done in the past however none have ever been as detailed as the service provided by Steve. Steve was awesome and very communicative about our home inspection, which was very important with us being across the country. He was quick to respond to any question we had and to provide us with the results of the inspection. He found some stuff that was safety related and allowed us to communicate with the builders to have the issues resolved before our closing date.

I am purchasing a home in the Columbia, South Carolina area from a very long distance away. Due to this distance I was unable to be around physically for the inspection, by Steve at Wateree Property Inspections, on my future property. From the first call to get a quote Steve was open about what I could expect and ensured I understood each item I was asking for. He even went above that to ensure I was receiving all of the tests and inspections I would require, I had a well inspection scheduled with a different company who did not do the required well water testing I would have required. In the days leading up to the inspection he ensured to reach out and again make sure I understood what to expect on the day of and the timelines following the inspection. After he completed his inspections he sent a quick text letting me know he was done and the finalized report would be ready within 48 hours, he got it to me that night. In the days following Steve was readily available to answer any and all questions I had ensuring everything was explained as thoroughly as required for me to fully understand.

Steve did an amazing job and got us our inspection report on the same day! The biggest concern on my mind was whether or not I would be able to understand the inspection report. But Steve made it super simple. With everything color-coordinated so I could understand the levels of concern for each item. And even included videos to show how the items in the house functioned. 100% recommend!
