Wow we are so happy with the job Steve and Anthony did. We thought we were going to have to replace our gutters but now all of the sludge and black mold is gone and they look like new. I had the greatest cleaning experience on my home; garage; and sidewalks this past week. I would usually spend days with a power washer trying to clean the siding; normally getting frustrated by the amount of time spent and the inadequacy of my cleaning attempts. I must say that Pasoftwash is a tried and proven company to thoroughly clean my siding and gutters like they were brand new. My sidewalks were blackened and ugly and their cleaning system restored them to perfection. They don’t use any harsh or dangerous chemicals either. Pasoftwash also cleaned the shingles on my shed without any damage to the shingles which occurs with a power washer. The green and mold has absolutely disappeared on it like was new also. I highly recommend this company and would like to thank Steve and Anthony for there attention to details. Thank you and God bless.

Extremely satisfied with the service and the price. They did the roof and patio. The roof looks like new! I power wash the patio every year but never achieve the results they got! Prompt, quality service that I highly recommend!

PA softwash did a fantastic job on our brick exterior, shutters, gutters, roof, sidewalks and paved driveway. We were ready to repaint the shutters but they look new just from the treatment and a neighbor even asked if we replaced them! We had mineral stains on the brick and it’s gone. Everything looks immaculate! Highly recommend!

These guys are great! They were quick to answer for an estimate. When they came to do it, Anthony was very friendly and knowledgeable. It is clear these guys know what they are doing. They came in and in a couple of hours they were done. They did a great job, my house looks amazing. I highly recommend them to work on your house. They are very good at what they do and they are extremely nice. Loved that I could communicate with them via text. Bonus!

We had the deck and railing cleaned today by PAsoftwash and we couldn't be happier. The entire process went like a "well oiled machine". We appreciated how well they communicated from the initial estimate to the call telling us what time they would arrive to do the job. Expert, professional service with the best customer service I have ever seen! They made you feel like they were your family and taking care of things like they would for their own home. They called and texted with scheduling reminders and notifications during the work about things they found and addressed on their own. They even sent photos and videos of their work. The end product was amazing and I would use them again, without a doubt!

Update: after 2 years my mobile homes is still green stuff free. Well worth it to get your powerwashing needs done by this company.

My mobile home hadn't been washed in years and I mean lots of years. It had green stuff growing on the sides, the eaves were a dirty brown when it was suppose to be white.
I never thought anyone could get it clean again. But they did!! Eaves white again and sides so nice and clean!. Everything that was growing on it came off!!!
