Troy was very professional and very knowledgeable about everything regarding the functional aspects of a home and how it relates to VA home loans as well! He explained the areas where he knew red flags were going to be seen for the VA for which I am very grateful as they are looking for the home to be a safe place and a good investment! Troy inspected a large house for us that was built 100 years ago. He was very professional, thorough, knew what to look for in old houses, understands mechanicals, and has a lot of "common sense." Troy was wonderful to work with! Very friendly and professional! My husband and I met him part way through the inspection and he went over some initial concerns and details, finished the inspection, and then went over everything with us. He was extremely thorough in his inspection as well as his explanation of everything to us. He was very honest and upfront about what some of the larger concerns were, but did so in a way that didn't leave us terrified of buying the house. We would definitely use Troy again if ever needed and recommend him to anyone we know!

He inspected every detail, showed me every problem and concerned about main problems.

He also gave me his opinion on prices cost fix it.

His report showed up next day and fully detailed and colored coded, minor, major, Priority fix.
