I’ve always been nervous to shop for new cars at dealerships because I worry that people are trying to cheat me, but I did not feel that way during this experience. I purchased a 21 GMC Acadia. The buying process at Cole Chevy was wonderful. The sales team was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and showed me all of the features before leaving the lot. I have used the service department many times, and I know that they will do a great job every time! They will always do their best for you!

I have to say, this is the best place to buy a vehicle! Everyone was so amazing and helpful. The employees are so professional and kind. After the hurricane totaled my car, everyone at the body shop was so nice and recommended me to come down and start looking for me a new vehicle. I went to Cole Chevy in Bluefield. I left my house with low expectations. I’ve been working on my credit and it’s still not where I want it. Therefore, I honestly didn’t think that I could find a vehicle that I liked. I’m just that person who won’t settle if I’m going to pay the kind of money a vehicle cost, I want something that I like. Dillon Brasse came over to my car, I told him my situation. He went out on the lot and came back with a vehicle that I loved. I didn’t want to Purchase the first vehicle I saw so I went to Bristol the next day. Nothing compared to the Dodge Charger at Coles. I go back and Dillon was great. Chris Froy, Who has now helped me buy two vehicles, he worked hard to get me in that car with a payment I could afford. I couldn’t have asked to have been treated any better than Chris and Dillon In purchasing a vehicle. I have no reason to go out of Bluefield to find a vehicle that I don’t just only like I LOVE!! The next vehicle that I purchase will be from Dillon and Chris!! I highly recommend both of them.

My daughter bought a Chevy sonic at Cole’s and about 3 weeks it started giving her trouble it would blow white smoke out the tail pipe and start missing and hesitating to run after about five minutes it would clear up and run fine took back to Cole’s of course couldn’t find anything wrong a couple weeks later did it again took it back and couldn’t find anything wrong this car might go a Month and not do it but eventually it will and also noticed it’s using oil took it back once try to trade it for another car the manager said nothing he can do so I guess she is stuck with it until she can pay it off now the engine light is on . Do not buy from Cole’s they are a bunch of crooks I would have given them zero stars if could

I wouldn't buy here again. I think they scammed me. Sold me an illusion, and when I call for answers I get none. It's unacceptable when not only you have warranty but, also spent almost 50k when all is said and done. This place in my book is a sheep in wool type of business compare it to Shelor Motor Mile, they are after your hard earned dollars that's it that's all. Now, I still have a dip in my tire, and it will be replaced, regardless if these folks of WV do it or we go above their heads.

We had the best experience with Chris Froy , he was so informative on every vehicle I drove , he is so easy to talk to great sense of humor to , I am so glad he helped me find my perfect ride , he has answered every question I've had even after my purchase . If u are looking for a new ride make sure to ask for Chris Froy u won't be disappointed!! He is definitely good at his job !

me and my husband traded his car in for a new family car and the sales man Chris Froy couldn’t have been better! he let us test drive the cars we was interested in and answered any questions we had! very fast and thorough! we’ll recommend him to our family and friends!

Everyone was very helpful and patient with us, allowing us to look at all the vehicles we were interested in. The Cole Chevy website also helped because we could look at their inventory ahead of time and see the specials that GM and the dealership had to offer. We also wanted to stop by Cole's because of the good reputation in their sales and service that we had heard about from our family and friends. Even though we live out of town, we plan to bring our new Traverse back to Cole's for servicing. Overall it was a very good, positive experience and resulted in a sale.

Drove my trade to them and I live 2 hours away. All to get lied to over the phone. Words like oh ya I can resale that or my buyer down the road will take it. Please just beware of there lies. I was even told in person they have to sale their cars because they’re overstocked. Very pushy and lied.

My car got hit and I have some damage to my bumper and my signal light on the front. Coles is the best! I went in early and they took me right in. They are great.

I have never had a worse experience with a car dealership than than Coles of Bluefield. We purchased an Outlander there a couple of weeks ago. As soon as we left the dealership the vehicle was vibrating and we called the sales man who said that he would check with the service department. He did not contact us back about the issue and just put my husband off when he contacted him back about the issue. After a couple of weeks the vehicle started to get horrible gas mileage at which time we took the vehicle to a Mitsubishi dealership. The technician at the dealership took one look under the vehicle and said that it has extensive damage to the undercarriage and the front and rear bumper are just snapped in and the pins are missing, this is just some of the damage and issues with the vehicle. We tried to speak with the sales manager at Cole's and was told he would not be fixing anything and that when they sale a vehicle they don't know if there is anything wrong with it. My husband told him that their service department had put new brakes on the vehicle and had to have seen the damage. The sales manager stated that their service department does not have to tell them if they see any damage to a vehicle they are selling. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Had a wonderful experience. Lorin and Charlie were so helpful and quickly fixed a leak on our truck so we could get back on the road.

Called and made an appointment on Monday 8/7. The gentleman said to bring it there on 8/10 at 9 am. I had to be at work, so my uncle took it for me. When he got there, they said I didn't have an appointment.. After that, they were rude to my uncle and acted like they didn't want to work on it because it was not purchased there even though it was purchased from another Chevy dealership.. And when making the appointment, I told him I had bought it from a different Chevy dealership. Very unprofessional.

Very friendly. Very easy to work with. Someone hit my truck and Cole's fixed it for me. They updated me each week and also had it done ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend.

My son had to go to the collision department at Kohl’s everybody there is so professional, so easy to work with we went looking at other vehicles. The salesman are not pushy. They are more than willing to help you and if you don’t want to help, they’ll let you just look on your own great place to shop for cars and trucks

By far the worst experience I have ever had. If I could I would give them ZERO stars. From a young salesman not bothering to return my call to a service department turned a 4 hour job at a 8 hour job. I could go on about other things but they don’t care.

I am not a fan of any dealership that won't tell you the price of any vehicle until they test drive your trade, especially when you aren't trading anything in.
**PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR THIS** I was a car salesperson. When I was first introduced to the dealership world, was in the service department and a salesman came back bragging how he had that woman so turned around that "she paid us to take her car" (that was a year old at the time). He wouldn't give her the price until he drove her trade.
Do yourself a favor, if you can, sell your car yourself. If not refuse to tell them if you have a trade at any dealership, until you get a price and numbers on paper, then realize you want to trade. Trust me it is just keeping them honest.

Easy to reserve a spot online. Was greeted immediately as I walked up and was taken care of with a smile. When I picked the vehicle up, and went to pay, it was more than the online price, abut the cashier, without hesitation, applied the coupon when I brought it up. And for that I and thankful!! Great job all around!!

The noice that was in the front when I hit my breaks is still there. Was told it was lubed and should taken care of but it is still there

It was very cold outside but the young man came out and talked with me and pulled the 2 vehicles that I was interested in looking at out to where I was parked and showed me the cars. Gave me his card and I told him how much I Appreciated him and I would get back in touch with him. Thanks Alex. Nice salesperson. Vehicles were nice but after revisiting the next day they were not going to meet our needs. We needed heavier built vehicle to Accommodate the handicapped lift and scooter. Thanks again Alex.

Everyone was friendly and completely professional. The nature of the problems with my car were explained to me and I was given a very accurate estimate of total repair costs.
