Customer feedback about Lowe's is mixed, reflecting both positive and negative experiences. While many customers appreciate the helpfulness and knowledge of the staff, some report significant issues with delivery services and customer service, particularly regarding curbside pickup and order fulfillment. Communication appears to be a recurring concern, as several customers noted delays and confusion with order statuses. Overall, while in-store service receives praise, the online and delivery experiences are criticized, suggesting that improvements in these areas are necessary.

- Simon took the time to check on one we were interested in.
- Kyle was very knowledgeable and helped me with the appliances I needed.
- They do deliver on the goods.
- Delivery service was poor; items were handled carelessly.
- Curbside pickup is an absolute mess.
- Many customers report issues with employee engagement and training.
- The store looks horrible with trash in the parking lot.
- Orders often take too long to fulfill and communicate updates.

In June I ordered two tiolets for my home to be delivered next day. Little did I know that Lowes has a third party delivering their items. The next day a man in a Toyota sedan made two different trips to deliver my two tiolets to my home that is 5 minutes away from Lowe's. One of the tiolets he dropped on the ground because he was physically unable to pick it up out if his car. This resulted in the tiolet breaking and then I had to have it picked up and returned to the store. It's was picked up in an actual truck, which is what it should've been delivered in.
It's been over 10 days since the tiolet has been picked up and returned to the store and the store still has not processed the return. Everytime I go to the store to inquire about it, I'm told to wait a few more days. Who is processing these returns, a snail? The service from delivery to return has been absolutely awful! They have lost my business!

Believe me, Lowes are not 'Home Depot light' . They do deliver on the goods. I came a and got what I was looking for.

Kyle was very knowledgeable and helped me with the appliances I needed not just today but every time I come in. Please give that man a raise!

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
