Doug was so awesome in helping me find all the parts that I needed to complete my project. He worked with me, and then I realized the items would simply not fit in my vehicle. So he helped me rework the entire project and pick all new parts that would fit in my vehicle. I can tell the Clarksburg Lowes hires employees who care about helping the customer.

I purchased very expensive, custom plantation shutters for my home through the designated "blinds" desk - the woman we worked with was very helpful in getting my information and scheduling someone to come out and take measurements. When the blinds finally arrived at my home for installation *many weeks* later, the measurements were wrong and none of the shutters could be installed. The contractor Lowes sent to my home returned the product to the store and I was issued a full refund, after initially being threatened with a 'restocking fee.' Incredibly annoying experience - I won't be going through Lowes for any major projects moving forward.

I had bought a range hood online. I did not read or know there was only a 48hr return window. 100% my fault. It was delivered in a Friday evening and with kids games, a baby, and work I wouldn't have been able to make it an hour away to return it even if I had known. The young woman at the returns desk and whomever her manager was worked with me. I hope they genuinely know how much that was appreciated. I never even got it opened, my husband saw it was wrong immediately. They did not have to help, but not only did, were nice about it as well.

I never usually have an issue with Lowe’s but today was one of the worse experiences I have had and the lady at the check out was a good person but as for Brenda one of the higher ups people didn’t wanna give me a base shower that was showing up for 299 and it was missed label and was ranging up for 549 for the whole kit and I didn’t need the full kit!!! Brenda was very disrespectful and didn’t wanna be bother with it!!! Yes I called and made a complaint against her as well. Lillie thank you so much for being understanding and trying to help me.

I had tried to buy a washer and dryer from lowes of clarksburg but they didn't keep them in stock so a third party Has deliver them. They kept delaying or the unit was damaged... The last time the they were going to bring it they first said they would be there from 11am to 3pm then they called and said they were delayed and they had to change from 2:30 to 6pm bit 10min before the time they said they would have to deliver it another day which when it was all said it done it was going to be another week before they could get it to me.. This was the 3rd time of mishaps so I said don't bother I canceled and to Minards so they got 2,000.00 cash instead of lowes. I got the washer the same day...

Ordered online, paid EXTRA for same day delivery.. Order wasn't delivered. Called the next day to inquire about getting a refund for the same day delivery service I paid for and they told me they can't refund the shipping and they can only cancel the entire order.. Which they did without asking. Then I had to turn around and reorder the order and again pay for same day delivery.. So not only did I not get refunded the extra amount or get same day delivery on the day I ordered it, the next day when it was finally delivered it was delivered at the end of the day because my order was scheduled for delivery in the order it was received.. What a joke, terrible policy and aweful online costumer service.. This is why I shop at home depot 90% of the time..

Absolutely unbelievable. Bought a $240 1/2 in impact wrench and opened it up when I got home and it was used. The owner’s manual was wet and the impact had dirty finger prints and grease and scratches on it. Took it back for an exchange and was given a hard time about it had to get manager and explain the return reasons. Got replacement the product box looked good and new got it home and it was yet again used. Missing the battery and owner’s manual and dirty. I called the store and asked why are used products being sold and they said they would take the product back. I went back and had them open the last 2 boxes and they was used and missing parts too. Don’t buy power tools off this location! I went to Morgantown Lowe’s and made a complaint to corporate!

I tried to apply online for a job , the website wouldn't go any further than the "APPLY" button , I went in to see if I could get any help , 1 lady was nice enough to help , but still had the same problem , she sent me up front to get access to a computer to complete the application , that lady told me to go home to fill it , I'm sure it will do the same thing , I guess they don't need the help bad enough in order to take the time to help me because I don't own a computer , I won't apply again , at least try

They are selling battery powered tool as "new" and when I got it home it was used and missing the battery, the charger and 2 other parts went there to price 4 new appliances and was going to get them in a couple weeks
but after that experience going somewhere else not taking the chance

Actually it was my husband who has beena customer for over 1a comm 15 years returned commode and forgot his his new lowes card we go last week plus there was a 4 dollar gift card with his returned after the return and we were wanting to purchase 2 plants and 1 discounted plant some miracle grow and a skeleton air fern the girl which was wonderful very helpful put it back on my card she rerang the new order I swiped my card it didn't take tried again still didn't take it she ask the older women what was wrong which has about 4 people in line screams out in her loud hillbilly voice you probably don't hv any money on your card not once but twice we were pressed for time being late for a dinner engagement I said we gotta go just forget it than th women screamed out something well to get the gift card back you'll have to ring it out and back in and back out or something to that effect by then I was embarrassed and late and my husband was about to go off with all those people in line starring at us like we were trash once we got to the our destination I called to speak to the manager for him to tell me yeah I think I walked by and there was a line iam soory I'll talk to her investigate thanks this is not her first complaint for the same thing we both work for the fed government as managers and there be no second or 3rd time without customers their is no job I know it's petty we want the 4

Customer service in the garden center is always good! They always ask if they can carry my items to the car and seem to always be polite and friendly.

I was just at the Clarksburg, WV Lowes Location- searching for a very specific part for my glass cutter at work. I went to a few other stores before hand who did not have the part and advised me to just reach out to the manufacturer. Though, that could have worked out fine, it was something we needed rather quickly to continue using the machine at work. Thankfully, I went to Lowes and a very kind employee recognized that it was for a glass cutter machine and asked me to wait just a minute. They also did not have the part available in the store, however, the employee came back with the exact piece I needed from their personal glass cutter and said that he had a spare and that I could have it for no charge. KINDNESS GOES A LONG WAY- thank you Lowes Employee who took that extra step to help me out today. I wish there were more employees like him. You don't have to have all the answers to just be kind and helpful. I wish I got his name but I have him my word that I would write a review because good experiences/behavior deserves just as much attention (if not more) than bad. Yay Lowes! Thanks again!

There are a lot of sales at Lowe's currently.
They have a large selection of products in each area, the prices are competitive, and if you're a military veteran, you get a 10% discount on selected items. We Luke Lowes

I've always been a home Depot fan but as of the past year or two the tool selection over at home Depot has been horrible, Lowe's has a much better selection at a more affordable price.
