This is the second order I've had nothing but problems getting delivered from Lowe's the first one was a garage door and now a dishwasher it was supposed to be delivered on the 7th it was a no show then it was to be delivered on the 19th again a no show mind you I had to cancel 2 events because they need someone home to get the order and they never showed up mind you Home Depot is alot closer to my home then Lowe's is it might be time to shop else where

I love Lowe's! My husband and I have spent over $40,000 there in the last 2 months remodeling our home. We have had to return items several times and have never had any issues and I appreciate that.

Never had a problem with this store until these past couple months. Messing up all my orders placed at the "pro desk" Having to call back and forth to get everything figured out. Complete headache. Now today they can't even tell me when my delivery is coming I placed over a week ago and they still can't give me a 4 hour window the morning of delivery. Ridiculous.

Twice now, their delivery people have refused to deliver our refrigerator that we purchased in April. The real kicker is today, the delivery service actually marked it "delivered". And it surely wasn't otherwise the empty space in my kitchen would have a refrigerator in it. Customer service is absolutely no help, refusing to contact the delivery company that they contract through to actually rectify the situation. A 4 man crew is needed due to the layout of the property. They were told this. They still sent 2 man crews each time. We offered to help move it. Nope. We asked for them to leave it at the curb and WE will get it in the house. Nope. Customer service is ZERO help. Absolutely useless in getting this resolved. If I could give negative stars I would. Buy your appliances elsewhere people. Not worth the headaches and aggravation.

Yeah. I called that number on Saturday immediately after this happened. It says so right in the review above, which Im guessing you didnt bother to read. You saw the one star review and left a standard answer to call customer service. I sat on the phone for a half hour arguing that something needed to be done to rectify this, and customer service at THAT NUMBER did NOTHING. That is EXACTLY why I left this review. Your customer service SUCKS. Your delivery contractors SUCK. Maybe contract with a company that actually DELIVERS THE ORDERS.

Well well well...I'll give you one guess as to how many people were on the crew who were supposed to make the delivery again today. If you guessed 2, you nailed it. So yeah, called customer service again. Got the same runaround again. Supervisor no help again. Oh yeah, and your "internal investigation" you said you launched was a load just as I knew it was. No one knew anything about it, no surprise at all. You asked that I "keep it professional" on the phone? How about YOU contract with professionals who actually deliver the orders instead of lazy a*****s who get paid to drive around and refuse to lift a finger and do their job? Novel idea, I know.

Yet another frustrating trip to Lowe's a few nights ago. They were the only place in town that came up on google showing this item was in stock at the store, or so I thought... i went to go look at a few things while my boyfriend was trying to find this item, after about 30 minutes I called him to see if he was able to get it. Said he had asked an associate but they were extremely rude and did not help whatsoever! I decided to try and find someone else to help at least tell me where that location would be. The lady at the self checkout was very nice, after looking it up on the scanner, their system said there was 2 in stock but that they were no longer carrying the item. i was told to check clearance, which i was thankful that she at least had somewhat of a clue as to what was going on in the store. After checking clearance and the entire area of where the other items like it are, we still had not luck. ended up going elsewhere, but this was a very disappointing experience. Very rarely do i ever go in there without something like this happening. And if its not a situation like this its associates standing around talking or in the middle of a main aisle playing on their phone, or i pass someone who looks as if they need help, but the associates do not care to notice them. The standards and expectations for the associates truly needs to be set higher! there is no reason a customer should be doing more than someone being PAID to be there!!

We had the best customer service today at DuBois Lowes. Started with the greeting we received in the parking lot from manager Steve! We were purchasing fencing. Associate Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we got the best. Polite and respectful. There were 2 others helping load, I did not get their names. Thank you!

Very very unhappy. I was at the Dubois store looking for an outside canopy. I was in this store for 20 minutes and could not find anyone to talk to. I look over at the service desk and there was 3 people standing there one was eating potato chips the other two doing absolutely nothing. Looked at me at least 6 times and never came over to see if I need anything. Absolutely uncalled for!!!!

