Probably one of the best experiences purchasing an item I've had. Bridget explained everything in detail and answered every question without hesitation. She knows her stuff. I was out of there in about 30 minutes time. Great experience, highly recommended this place.

Bridget was the most helpful and effective person to work with. She was on top of everything and knew the ins and outs of every trailer I had a question about. I am now the owner of a 16’ Big Tex gooseneck dump trailer and I couldn’t be happier. Don’t go anywhere else to buy a trailer.

Zach was awesome! He was kind and patient despite me calling a TON with questions and helping me with an issue with my bank. He stayed late to help me out and was super knowledgeable. I ended up grabbing a 14LX dump trailer and so far it’s great. The quality is top notch and Zach’s knowledge and expertise were super helpful. If I end up needing another trailer for my junk removal business I will absolutely come here first.

Took my 2019 vintage LQ 53 foot trailer here for lots of major repairs and I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a repair shop. I took my trailer to Lucky B’s to have the floor boards replaced in my 2 horse stock trailer. The location is very direct and easy to access. There is plenty of space for multiple large trailers to come in— even at the same time and easily turn around. The staff are easy to talk to, patient and really seek to meet the needs of the individual client. They had my trailer ready in two days. They have made a loyal customer of me! I feel like this is a business who cares about relationships.

Walked in, told them what I was looking for, after a few questions and answers we were doing the paper work. Bridget is very knowledgeable and quick.....had me out the door in no time with the trailer I needed in no time.

Out of the blue, my vehicle stopped communicating with my camper, and I no longer had camper, lights and brakes. I spent at least 15 hours in two dealerships for my vehicle and two camper places trying to figure out what was wrong. The first person that I engaged with at Lucky B's was Bridget Pauley. She was kind and listened to the entire story and worked very quickly to try to help me get a resolution. She went above and beyond in customer service to be sure that we knew as much as we could about my trucks issue. She worked to help me find the right wiring harness for my vehicle that would be appropriate for the break box that was installed incorrectly, previous to this occasion by another RV service group. She communicated with me regularly to be sure that I knew what I was supposed to get and where to find it. Andy was the first technician that was there on site that day and he tried everything to get my truck to work without an appointment and the brake box appeared to be the issue. Fast forward to me receiving the wiring harness in the mail and Bridget set up an appointment for me to bring not only my truck but the camper so that they could work through the issues further. That was today's visit. The technician that I had was Zach Skinner. I cannot say enough about Zach to make up for what he has done for me today. He is the most patient, attention to detail, comprehensive. Tech that you could imagine. He worked through every issue that presented itself until he reached a solution that fixed the problem. He is an amazing asset to the lucky B team and he and Bridget are the reason that I would come back there and recommend purchasing any of your needs from them.. You're not only get knowledgeable people who really care about what's happening. You also get wonderful work done. Zach's work was absolutely amazing. can't say enough about him. I had an amazing experience, and I now have a working vehicle and temper, becauSe of it. Thank you to everyone involved.

Bridgette was a soy amazing. Starting from my first interaction over the phone. She helped me with financing right over the phone. I had nothing to do on my end except come and pick the trailer up!! Just purchased one of the best transporting trailer that I was so anxious to get and Bridgett and Zack are the best as they where very helpful in my process of informing on the size and type I needed for the type of transporting I will be using it for also Zack went the extra mile to help me attach it to the truck as I had an issue with the 5th wheel pin slide, I really appreciate the customer service that they both provided and will always be a customer and refer other people to purchase from them. They took great care of me, and my 14 ft jon boat trailer with busted hubs, with the same consideration as if I rolled in with a yacht trailer. I was ready to try again to take the maiden voyage with the boat in just a day. I highly recommend Lucky B.
