Typical car dealership no buyer wins at these games . Friendly staff but very slow at financing on a saturday.

Bought a used vehicle, had it 3 days and the check engine light came on, also a message on the dash came on and stated that the blind spot system needed service. The sales man called to see how we liked the van, I told him what was going on, he said he would talk to the manager and call me back on Monday since this call took place on Friday, I said that would be great. He never called me back, called several times after that and left messages, never answered or called back. If they didn't want to fix it at the least they should have called. Also would have been nice if they would have diagnosed the problem so I knew what I was dealing with. Will not send anyone there to buy a car they obviously don't care about their customers.

Quick service I purchased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Li had it in for servicing and inspection and tire rotation at Delaney”s in DuBois was told I needed new wiper blades they installed it cost $46.16 of which $38.55 was for the blades I think that’s a little bit expensive they hopefully will last longer than the factory ones.

A+++ service!! He sang and danced for us in order to get a better deal so we bought a car there! Can't go wrong with a singing and dancing car salesman!

Okay service. Long wait time on parts and they were unable to provide me with the most basic of information such as whether or not a part had shipped and was on the way. Not entirely their fault, but was lacking in communication. Once parts were available, servicing was quick, and, so far, reliable.

Had been searching for a newer to me used Jeep Wrangler for months but to no avail. I had stopped by the dealership months prior and spoke with Zach Pentz and he was going to be on the lookout for me. Nothing was showing up so I decided on building one how I wanted it and ordering. Zach made the process a breeze. I built it, we talked the details and the order was placed. Matt McCracken made the trade part of the deal effortless and Tim in finance rounded out the process with one of the smoothest closings I've ever done on a vehicle. I got a great trade value on my Jeep I was upgrading from and in turn received the Jeep of my dreams. People seem to be apprehensive when it comes to car buying but with salesmen, sales managers and finance managers like these guys, there is nothing to worry about! Many thanks all around.
