Purchased digging bar and dropped off lithium 80v for recycling.. disappointed they stopped selling 3 rail severe weather line, corner and rails. Was able to order from other Lowe's stores. However, the multiple employee's I interacted were all helpful, kind and professional

Nothing worse then a pushy customer service rep. I am perfectly capable of scanning 3 pouches of screws at the self service u scan. I dont need a guy taking the things from my hand and scanning them for me. I shop here daily pretty sure I know how to scan a product and bag it and pay for it.

Unopened can of paint bought less than a month ago. Not a mixed color, just white off the shelf. No mention of not being able to return on the can or the original receipt which they kept and did not give back to me! 40 dollars for nothing. Literally gas to go to work and back for a week they took from my pocket. Not cool, won't be shopping here again once gift certificate is used up.

Very good experience and Grace was very helpful to help us with our purchase. We also had someone (I dont remember her name) was helping us with our flooring and letting us know about the free samples as we already have someone coming in to measure and gave us information about the different flooring to look at as well and where to find it.

Kevin and Lizzie at the paint counter were more than helpful with finding paint for my dorm room. They were helpful and very friendly. I will be coming here again sometime soon!

I have a bad back and went to the counter and asked if someone someone could bring the hot water heater I had pulled up on phone to the front of the store for me. They said ‘no we don’t really do that, customers usually load them on a cart themselves. But I can have someone back there to meet you.” I said ok and drug a flatbed to the opposite corner of the store, no one showed up, I loaded it myself. Then I found out they stopped selling cpvc pipe and fittings. Instead you have to buy shark bite fittings that cost literally 10x more. So now I have to make another stop. I should have gone to Ace.

Awful experience. Refrigerator broke. Bought one from Lowes. Was to be delivered 2 days later. Waited all day. They finally call and say they can't find us...the GPS sent them to a field. No one asked for directions (we live right on a state highway and are not difficult to find), they just kept transferring us to different people (5 in total), all who were totally unhelpful and told us they would have to reschedule delivery. They wanted us to wait two more days before they attempted delivery again (Why should we wait 2 more days without a refrigerator and why would we assume the GPS wouldn't get them lost again on that day since they apparently are all too dumb or lazy to read signs or ask for directions and have to rely on the GPS to go anywhere.) The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced anywhere. I ended up cancelling the order (they tried to argue about it) and bought from somewhere else. Oh, I forgot to mention that we had to buy this refrigerator because the one we bought from Lowes 6 months ago...6 MONTHS!...broke down and they can't get the part for at least a week. (We also wanted to upgrade because that frig was too small). Anyway, when they delivered that refrigerator 6 months ago the guy refused to haul away the old one away even though we had paid the fee. He gave no reason, just said they would refund our money and left it sitting here!) We are done with Lowes.

Staying at my sister's place in Indiana we went to get sand at the local store. JJ helped us to load the bags to the cart. He was super.
Great customer service. He gave us a card to fill out the survey and he deserve a 10 out 10 . I highly recommend him and this location.

Literally the WORST experience I've ever had trying to install something. First team refused to measure anything and said we just had to move our fridge (which they apparently are NOT allowed to help with). Second team wouldn't even touch the install and would not remove the old appliance even though it was paid extra for them to do so. Just buy your appliances from someone local who can actually assist you in any way.

Paid for an order of over $3,000 worth of materials two weeks later on the delivery date, no delivery and was told the order was paid for but never placed. Their solution was a poor apology and small discount not even covering the cost of lost contractors as it pushed the job back another 2 weeks.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and condition of my new washer. I purchased a new Whirlpool washer yesterday afternoon and I had to defrost my washer like a piece of meat! They leave all their brand new appliances exposed to the elements outside stored under an open garage. I am surprised my washer even works. So, when you go to the Indiana Lowe’s and they ask if you if you want a brand new appliance in a box or the floor model the difference is the one in the box will come frozen and the floor model is room temp and will not need defrosted!

