We purchased a used vehicle from Dalaney of Indiana for my daughter who is 16 years old. We live 10 miles from Pittsburgh and I found the car online. I did some research and found a 2019 Chevy spark for a fair price. David was very professional and straight forward. I gave a $500 deposit over the phone, then we picked up the car a few days later and to my surprise the dealership put new tires on it, a full tank of gas and current inspection and emissions stickers. I was disappointed with my experience on Sunday. I felt like I was wasting time waiting for information and answers that never came. Instead, I decided to purchase my new vehicle at Smail Mazda in Greensburg. The staff is friendly, but be prepared to spend a considerable amount of time waiting around.

David Popp was an absolutely phenomenal sales representative when we came in to look at a Traverse after being ready to downsize from our Suburban. He took the time to share the common features, differences, and upgrades from Chevrolet’s 2022 models to the 2025 models. He shared experiences from previous buyers with this type of vehicle transition and his observations of the size comparison of the Traverse to a Tahoe. He answered every single question about the new technology, the OnStar exchange of service as well as assisting us with redeeming our Chevy Rewards for accessories. He also went through the grueling process of ensuring that I could get my educator discount which we appreciate greatly! In short, we couldn’t be more pleased which is why we have purchased two vehicles in 3 years from him and will return again.

Without question the worst customer service I’ve received. They have 0 desire to communicate what’s happening. They change course on repairs after a month of waiting for nothing. They consistently over promise and under deliver. I will never use them again. And neither should you.

Delaney Service Department has to be the worst I have dealt with of any GM Service Department.
I set up an appointment for them to do a tailgate switch Recall (which they said they could do upon scheduling appointment) after we dropped it off they call & say they need to disconnect the tailgate switch so it doesn't work & that they don't have a fix or parts available yet. (What good is a truck without a tailgate that opens?)
So I call the dealership I normally frequent & they tell me what I was told was false, & they can have the replacement tailgate switch in 1 day to fix the recall. (So no Brainer I scheduled an appointment with them) Delaney also refused to do a Pa State inspection due to tires sticking out past fenders which is very mild on my truck & has been inspected yearly with no issues since new. So l would assume since I didn't purchase the truck from them that they really don't want to service it!
I only used Delaney this time to see how I would be treated as I'm looking for a new hometown dealer.
But I will continue to drive a little further for much better issue free Service at another GM dealer.

Never Again. I made an appointment for recall work to be done. Even with giving my VIN while making the appointment it still took over 2 months to do the recalls. I was told several times that more important jobs came in and had to get done before mine. I had to talk to the general manager to get it finished.

David Popp made us feel like we've known him for years, very patient and answered any and all questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Do yourselves a favor and go to a smaller auto shop where people listen to your issues.
I scheduled to get 3 issues resolved recently at delaney. My tire was balding on one spot and wanted to know why. Without even checking my alignment, they told me it was my alignment. I took it to another auto shop to get a new tire and to get my car aligned. They printed out papers to say my car was never out of alignment. It was simply a tire pressure issue. Delaney NEVER truly checked my cars alignment. But proceeded to charge me as if they did.
My oil change was the second reason, they succeeded in that department.
The third was my air conditioner. I have voiced concerns about my AC for 2 years now, before my car reached 36k miles. One would think a "certified mechanic" could take what I was voicing and be able to do process of elimination to figure out what could potentially be the issue. They should have removed my glove box to check the blower and the other parts that accompany that. I know, and a different auto parts store knows they NEVER checked this because I had 2 paper towels stuck near the air filter that must have fallen behind the glove box a very long time ago. [Too bad that wasn't the issue]. The mechanics at delaney constantly tell me nothing is wrong and that their computer says the software is fine. Well of course it's fine as it wasn't a software issue. When I voiced this complaint to a different auto body shop, they instantly said it sounds like a blower issue, they were able to resolve my issue within an hour and I've been complaining to delaney about it for 2 YEARS!!! The mechanics at delaney CLEARLY have 0 idea what they're doing or are incredibly lazy to not even check things, but charge you for it. I am so unsatisfied with my service recently and I have been a loyal customer since I purchased my new car from them. I will NOT be going back.