After waiting 15 minutes for help wth a lawn mower, I ask the customer service for assistance. 10 minutes later still nothing. Went back to customer service, they said maybe he is busy helping someone else. OR maybe on a Saturday we could have more than 1 person working that dept. Dubois store is a new level of stink

Has pretty much anything you are looking for for home improvement. Can be tough to find what you are looking for. Related products are sometimes not in the same place. It's kind of hard to get help unless you willfully track somebody down and ask for help even if employees see you struggling. Overall a good place to shop. I recommend doing your homework before going to buy something, that way you know what you are getting and where it is.

I ordered flooring from Lowes and the installers came on June 3rd to install the vinyl flooring. First of all they sub-contract their work. The installers did not speak English. They talked into their phones and the phones translated, They finished the installation and moved the frig back a bit. I didn't notice until they left that they ripped the vinyl around the frig. I called Lowes and they said they would have to send inspectors out. A couple of weeks later they came and took pictures and stated the installers should not have moved the frig back for at least 3 days. (Don't know who they thought was going to move it) I get a call from the company, Ultimate, and they want pictures. I told them the inspectors took pictures. They didn't submit them. I sent the pictures and didn't hear anything. After another week or so, I get a call stating the installers would come back at no charge to me, however, I had to pay for the materials to repair the floor. Told them, I did not rip the vinyl, the installers did. We have been going back and forth on this so I filed a complaint with the BBB. I get a call this past Thursday stating I still have to pay for the materials and could I send pictures as the ones I sent were to close and they needed pictures of me standing by the appliance taking a picture of the damage. They pretty much said I was responsible for the damage. I am 74 and 5'0 ft. tall. No way I can move a frig. My husband had just had a heart valve replacement on May 30 and has since passed. He couldn't move the frig. I finally blew up at the guy and told him to close the case as I was going to have the floor completely replaced only this time with a reputable flooring contractor. I will NEVER buy flooring from Lowes again. They are OK for nuts and bolts. Their customer service is horrible, they sub-contract with companies who employ inept non-English speaking people and are awful to work with. My advice to anyone wanting flooring installed, go somewhere else. I could have given them zero stars but that isn't an option. My kitchen is still in disarray since June 3rd.
Well Lowe's responded saying they want to rectify, call the number given. I called, after the initial press 1, press 2 etc. they transferred me to lawn & garden. I specifically said "flooring. Second time they transferred me to appliances. After 4 attempts I finally get a human and explained the situation. She had to transfer me to a manager. 15 min.on hold, she comes back can't seem to find this person, please hold I will try to locate him. I hung up. I am Done with Lowes. Their customer service is the worst. Advice: If you are thinking about having flooring installed by Lowe's, don't. Run fast and run far!

Dont fall for their extended warranty scam. We bought a $3800 LG refridgerator. Paid extra for the extended warranty. Owned it just over 3 years when it quit working. When we called for repairs they told us the nearest tech was in State College. (2 hr away) and if we would pay mileage for the tech they would send him over. We scrapped it and bought another from a different store. Ill never buy another appliance here EVER.

They sell item you can buy at the Dollar Tree at a higher price. The employees don't know where items are located.
Plumbing material sizes differ from each other which another employee could not figure out anything like I tried.
Employees just standing around talking to each other and they could be straightening up the aisles and or restocking shelves.
There was only one gentleman that helped with wood cutting and straightening up lumber on Sunday August 3 at around 18:30 (6:30 pm) hours.
God help us if Lowe's goes to robotic employees.
Lowe's is becoming a joke!!!

I recently placed a large order for delivery when delivery was made my order was missing almost a $1000 worth of large items. I've "chatted with a live associate" twice and they have yet to offer a resolution! I just want the items I've paid for or at the very least a refund!
