I would like to say thank you very much to all of the Garden Center Staff, especially Noah, Conner, and Scott. They made my shopping experience one to remember with their help and professionalism. Thank you Noah for positioning that pallet of rubber mulch perfectly on my truck bed yesterday and thank you Connor for helping me load another 60 bags by hand today. Because of them, I will happily drive farther (8 miles) to the Uniontown Lowes than the one closer to me. Again, thank you!

If I could give a negative I would. I will never understand the fact of having appliances but not being able to sell them. Some ppl cannot wait 3 weeks for an appliance. If you can’t sell them get rid of them. Went to Home Depot got what I needed.

Had to take a 40 gal. water heater by myself to customer service. No help at all. Good thing someone came by and helped me. I am a 82 yr. old veteran and have a PD plate.
Lowes claim they give a 10% discount. Not on appliances and lumber. What a joke.

Purchased a american standard champion4 on January 20, also paid for installation and removal of old tiolet. Was told we would be contacted within 72 hours for installation. Never heard from anyone, we called repeatedly after waiting 4 days with no contact from lowes. Finally get plumber on January 30. HE GOES TO GET OUR ORDER ON INSTALLATION DAY, AND THEY TELL HIM they don't have it, this happened once before when my husband contacted the store himself after 4 days. I personally called and got someone who got this taken care of while the plumber was still in the store. Cause I was not waiting another 10 days for what we paid for and yes they cashed our check and still could not find our order until January 31 when I called them. Because of this I will no longer have anything installed by this store again. How many people does it take to get an order right. Let's ask lowes!

I was only there to use the MinuteKey machine. Plenty of parking, the store was overstocked with stuff blocking the main artery of the store. The staff was very friendly.

Bought a washer and dryer there less than 4 years ago and my washer broke so I needed one ASAP. Went straight to Lowe's with a truck so I could purchase one n go home. Just to find out that Lowe's forces you to pay a delivery fee because I was told EVERYTHING is in a warehouse in Pittsburgh NOT just the washer I picked out. When I questioned the gentleman he replied we can have it shipped to the store for free but it won't be here for a week or so. LOWE'S YOU WILL NOT GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!

In Uniontown store, a cashier (Patty) in the garden center went above and beyond to help me out today!! Thank you very much Patty! Lowes needs more employees like her!!

I've called you to see what you had available five times as I was going to purchase a washer and dryer. Nobody answered my call and apparently I was hung up on or the phone just rang, 5x!! Carol lawn and garden, whom answered and again, nobody answered!! Love's, you lost my business and my purchase!! You're lucky that you received a star. That was a star to Lawn and Garden for promptly answering my call!! Home Depot, here I come!!

Here almost every morning Mon-Fri for work and at least every other weekend for personal projects. Great store for business owners as well as D.I.Y.ers.

Do you want to see Fayette County's finest go to Lowe's Home Improvement return center don't buy any power equipment from these clowns they got it right Lowe's Home Improvement do-it-yourself because everything you buy from there do you have to fix it yourself place is a joke I spent $150 G's a year on Lumber there for the last 2 years I will not give Fayette County's finest my money ever again home depot for the win again!!

We have been loyal Lowe’s customers for years. However this last purchase will have me never shopping at Lowe’s again for any products. I will only shop at Home Depot moving forward. We purchased a new refrigerator over a month ago. The fridge was on sale and we paid about $1600 for it. The original purchase was deducted from our account. For the last month they have debited and withdrew the $1600 multiple times per week. Today when I looked at my account I am now charged for two refrigerators. We tried contacting Lowe’s customer service and received no help. They say it’s pending it hasn’t been withdrawn yet but that’s not what my account says, it is overdrawn now. Life is way too expensive today for me to try and carry two refrigerators out of my account at the same time!! Do not let this happen to you!! Boycott Lowe’s!!!

I have had the worst experience with an order that was placed on April 3. Lowe’s gave me a delivery date of April 15. Then I get an email stating my new delivery date is April 30! I had to call the Uniontown store to complain. I spoke with a mgr, Dave. He promised he was mailing me a gift card since my military discount wasn’t honored. He dropped the ball on that one. He changed the delivery date for my washer back to April 15. The following day, I just so happened to get a call advising my couch will be delivered next day. This couch is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture. I told them I wanted to return it. I received 2 confirmation emails that it will be picked up on April 30 between 230-630pm. No show. No call. So…Lowe’s feels that they can cancel, reschedule appointments whenever they want. Not with me you can’t. The e customer svc is so poor!

Absolutely a great store, just didn't have my number 28 key to replace. I will keep going back to them, my husband Albert loves the store

I had bought a Madea fridge and it had broke down not even 2 months old and I had an issue with trying to get it fixed and the day that the repair men were supposed to come fix it because it was under the warranty they said their vehicle broke down and they couldn't come for 2 weeks mind you it's already been broke down for 5 days well I need my fridge I had two kids to depend on it two weeks was unacceptable so finally with arguing with them and getting really nowhere I called the pro desk at Uniontown Walmart Bernie and Wendy are awesome they fought to get me my money back from the supplier so I could buy a new fridge they're wonderful ladies I will continue from now on to be buying my appliances from the Uniontown lowes and I decided to buy a new Frigidaire this time and so far so good

This place sucks anymore. Never have what you need. Prices are too high on some things. Cant find workers and when you do they get an attitude and/or talk down to you. Also they need actual cashiers! I dont get a discount for doing their job! The store seems Liberal.

Sometimes the staff is not willing to help out. We need a shower door measured and installed but the staff members just hung up /ignoring

S&S is the place to go for bait, lures, and all the gear to catch the big one. Friendly staff.

My local Lowes is taken care of more than other Lowes that I have been to, and I have been in Lowes from PA. GA. MD. WV. And different locations in each state.

Big box DIY store. Generally, it has what you need, and it can be ordered if not in store. Two things it lacks are help when you need it and no cashiers. It is self-serve, which works sometimes.
