Answered all my questions patiently, did not pressure me with sale's tactics while still giving me all pertinent information, and he followed through on all communicated promises/statements. I will be calling Colby back with any future needs!

Kolby helped me get set up with an affordable policy that met all of my needs, for my new car, after a total loss accident. This was an extremely stressful time for me and he made this part painless! He took time out of his day to help me, even after regular business hours. He is knowledgeable, kind and professional. I have been with State Farm for 20+ years and can say he is most definitely an asset to their team!

From an individual who rarely leaves reviews, I am absolutely infuriated with this office. I have been a loyal State Farm customer for 20 years, an ever since the current "management " has taken over this office, I have had nothing but problems. I am currently going on 7 months of receiving incorrect documents due to a simple address change . I have reached out multiple times, to only been met with false promises of correcting my issue . Extremely frustrating.

We had a 2008 Jeep Liberty, our insurance was crazy high for LIABILITY with my old insurance company, then I bought a 2012 Cadillac CTS, Kolby somehow got us liability insurance where my policy only cost less than half of what we were paying BEFORE for BETTER coverage. Our insurance was a huge stressor, especially after we got a "new to us" vehicle. He's saved us $636 dollars a year, that doesn't sound like much but it is when you only have liability and you're on a disability budget!!! He's not pushy, but will make suggestions for things he feels will benefit you for your own protection. And he speaks in layman's terms that you actually understand and it makes sense. That's a first lol! I wish I had made that call a LONG time ago!!! *Team Kolby!!* Very very happy customers!! We've never had an insurance experience that felt so comfortable from A-Z. Kolby responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, he was not pushy with services I was not interested in, and he was able to save me nearly $2,000 a year by saving. Setting up insurance was smooth and took less time than it takes a 4 year old to have enough with sitting still! I am so happy I switched, and know I will be well taken care of with State Farm!