They have neat decorations for Halloween and Christmas. The spring and fall decor is nice to. I like all the plants. Everything is pricey, once in a while they'll get deals. The appliances aren't very good. Our stoves back burner went out in just a year. The washer stopped working right after a few months. The water no longer pours in, only trickles, and takes so long to fill up. Then it jack's up the minutes and takes even longer to wash. The dryers spin knob doesn't click right. Don't get appliances here.

I love that we have a lowes near us, anytime we are in a pinch they have exactly what we need to get our projects finished. We do a TON of projects and home renovations and we always go to lowes. The late hours are very helpful along with all of the great representatives there

Absolutely unacceptable. A woman I take care of is disabled. She has been out of a washer and dryer for 2 weeks, last week she canceled due to being kind hearted and didn't want delivery guys to be poured on. Well she cannot wait anymore....yesterday Delivery was to happen....nope....After speaking with 2 different managers AND Third party delivery terminal in Pittsburgh THEY changed it to today..NOPE STILL WAS NOT DELIVERED

Delivery was paid for, installation was paid for, yet yesterday the accessories weren't on the truck for that, so wouldn't delivery. NOW TODAY ITS TOO MUDDY THEY DONT WANT TO PUT IT ON A DOLLY....SERIOUSLY??!!! PLUS THIS 3RD PARTY DELIVERY SERVICE YOU USE COME IN SNEAKERS, NO BOOTS...THEY TIP TOE AROUND LIKE THEY DIDNT WANT TO GET THIER SHOES DIRTY!!! WHAT A JOKE

YA WANT SOMETHING DONE GOTTA DO IT YOURSELF EVEN AFTER YOU PAY FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLMENT

I'm def not going anywhere without Justin Tyme anymore in stores...omg...I went into lLowes to get a bird feeder and a guy was looking at me..following me around corners of aisles..then walked past behind me..said hello..then was still following me. Scared the c4ap outta me. I went to the front desk and told em..the mgr followed me out to the car...with all the freakin ppl goin missing everyday...its scary! He was a white..middle aged guy with a hat..jeans.. Dont go anywhere alone..not safe! I'm still shaky...ugg Thank you Lowes Mgr for following me out!

Do not get a Lowe's credit card! I got one and they were doing fine with the payments for 2 years. They messed up one payment so I decided I'm not going to pay. They keep trying to add extra fees but they're not getting it ... I'm not going to pay you extra money when you're trying to extort it that's just going to keep you from getting the money owed. I'm completely disgusted with Lowe's and their business partners.

I spent 30 minutes trying to check out because they overcharged me by 300% at the register. The service desk had one person working and when she needed to override my charge she needed the manager who took 10 minutes to get to the service desk and only apologized to the cashier. No apology to me. Bummer.

Staff was very nice and helpful. However, I am not buying any more appliances here. The salesperson was very misleading. Bought the extended warranty on the last washer, knowing at 13 months - things seem to break. It happened. Now we are facing a month without a washer and there's nothing Lowes will do as it's 'extended warranty'. The warranty repaircompany is another issue. 3 appts for someone to show up, in a car, not a parts vehicle- a car. So obviously not fixing it today! Another 2 weeks. This is standard?? It's unacceptable. Courtesy appliance could be offered and rotated through customers who pay the extra money while their appliance is repaired. Do I get compensation for using the laundromat after I bought my appliance with you and the extended warranty? Do I get anything for the inconvenience and headache this causes? No. I get a lesson to wipe my arse with the warranty and shop elsewhere. That's what I got. Thousands of dollars spent there the last few years for various things. Not any more. You can shove the 'it's a 3rd party' excuse. Your salesperson was full of crap.

I like to shop the local stores, but when I can't it anywhere else, Lowe's is a good place to go. Mort of the time, the prices are competitive with other big box stores. I've always had a good experience with them. If an order was wrong or something's ng wa damaged, they always worked with me to get it corrected.
